Thank you so much for initiating these much needle in state flights especially to Gainesville. Your service and personnel are ALL awesome.
Everything was great. Keep it going. You don’t need anything else. The flights are short and everyone is so solicitous. Thank you so much for getting these much needed flights
Staff was nice. We sat on the tarmac so long we missed the next flight. Our entire group.
Leaving on time could have been better.
Flight was cancelled It was to leave at 930 We got to airport at 8 and board said cancelled so they knew / both flight out of jax were cancelled Email was sent at 850 They should have notified us earlier We had to pay for a driver and to rent a car back home We were to arrive at 1040 am to New Orleans The flight we were put on arrived at 1130pm
Avoid this airline. They are unreliable and will cancel your flight for no reason.
Flight was CANCELED with no notification. Requesting refund
The check in at Ft. Lauderdale airport was very disorganized
I am traumatized from the experience I booked work jet blue It is a different entity from Jet blue Jet blue lied intentionally or I unintentionally. Worst experience of my life I got on that plane because I had no choice. I had panic attack, shaking and trembling The plane was small tight and they had to shift seats to balance the PLANE!!! Terrified, panicked and now more scared to get and plane to fly!!!!!
Flight was canceled about 14 hours before takeoff with no explanation and no contingency. Had to purchase an $860.00 ticket on another Airline. Have not received an email about a refund.
Simple and seamless
Line was super long at customs
Our flight was cancelled while we were waiting at the gate and rescheduled for the next day, then again delayed the next day.
Flight was delayed 2hrs with no reason. It was hotter than heck when we boarded, but were given an 8oz water midway through. Once we landed it took over 15 minutes to get a ground crew to park the plane.
Jetblue cannot manage connecting flights. Had to haul checked luggage between terminals 1 and 3 at FLL twice
Flight was overbooked and they asked 19 people to give up their seats. Only 3 people volunteered after waiting and delaying the flight over 30 minutes. Luckily I made it on but it was a stressful situation. Flight attendants were very unfriendly, almost rude.
There was NOTHING to like! I travel worldwide and often do not book a return flight until I have arrived at my destination and determined how long I will stay. Today, I was denied boarding on a 45 minute flight because I HAD NO RETURN TICKET!! I am joining my family on a boat and sailing back to the US with them! The boarding agent refused to allow me to board, but then told me that I could book a “refundable” ticket with Silver… then once I had boarded the plane, I could simply cancel the flight. I did this while everyone on board waited for my confirmation to be processed and was finally allowed to board… then cancelled the ticket. INSANELY POWER HU GRY AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. My first and last flight with SILVER all took place today!!
Online scheduling was awful
On time, very nice crew, nice planes
These were wonderful flights both ways.
The boarding process needs more improvement. We waited in the heat for almost 30 mins due to over crowded flight. The plane was hot. However, The pilot was awesome.
Pros: The attendance were super nice and friendly.
Cons: A mid flight massage and Champaign with some chocolate truffles would have been nice
Pros: The crew was amazing and the leg room was less than needed.
Cons: A little more leg room.
Pros: On time !!! Clean cabin
Cons: Air conditioner
Pros: Very fast and efficient boarding and deplaning , friendly staff
Pros: Amazing crew. Great service and on time
Cons: Need WiFi
Cons: There was a hurricane and I couldn't get you to cancel my flight. I was not able to fly because of car damage and work responsibilities from the storm. I am waiting to hear from Allianz, the insurance company to see if I will get a refund.
Cons: Boarding inside instead of walking outside and In flight WiFi or entertainment needed
Pros: Only three people on flight. Everyone friendly
