My ONLY complaint with Japan Airlines is their in-floght movie options. The choices were very limited and skewed towards lesser movies that are pretty much unknown. On a 13 hour flight I'm dependent on there being a solid list of decent films to pick from. The poor choices made the flight seem twice as long. Next time I'll bring a fully loaded iPad for my movies.

Great level of comfort and highly professional and friendly flight crew. Keep up the great service.

Very courteous and professional flight attendants. At least from Delhi to Tokyo leg where a good number of passengers are of Indian origin should have some items of Indian cuisine on the menu other than that great experience.

Horrible like always, flight was supposed to be at 11:40am, we ended up getting a different airplane at 3:25pm.

Overall, a solid flight experience. Boarding was quick and efficient, even with a full and overbooked flight. The flight crew did a great job providing attentive and friendly service throughout. I flew in economy, and while the seats were acceptable, they could definitely use more cushioning, especially for a 14-hour flight. By the end, it was quite uncomfortable to remain seated. Legroom was also limited, particularly with a bag stored under the seat and the passenger in front reclining. That said, everything else went smoothly, and I appreciated the professionalism of the crew.

I have been flying with JAL a few times, crews service, food, overall comfort even with economy, I would rate it the top three airlines. None of any American carriers can provide such excellent service.

The flight was delightful overall. The check-in and boarding were on smooth and on time. Amenities and staffs were elevated. However, if glasses were served instead of cups, there should be a complete premium.

Sure I would’ve liked a little more space, but it was better than economy. I bring my own food because I have food allergies it would be nice if they offered larger salads or more vegetables instead of starch it was really a good flight. I don’t wanna complain. I’m grateful to fly at all safely. Thank you to the pilots.

I enjoy flying American airlines. I tried to book American airline when I’m flying most places.

Excellent! So happy that the crew members were so helpful and friendly and able to understandably communicate. They’re very receptive with someone like me, with disability. I love that I did not even have to ask for luggage help like, having to place and take down my carry-on luggage in and out of the over-head compartment. Hope, help is extended to disabled passenger(s) through out class classifications they’ve bought; economy or business class it might be. As a disabled person myself, I’m truly of great appreciation of this kind of help. Means a lot !!! Thank you so very much JAL crew. You out done others on this customer service part of the trip. Please continue to do so. From now on, I’ll choose JAL as my airline whenever I have to fly to any southeast asian countries. And I will disseminate my excellent travel experience with you to others.

The meals were not the greatest and lacking of appetite but everything else was spot on

Overall, excellent: check-in, boarding, service, and food. The Business Class seating is a little less private and spacious than the world's premier airlines, but still very good for a long haul flight.

On time. Friendly and helpful flight attendants. The plane was clean. Having a wine available would have been nice.

Your staff was exceptional. Could teach the other airlines-rules on etiquette, and service. Excellent landings on flights, carried out by your pilots. Only complaint is long delay on return flight in Beijing, onto Vancouver.

Worst than I expected, crew was not attentive, meal was as disgusting , they didn’t even drink selections as they would to other passengers. I felt discriminated

cannot get seat information for LAX to IAH when check in in XI,AN

UA is ok. But check in was a very bad experience

I hate that you cannot check in online and when you are at the airport, there aren't any aisle seats left. Also, they could work a little on subtitles for their movies (not everyone is a native English speaker).

Nothing to complain of, the only reason I am not giving better marks is that I am used to flying with ANA and they are the top.

It's terrible that we can't do online check in because we didn't buy the tickets directly from Air china. It was not explained until I contacted Chatdeal and we could not sit together.

Boarding - 3 of 4 flights were delayed and the gate staff did an ok job of managing the lines for boarding. Lots of standing around in line - more than typical. Crew - accommodating. If you are looking for warmth, you will not experience it with AC. But I appreciate their hard work and relative efficiency on 8+ hour flights. Comfort - My first 2 flights were cancelled the morning I was due to depart. AC rescheduled me on 2 new flights that created only minimal disruption and change to my itinerary (a longer layover, several hours difference in arrival time) and provided a 15 dollar food voucher for the layover restaurant which was the equivalent of a measly sandwich. My seats were changed which is a huge issue for my physical size as I require additional legroom for medical reasons, and I was put in a very uncomfortable seat without the option for seat selection. The bathrooms were incredibly dirty and foul smelling to the point of being nauseating and I was next to it during my longest of 4 flights. Entertainment - I always travel with downloaded entertainment on my own devices and a power bank, and am glad I did! The entertainment was completely non functioning for my 8+ hour flight home. We were provided a 15% or 50 dollar voucher on a future flight by way of compensation. Food - always just poor to mid. I also travel with my own food when possible as in flight meals and snacks taste strongly of packaging. Overall, this was a poor to mid experience, and I am resigned to the fact that airlines are never going to improve.

I did not like anything because the flight was cancelled yesterday and I did not get to arrive on time in Toronto as I was rebooked with another airline. This caused me to be really stressed out as I am an individual with back injury and to be forced to stay longer in an airport to accommodate a change of airline and the transfers associated with it Due to this I am probably not going to book through your website to eliminate this potentially chaos in the future

shittiest airline in the hemisphere. To improve - start thinking you're flying people, not cattle

Easy boarding, inflight refreshments came on time and comfortable seat

Flight attendants were ok. But it was a full flight.

It was good that our flight left early. It was a nice smooth flight and landing.

Complimentary food options could be better. There should be a little wait between people boarding with children under 6 and the rest of the boarding. There isn’t enough time to get yourself situated before take off.

I was tired enough to fall asleep soon after takeoff and slept until "we are starting our descent to Toronto" announcement. That's not bad at all.

The crew was amazing! I was a bit surprised and disappointed that there was not wifi available for personal use. The only thing I would change would be the seat cushions. They are not comfortable at all for long flights.

Boarding went smoothly and on time. No entertainment system and only a cookie for breakfast.
