Cons: "Check in and boarding was atrocious. We were told that we wouldn't be allowed to go to the gate if we didn't get through the check in but it wasn't our fault that it was taking so long. There weren't anywhere near enough staff and so by the time we managed to check in we had to go straight to the gate. Same thing when boarding. Took far too long and there was an inevitable delay with no apology. Plane ok. One toilet out of order so had to walk the length of the plane. Games no good without a handset and very few new movies."

Cons: "One of the toilet covers wouldn’t stay up so you had to hold it while going. Paper towels would be nicer than tissue paper. Wasn’t able to use my boarding pass from my phone, waste of paper. Ginger ale would be a nice drink. Didn’t find a list of their drinks in magazine, that would make it easier. Whenever I needed to use the restroom they locked us out a lot whether for head count or re fueling."

Cons: "Hi, I have asked 3 members of the crew to get me a glass of water from the time I boarded the flight. It took 45 minutes for them to hand me a glass of water. I have to wait till they all got settled. Only when them to start the service they were able to give me some water. I was really thirsty otherwise, I wouldn't have to ask for three members. I think it's important that they respond more promptly and do a quick service considering the long flight we have."
