I have an Alaska Air credit card and one of the selling points was to board earlier, but that has not been the case, as they reserve this for their higher level customers, whatever that means. Also, on this flight, I was very unimpressed with the crew, there was a younger African American man, who was particularly unfriendly, he clearly needs remedial training in customer service. I was disappointed with my experience this time as I have mostly found the crews to be very professional."

Then the front desk staff could only help to switch to row 12 and row 13. We’re still not together. That’s horrible. Then when we got on the plane, I asked people around if they don’t mind to switch their seats, but still not working well. The flight attendants didn’t help at all. Just saying, “this is the best we can do.” What did they do? They didn’t even help me to work it out. Then one of the front desk staff came onto the plane and help me out. My son and I finally sit together. But the overall experience sucks! Alaska Airlines needs to train their crew to have more emphatic to the passengers."

Their entertainment and internet actually works making them a better option than United. Flights were on time, crew was friendly, and the aircraft was clean. No complaints with Alaskan, and actually happy to change airlines after years of being with United even though it is not a direct flight to our destination."

Pros: "N/A. Because of bad weather on Vancouver Island, my flight to Vancouver was delayed two hours and I missed my 230p flight to Seattle. Alaska had no other flights available from Vancouver that would get me to San Diego and other later flights that day from other airlines were over booked. I stayed the night and flew out the next morning on a direct flight to San Diego. The flight was fine. The flight crew was nice, they offered us drinks and snacks and the air condition worked. The reason I included the AC is sometimes it doesn't work and that's miserable. There's not too much else to add."

Got to the gate, and of course, it was sold out. And they told me they weren't sure if the 7:30 PM flight would be taking off. So I grabbed my bags, made my way via train/bus/hitchhiking across the American border where my dad picked me up. Never got a single reason why I was bumped in the first place."

Called HoJo’s to confirm they had non-smoking rooms available. Got on the hotel’s shuttle bus and the driver announced that HoJo was full and all voucher holders would go to Rodeway Inn but those without vouchers would go to HoJo....huh!?? Called HoJo and the same person I’d spoken to 20 mins prior said it was correct, that Rodeway was a sister property. The Rodeway Inn Metro Airport is pretty disgusting. This is my opinion after coming from remote Mexico and extensive travel in Africa. It should be torn down. Delta/HoJo should not send customers there."

One of the flight attendants was in a terrible mood - she was cold and rude and would not even look at passengers - which her fellow crewmates noticed and tried to compensate for."

She had no basis for saying we were great and as we didn't have a relationship other than ordering drinks she had no basis for complaining about her Dallas to us. She would leave it to us that she was being put upon by the customers that she was getting paid to serve. Where the Aeromexico flight attendant genuinely enjoyed serving her customers."

I'll grant you I am a big girl at 6' 250 however the first leg of my flight from FLL to ATL which WAS on a Delta plane, was fine. I did not feel smashed into the seat. For the money, I feel like I am due more than being locked into the seat unable to move more than 1/2 inch for an entire flight. Thankfully the flight was under 2 hours."

The pilot can on to inform us of what was happening, assuring us that our baggage would arrive with the flight. B7t not surprisingly they lied and about 30 ppl didn't get their luggage. It never made it on the flight and won't be until the following morning. So I have no clothes. No jacket for sub zero temperatures. It would great if they could at least tell us that there will be a problem. Not lie I'm not impressed. I'll do my best not to fly westjet again."

She didn't know how to add miles to my number of fidelity and she told me that she can't change my seat to the aisle, because the sistem was not working and her english was very poor too... Very poor service."

Cons: "No snack. No food offered during the flight. Only juice and water offered during more than 5 hours of the business class flight. Strange smell continued during the flight. The simplest service in my experiences of Business class flights in the world."
Pros: "We missed our flight to Bogota because Immigration was so understaffed. They were warned by Aero Mexico the day prior but chose to do nothing. Now we are having to pay for a second hotel and second flight from BOGOTA to Barranquilla. There are a lot of very angry and disappointed travelers today. We have been offered nothing and received nothing. And we loose another day of Carnivale. I won't be flying through Mexico city anytime soon. Kerry Greenlees"

Cons: "It boarded a half hour after it was supposed to depart, and took off an hour late, with no explanation ever for the delay. Also, at one point in the flight, the 2 flight attendants in the economy section were seated and asleep - I had to wake one up to get something to drink. And she wasn't very pleased about it. But I would think that is a safety violation that no flight attendant was awake and alert for some period of time."

Cons: "The flight was delayed over 2 and a half hours, missed our connecting flight in Mexico City. The in flight entertainment stopped working half way through the flight, didn’t work again. Bad customer service, didn’t even apologize"

Cons: "The check In process took an hour for no reason. I can only assume the staff were new because everyone who went on strike recently got fired or quit. That or they were on permanent siesta because the line ups weren’t even long. They were just slow, lazy and lacked knowledge."
Cons: "a crew member was extremely rude and yield at us because we got confused with custom’s paper work and eventhough she saw we were there filling it out again she told her coworker to close the flight with out us and nobody did or tried to help I would never recommend, if I could rate no stars for bording and crew I would do it"

Cons: "The flight was delayed 10 hours, we finally boarded as I was going to put my luggage on he over bin a passenger tells me I couldn’t use the space because she was saving it for her sisters who were not on the plane yet the flight attendant was next to me and allowed this to happen. There were also some very obnoxious passengers and again the flight attendant did nothing to control the situation. By far worst flight and service!"

I ate the fruit and yogurt only Passengers should be warned about the poor food,so that they can get something before boarding."
Cons: "They took so long to board that our flight departed later than expected. They also didn’t let me check in for my flight through the app, although I was trying to pay for priority seating. I was double charged on my debit card for priority seating and I still had to sit in the main cabin."

Our original Vancouver flight was also delayed for 3 hours, they could put us in another airline but simply did no d anything even we asked for that. At the end, they did not know hate in México, airport screens si done thing, airiline information was another thing."

Cons: "I'm stuck in this huge airport because the connection time between Mexico City and my next flight to Leon was vastly underestimated. In Vancouver I was assured that one and a half hours would be sufficient but when I saw the line through immigration I realized what a joke that was. That process alone took well over two hours, followed by another hour to pick up my bag, find the correct spot to drop it off again and then re-enter the boarding area. Meanwhile, the shuttle I arranged to pick me up in Leon have one and gone. So, here I sit, exhausted, frustrated and weary, waiting for the next flight, and not knowing how I will get to my destination in the dark hours of the night. I could do with back rub and a shoulder to cry on."

Cons: "We lost the conection because pre departure there swas an issue with one of the wings of the plane and took about 30 min. Afterwards after landing the plan had to wait another 15 minutes waiting for the gate. American Airlines atributed the issue to weather conditions in Vancouver, false."

Was told to “go online” and file a lost and found report. This is a small airport - TRI cities TN - absolutely zero customer focus by and American Airline employee - and I asked to sp all with a supervisor and manager with the hope I would get my phone back. Worst service and zero caring attitude I’ve dealt with - and I fly a lot. It will be Delta from here on out. I went on line and filed a complaint and lost and found report - am betting a large amount of money I hear nothing other than an automated reply."
Cons: "in the airport, the gate area dirty!, bathrooms dirty, no place to charge phone. The walk to the airplane, getting aboard the plane after the gate and flight changed and delayed. Being told it was weather related on the plane and being told it was MAINTENANCE by customer service. The plane was very crowded, the flight attendants never smiled. WHen i told the attendant i was being "rained" on he said...i know its happening everywhere..... he said there was nothing he could do but get me paper towels...they never came. I was very annoyed getting off the plane walking back and forth....it was aweful. and my flight before this was no better i am VERY TURNED OFF BY AMERICAN AIRLINES RIGHT NOW."
Pros: "The crew were polite, accommodating and understanding"
Cons: "The gate was changed 1hr prior to boarding despite the arriving plane having landed 3hrs prior. So with stroller and infant in toe, I had to run to change terminals/buildings. There was no assistance or prior warning regarding this from the check in staff and I made it all the way to the original terminal and gate before having to turn around. The desk staff at the gate was asked about early boarding for infants and said it would be okay but didn’t give clear instructions on boarding so I sat down and they began boarding each group 20 minutes later and did not give priority to mother’s with infants. The stroller which I brought to the gate was then tagged incorrectly with a white tag instead of a pink tag. I was later told by he crew that it meant it would go directly to baggage claim instead of being brought to the door. According to the crew, all staff know to tag with a pink tag. At every step there was blatant display of inconsideration that made an already difficulty journey, that much more challenging."

Cons: "Gates are way too far apart in Miami and the golf carts to get between areas seem to require reservations and long waits. Ridiculous. Most MIA staff was very rude (this wasn't American's own staff, or TSA, I should note). American stripped my group of our seat assignments (which we had selected 6 months prior) without reason and with minimal apology. No solution offered. Got middle seats but luckily was able to switch on one of the computer kiosks. Flight crew didn't seem to care that other people moved to the for-pay seats further up front (the flight wasn't full)... so why did we lose our seat assignments and get grief with not being able to select anything good? Not impressed."

Cons: "American switched pilots last minute, so all passengers sat waiting in our cramped seats for about 15 minutes while pilots got situated in the cockpit. Then it was discovered a preflight mechanical check hadn't been done. So we all sat for another HOUR waiting for the mechanics to arrive and do their work. The flight attendants were unpleasant and rude."

Pros: "I appreciated the interactive screen on the backseat, which provided me entertainment watching Doctor Who and playing Angry Birds. I also liked that the power outlet to charge my phone was more accessible on the backseat instead of below my seat, which is normally where I find it."
Cons: "I did not appreciate that there was a device mounted below 2 of the 3 backseats in my row. Those devices cut into at least a few inches of valuable room to store a carry-on bag. At worst, I've seen 1 seat have such a device, so it was quite disappointing to see 2 seats with them, including mine."

The first cancelation caused me to buy new tickets at a higher price I had originally purchased them at. We were redirected from Kayak to Vayamo and they have no sense of customer service. Horrible"
