Several people with a connection were very upset and it was an unpleasant experience. Also while up in the air, it took over an hour for seatbelt sign to go offf making it hard to wait for bathroom."

Cons: "In the SF airport, your crew accepted me to pay for $25 for putting my suitcase into the plane. But then, she mentioned that the flight was delayed and there was no way that I can made my connection from LA to Indianaplis. So I was given a boarding pass with my suitcase ($25 paid) only to LA. The front desk asked me to try other ways when I arrived LA to see what can be done. When I entered into the gate, your CS changed my flight to UA after I have presented my case. However, I had to pull the suitcase out from Alaska, paid another $25 to United and started the trip all over again. All the while, your crews expected me (an alien from Asia) that I should have known every thing get it through, or to claim my suitcase charges. I am really disappointed for the lack of understanding. To you, it may be something happened so common everyday. To me, I was totally lost to handle this."

I also tried to get my boarding pass via phone with the same error message. I also tried to go through Cathay's website, no luck. Cathays customer service is closed on Sunday, and Alaskan customer service said they cannot help me. I arrived 2 hours before my flight from SLC to LAX via Alaskan Airlines, and they were unable to print my boarding pass in time to make my flight. I waited 2 hours in line with other people also leaving at 6am, almost all of us missing our flight.... I am extremely disappointed and would like a refund for this trip. I ended up purchasing another one-way ticket to HKG, and will take the return flight home from Cathay."

Pros: "We were flying international and bags were checked through to our final destination AND AA did not charge us for our checked bags because it was booked as part of an international ticket. (which I didn't learn before flying so it was a pleasant surprise, most airlines want to charge you for the domestic leg of your flight)! They allowed us to board early and were very accommodating for our family of 7. I finally figured out the in air entertainment on our devises, which didn't seem to work on our previous flight. Snacks were minimal."

Cons: "When I bought my ticket last Nov , I paid extra to select seats, only to discover no aisle seats available for the 15 hour flight from LAX to Guanghzou. I tried many times to call CSA LA office using toll free and regular number, but could never speak to a human. Last November 7 I missed my flight home due to the Thai King's motorcade causing the road I was on to be closed for more one hour. I arrived at the CNXairport nearly one hour before the scheduled departure time, only to find CSA check in counters already closed. CSA Bangkok made me pay for a one way ticket home on Nov 8 even though all 3 flights were not full. I arrived well I'm advance and checked in. CSA began boarding 30 minutes before the time shown on my boarding pass and closed the aircraft doors shortly aftethe boarding time listed. No wonder I missed my Nov 7 flight! I wrote CSA LA a letter including the receipt for the one way ticket and requested a refund or at least a reply or home call. I never received a reply. I have flown CSA/Delta from Detroit, MI to Chiang Mai, Thailand 5 or 6 times in the last 3 years. It seems they don't care about customer loyalty. In the future CSA will not be my first choice and I will pay somewhat more to fly another airline."

First landing attempt had to be aborted, the landing not being cleared by the control tower. Then we cruised, circling over the Ocean, and the lights of the city again. Finally we landed. Taxiing on the tarmac was interrupted many times, and took overall 30 minutes. The pilot kept informing us. I was probably not the only passenger that had and urgent need to reach a bathroom... Of course, Delta should not be blamed"

My biggest complaint is that as a paying customer (vs non rev) I think it is kind of crazy that I did not have an assigned seat until I walked onto the plane. I really disliked tjis process. I found it to be an unnecessary stress. When I asked the gate agent about it I didn't get a clear answer as to where I will be sitting. I'd much rather know what my seat number is before I board the plane. Other then this bizarre process. Everything was great."

Instead of being treated like livestock Delta makes its passengers comfortable offering blankets and head phones in coach servicing Starbucks Coffee not week old coffee left in the galley., Flying has gone from being a privilege to a punishment and thank you for valuing the coach crowd ."

Cons: "I had safety concerns on the flight from YVR to Toronto because seated in the exit row were two individuals who were brought to the gate assisted on a cart and had to wait for assistance to get on and off the flight. They had very poor ambulation which made me nervous as these people have agreed, by sitting in the exit row, that they are able and willing to help in the case of an emergency evacuation. This was not a safe situation and was noted by several passengers."

At some point crew decided she should not fly to LA, but the ladies wouldn’t get off plane! 45 minutes later and 4 RCMP show up to escort them off plane. Then we didn’t have any ground crew to get us off loading ramp. Finally got away 90 minutes or more after scheduled departure. Circled LA a few times before getting to land.... long flight with long delays!"

Cons: "Airlines don't have small tv's to watch and give out cheap snacks. Flairaire is so cheap you even have to buy your beverage unless it's a glass of water. Wasn't overly impressed with this airline. Also getting your itenairy online was also difficult. I had to change email information and call customer service which was in Spanish not English language. Then while lining up at the airport to process and check bags there was no computer to self serve and get through the line up faster and efficiently. The main clerk that helps with the line up was rude to passengers. Stating that on a domestic flight you need to be 2 hours ahead of boarding. Which most of us were a good 90 minutes to pre boarding. All of the struggles can be avoided with self serve check-in and prepaid bag check. The flight and crew were friendly and pleasant."

Finally after 15 minutes they actually started letting the line through when they could have just waited 15 minutes to even announce the pre-boarding line. Then we boarded the plane and it was late and another 30 minutes waiting to fly. There was no TVs.. and whatever, we brought our iPad We got to Edmonton and our car seat was quite damaged. West jet couldn’t give us anywhere near the car seat we have and not one that fits in my car."

Cons: "1. I previously asked for wheelchair assistance for my father and when we dropped off our bags the agent said she would get someone and told us to sit in the waiting area. After five minutes no one came so I went to the assistance desk and they said they hadn't been informed so they sent someone right away. If I hadn't been there to ask, I don't know how long my mom and dad would have sat there. 2. The man who wheeled my dad to the gate was very nice and he said he arranged for all of us to sit together, which was nice because I wasn't able to sit with my parents since we weren't able to choose the same row when we booked. When we boarded, we found out that the seats hadn't been changed, and the person who previously booked the seat beside my parents refused to move so I sat in the row beside them. These problems were minor but they highlighted a lack of communication between staff and the attendant dealing with us wasn't the most friendly either. I used to fly westjet in the early days when I still lived in Canada and I've noticed that the level of service has gone down. Thank you for allowing me the opportunity and space to comment. Cons: "I traveled from Vancouver to Edmonton today on WS 320 and one of my luggage was delayed. I had to wait through many phone call queues to get in contact with an agent and none of them were very useful. I was informed that my baggage would arrive in Edmonton at 5pm and be contacted to arrange delivery options but I had not heard anything from them and it is already past 8pm. I had to stay at home to wait for the phone call which resulted me in canceling my evening plans. The luggage contains frozen home made goods and various food items I brought back from my recent trip to Taiwan. With the food not being in a freezer for over 12 hours at this point they've likely all gone bad. I am extremely displeased with the bagging service especially when I had PAID to get my bags checked. I was told that packing food in checked bags comes with a risk and is a game but everything in life is a risk and I find that excuse from an agent very unacceptable. I am also very upset that WestJet does not offer compensation for food damages because the foods in my luggage are definitely worth over $200 and some are not obtainable in Canada."

The person at the checkin desk was wonderful. Changed my booking and checked my bag without any charge. It made a very stressful situation so much better, I really appreciate the staff who went out of her way to help me."

I did not appreciate standing in line for that long. There were no announcements from the gate staff about the delay. This seemed disrespectful to the many people waiting on line."

Cons: "I'm stuck in this huge airport because the connection time between Mexico City and my next flight to Leon was vastly underestimated. In Vancouver I was assured that one and a half hours would be sufficient but when I saw the line through immigration I realized what a joke that was. That process alone took well over two hours, followed by another hour to pick up my bag, find the correct spot to drop it off again and then re-enter the boarding area. Meanwhile, the shuttle I arranged to pick me up in Leon have one and gone. So, here I sit, exhausted, frustrated and weary, waiting for the next flight, and not knowing how I will get to my destination in the dark hours of the night. I could do with back rub and a shoulder to cry on."

Cons: "First a large number of the flight was flagged for special screening which meant that they had to do additional procedures and were very understaffed as many of us talking near 100 people had to stay behind and wait for over an hour as three employees screened us in detail. This while the rest of the plane was already boarded. Thus the flight left late and arrived very late to LAX. Secondly the refrigeration on board for food was broken thus spoilong the food so we only received one meal on an 11 hour flight which we were starving and not what we paid for during this flight. They did offer snacks but when not having a full meal as paid for it is a huge let down. Thirdly why is Wi-Fi not offered on this flight. Due to the late departure and late arrival we missed my connection to TUS and was not able to make calls or email during the flight. Not acceptable. Very unhappy and will never be flying with British Airways again. I WILL ALSO NEVER LET FRIENDS AND FAMILY FLY WITH THEM. An airline as prestigious as BA needs to work better at ensuring the minimum on offering wait we the customer pays for and this did not happen. Staff was amazing and very friendly but we were very dejected and felt that your brand suffered a lot with this experience. I do hope to hear from airline about this incident as my wife and I travel constantly."

My family of four had to pay nearly $400 extra to select our seats in advance instead of having them assigned to selecting them the day of the flight. Seats were cramped and not too comfortable. I flew Air France on a previous trip to Europe and it was much more comfortable seating. The in-flight entertainment system kept freezing up and had to be reset multiple times. The touch screen (which is the method of navigation through the system) did not work. On a 5 hour flight that would be an inconvenience - on an 11 hour flight it is a bit more of a problem."

This is common to many airline steaks, and may be an unavoidable consequence of the limitations of preparing food on board. (Though I have had reasonably prepared meat dishes on certain AA flights). All dishes are highly under-seasoned, but a packet of salt and paper is provided, so this is not a curial concern."

THEN having to go through second security check in London when changing planes and security in terminal C was closed so had to transfer to terminal B for security and back to C to catch flight barely making it! Luggage did not make connection. Promised it will be delivered today."

Pros: "Flight crew is the most helpful and genuine I've experienced of all carriers. I've had bad experiences with Lufthansa, United, American, and Delta. Everything we asked of BA was taken care of quickly and they truly seemed to care more. They are especially attentive to children. The A320 storage space overhead is huge and seemed to have room to spare with a fully booked flight."

We received lunch, movie snacks, and a mini pizza lunch. The only meal that wasn't great was the mini pizza."

The cabin crew tried resetting it a few times and tried everything they could to fix it, but it didn't work. They did compensate us for the inconvenience so that was nice."

Cons: "Well standing at the luggage carousel like a fool waiting for luggage that has yet to be found, really sucked! Not cool to be forced to check my luggage at the baggage check and ticketing because they claim there's no room for it, then they lose my bag. All the other people had their carry-ons. We checked in 3 1/2 hours early, and apparently they did this to 6 other families on our flight! Not good to be losing so much luggage."

Pros: "The crew were ALL super friendly. My first time on a flight were ALL the stewards were polite, kind and helpful. Usually there's just one, if any. However they were all so friendly and accommodating."

Cons: "Although I was in business class the service seemed unattentive and sparse. The crew did not check for passengers needing additional drinks and did not clear the empty glasses until almost the end of the flight. Overall, the crew seemed more suited to economy class than business class."

Cons: "We had a 4 hour delay . At the boarding the crew was not given accurate information. I even had to go to customer service and than tto a station manager to make sure that I would get the correct information. Once handled the crew and also the station manager was good."

Cons: "I arrived in Los Angeles on a Saturday and was told my luggage was still in London but they would have someone deliver it to me the next day (Sunday) 5-8 pm. No one showed up or bothered to call. I checked the status and was told 10 pm. No one showed. I was then told 12-1 AM. No one showed. No one bothered to call. No one showed up until 3 AM Monday morning. I took my frustrations to twitter and it looks like this is a common occurrence with British Airways."

Pros: "The best-flight entertainment I have ever had on a trans-Atlantic flight. The flight also arrived forty minutes earlier than estimated."
