They wanted to close counter although they did not provide the wheelchair requested which ended by going alone to transit security and lost long time and they did not want to wait .
They charge me for luggage which is was included on the ticket

Delays with no communication. Broken business class seat and no one seems to care or help.
Really was disappointed in flying in business class starting from lounge which was the worst lounge every Flight almost 6 hours flight the airplane is sooooooo old not comfortable at all food was awful no tv seats was uncomfortable can’t even charge your phone to play any entertainment
Old aircraft with a terrible business class setup and poor connection experience in Casablanca. Strongly suggest you pay a bit more and fly a different airline.
when we ask for water or any help nobody care.. they are too arrogant
The plane was new, clean and nice. The crew was very attentive and pleasant. The food wasn’t great, though - even in business class…
Everything could have been better. Check-in was the worst. Staff was extremely slow for checking in. They were easily spending 10-15 minutes for every passenger. I almost missed my flight because there was huge line at Immigration also.
