need to improve management and air hostess services. Rest of it’s OK.
Qatar screwed up by delaying our onward journey for refueling, which resulted in missing our connecting flight to India. the airport qater staff at Doha, herded us like cattle in a very incohesive and uncoordinated way. We were then given 2 options: either catch our original flight the Next day ( After 24.hrs) or catch 2 flights instead , to goto our destination in India. All this, for paying a premium for Qatar.
Nothing I knew what I was getting into ; no complaints when on string budget
Flight delayed by an hoir or more. Food service is slow. Also, the crew is not following up on orders. Travelled in business class and was a platinum member, but still didn't receive the expected service .

Chaotic boarding began 5 minutes before departure without any announcements explaining the delay. Once on board, an outdated 737 greeted me, without of WiFi. The crew hastily placed trays in front of passengers without any interaction or smiles, only to swiftly retrieve them and vanish for the remainder of the flight. The food provided was inedible, but there were decent juice options like guava and strawberry. The only reason I chose this flight was because of its schedule; otherwise, I would have opted for a different airline.
I liked how nice the crew were. The seat could be better and more comfortable. The movies could be newer. The entertainment movies were all old
Pros: "Seat was weary at 52H. Although there were other empty and more comfortable seats, the crew didn't let me have one."
Cons: "Food could have been of fish kind variety and hot drinks weren't available. No hot drinks, neither coffee, nor tea."

Pros: "The only thing is good, they gave us a room for the missing flight which is because of them. Poor customer service, no communication, the flight is always late and you will miss your flight."

Cons: "Layover time too short so a small flight delay resulted in a missed connection. No entertainment system on board, seats very small, food bad and disembarking was very slow."
Cons: "OUr departing flight was delayed almost 1 1/2 hours, resulting in a missed connection in Cairo -- this is not uncommon. The connecting flight waited 6 minutes, then left us. Arranging an alternative (through Rome & onward by late evening) was done , but no one was at the transfer desk for an hour."

The flight was canceled two times and didn’t tell me on time I was waiting all day long for my flight but at the end it was worst.

Pros: "For a domestic flight from Karachi to Lahore, they use a 9-seater row. Good from check in to arrival, baggage out within 5 minutes."
Cons: "No online checkin. BEWARE: flight from a mid-sized domestic city (750k population) had its flight cancelled - I got no notice (Kayak sent me an alert), no offer to rebook, and they couldn’t even handle a refund. Crazy"
Cons: "PIA needs to have a lounge after security at Karachi airport and different boarding times so business class passengers are not waiting in the queue to board and get to seats. Crew was downright rude at times. I was travelling with a 2 year old who was not badly behaved and yet instead of helping or asking if I needed anything, the crew behaved as if they were doing me a great favour when asked for something."

Cons: "At Washington Dulles airport the whole staff was really rude and unprofessional. I had only one hand carry and it was 9 kg. I requested them that I can buy a bag and can divide the stuff in two bags. But supervisor who seemed Indian was really racist and he kept insisting that we are flying in 5 minutes. Either you have to pay penalty for this hand carry or you can cancel your flight. I have never ever seen this kind of behavior from anyone specially from a supervisor. I ended up paying $300 extra for only 2 kg extra weight in my hand carry. I would recommend my whole family and friends not to choose this airline anymore."
Cons: "There was no information given that pia does not have online check in. The food was horrible on pia. The connecting flight had no vegetarian option for people with dietary restrictions.9"
Cons: "Had I known that the second segment of the flight is Pakistan international airlines I would have never booked the flight on kayak. Very dangerous and third class airline. The sight should clearly show all the details when u search for the flights. As it was showing all flights on Etihad. Will never make reservation on kayak again"

Cons: "The checkin process at the Lahore Airport was horrific. Probably won't fly out of there again. The queues were a joke. Most passengers were cutting queues with the help of officials they had bribed. Shockingly one airport staff member checked in five passengers in front of me who weren't even At the airport. This lot was issued boarding passes and luggage tags without a problems. An immigration officer also stamped their passports without a question. No wonder Pakistan is and will always be a third world country. Despite the excessive airline and airport staff the simple process took me over an hour. I only got my turn after arguing and pleading my case with the airline staff repeatedly. Seriously this is the worst airport to fly out off!! You have been warned. Use Lahore airport at your own risk!!"
