The baggage arrived damaged and i spent EUR 300 on the baggage a month ago. No responsibility from airline or the handles.
The restrictions regarding carry-on baggage is too strict. My wife was forced to check her carry-on bag. Never had this on other airlines.
I liked that the air staff is very good, but the ground staff still has lots of areas of opportunity. They raise their voices over the passenger questions or requests for information.
Cons: "lastminute.com was completely unhelpful in assisting with any changes to my itinerary. They repeatedly provided me with incorrect information that sent me on a wild goose chase."

Very short flight so the limited space and lack of entertainment were no issue. Crew was friendly and the flight was very punctual. Baggage claim in Prague was lightning quick.
Simply the best way to get nonstop to Europe. if you’re lucky, there’s clear skies with views of Arctic or the aurora at night.
Paid extra for the seat to have more leg room they changed the aircraft and gave me the last seat in the cabin and I couldn't even recline the seat backwards due to the wall behind. Asked the crew member she said she will check as she has to accommodate other people and never came back or moved me elsewhere.
Very uncomfortable seats. Was shocked they were that bad in business class
The crew did an awesome job in helping parents with infants, resulting in a quiet trip for all.
Flight was delayed without reasoning or ample notice. Missed my connecting flight and was not given the rebooking information or new boarding pass until I had to ask multiple times. Connecting flight had no room to store my carry on luggage.
Did not get to take it. Earlier flight was cancelled

It would have helped if I knew it would be air Canada jazz/rouge. The flight was ok but the planes are older and smaller with no entertainment. Fitting the carry one every one had was tricky and made the process longer. Overall it was ok but I actually booked a company other than air Canada and got them which was disappointing.I prefer American or overseas airlines over Canadian because the experience is usually better

Cons: "Toronto's airport did not send our bags onto or flight, which I had to wait 8 hours for them to send it to my hotel. Plus, the boarding process was crazy. So many people waiting in front of the lines for them to be called. Luckily, an attendant was calling out for premium. He guided us"

Cons: "For a three-hour international flight, and at that ticket price, substantial snacks should be complimentary. In Asia, flights of three hours or more on legacy carriers have proper inflight food. Low cost carriers sell food; but UA is not LCC."
Cons: "Everything. We were incredibly delayed which happens but none of the staff knew what was happening. Different passengers were told different things and when we tried to ask questions they were far from helpful. It was not a good experience at all."
