Both ground crew and flight crew were rude, and did not provide any level of service. They made it very difficult as we were traveling with a passenger the required assistance.
It was OK. The flight is pretty long for the airlines to only offer a simple sandwich on business class. The entertainment is similar to that on other Skyteam members. Ultimately the airline lost my bag and didn’t deliver it to me until the next day after a lengthy lost baggage report.
Good, the flight from Miami to Mexico City was better than Mexico City to Miami

Annoying that we had to go to departures and get boarding passes. Should allow us to be booked all the way through, this is the only airline i have this problem with in MEX. Late boarding and take off
the guy in front of me put his seat back immediately...and then left it back including thru landing and taxiing to the runway. attendants did not check/ask him to put it up for landing.

Boarding - It is unclear where the line for the group are given the signs. A solution would be a diagonal arrow pointing to the lane in which the lane for boarding of a given zone should form. As it is now, you are guessing which side of the pole the "zone 3" sign is telling you to form the line. Inflight Entertainment - The Spanish subtitles function didn't work for movie watching (in fact, all subtitles didn't work), so was difficult to follow along and I watched the movie in silence without words.
An hour-long wait to check in, 90 minutes for luggage to come out, lost luggage, chaotic operations
I always had the best experience for the professionalism of the crew and the way they make you feel as a family!!!

My flight from Mexico City to Boston would have been fine, had I taken it, but because the final leg of the trip from Toronto to Boston was cancelled, I decided to fly on another carrier out of Mexico City that offered me a non, stop-direct route. Prior to this, I received several emails and text messages from Air Canada in regards to their Toronto to Boston flight being cancelled and about a similiar flights that departed much later that evening or the following day from Toronto to Boston. I would have hoped that Air Canada would have offered to seat on AeroMexico, but they did not. I flew on AeroMexico from Mexico City to Boston (direct) and enjoyed a wonderful flight. I replied to texts Air Canada's about my situation, but got no response. I have asked to be considered for a partial refund from Air Canada for the missed portion of my flight that I took with AeroMexico. I have yet to hear back.
On time, comfort, service. No breakfast available as per menu, the chicken wrap I got instead was poor and poorly presented (in Saran wrap, as if made at home by the pilot)
AC was 2 hours late which forced me to reschedule my connecting flight (for a fee!). Most likely because of that we had to go to three different gates before we could finally board. Of course it was not the crews fault, but if AC would have wanted to apologize they could have served a light snack or at least a drink free of charge, didn't happen... The display at the MEX airport showed that AC was THE ONLY airline which was delayed, at least at that time period. All the airlines were "Green" but AC was "RED" Nothing to add!
I did like the service and the flight was pretty smooth, however I'm tall and leg room was complicated, the bathroom did not have soap and the default snack was quite deceiving and small
A 5-hour international flight did not even provide a small bag of snacks nor headset. When they refilled the water, I was also skipped without asking. In the next connecting flight at least a small bag of snacks was provided. So don’t understand why no fundamental service was provided for to international one
It's my first time traveling on Air Canada, I was very impressed with the good service. I loved it .
I had difficulty passing through security with my electronic boarding pass with a mist matching time and my instant notification delay departure announcement. The security personal in CDMX claimed Aircanada didn’t notify them of any delay and therefore they didn’t allow me to pass though. I had to try again on a second security door that heard my explanation because at Aircanada counter there was nobody available.at that time. I was lucky enough to arrive last boarding minute after all the struggle.
Upgraded seat was worth the price. Purchase price of food was a little high
flair is a scam. They give the impression that they’re so cost effective with wonderful service. To cut a long story short. You end up paying so much for every little thing (even water) it all adds up to much more than some of their competitors. I’ve tried with Flair for several trips, but I’m done with them now. There’s no real benefit anymore. I would rather pay a little more and get a service that I’m comfortable with. Goodbye to Flair from me.
Their "free personal" requirement is to have your bag fit in a containment frame that is way too narrow and slender than the space under the actual plane seat (the length of my vitamin water was longer than the width of the containment frame. They had personel at the gate literally designated to hounding people's bags in the zone line up, and forcing them to measure their bag again if he felt "the bag might be too big for personal item". If your bag was too big for their scamming measurement criteria you had to fork up $110 CAD for the carry on cost ($85 at the 24hr online pre-check in). Plane had no entertainment, seats did not recline, and no complimentary snacks or drinks. Unless I have a short flight with zero bags, I won't be flying Flair ever again.

Not good Even after I made my booking, I was charged $90 for my boarding pass. I have collected boarding pass i pay $90 near . Flair airline not good. Without pay no boarding pass.
Personally, I will not use this fight again. The service is poor, you have to buy even water. They don't provide anything even sneak, you have to buy. They said Personally items for 7 kg. Then they use some measurements, if you have 7kg and if it's not getting inside of their measurements, you have to pay 80$ this is robbery. I will prefer other flight then this. I am désappointement taking this airplane.
It’s a shameful company. It ask as to go to counter to take the boarding pass, they simply send it by email, just to check the bags’ size in a smaller than normal template. DONT USE FLAIR! It will be more expensive than normal airlines at the end.
Of all the countries I've flown to and airlines from around the world, I have never had such a dismissive an arrogant employee during boarding. After waiting in line for 20 minutes to board, I was sent to a second line for Passport verification. Natalie from Flair, repeatedly tried to scan my passport which didn't work for some reason but was too lazy to input my information manually. Bar code scanners aren't 100% reliable as we all know. She asked me my birthdate 3 times, made me wait to be the last person aboard and then smugly threatened me that my only bag could be charged for (same backpack I used as on my arrival as carry on). Natalie working in Ft. Lauderdale and the was the epitome of lobotomized tiktok brain with the charm of junk mail.
Food selection is very poor and sears are very uncomfortable.
Flight was 3 hrs late and another 2 hrs wait for baggage to arrive on carousel and a $7.00 food voucher that arrived as we were boarding our flight.
