Cons: Touch screen could be a bit better. Sometimes I had to press to hard that I feel can bother a passenger that is in the seat in front of me.
Pros: The seats were super comfy, the flight was practically empty so I had an entire row of seats to myself! The complimentary movies & entertainment is awesome and kept me from getting fidgety during the long 8 hour direct flight. I honestly didn't even feel like I was on an airplane.

Then when boarding for Lima I was charged again for my luggage so yeah I paid twice for my luggage. All they want us money money for everything. Such a bad experience!!

Pros: Very friendly cabin crew; excellent service with a smile. Food was good considering, and Magnum ice cream bar a delightful treat. Cabin crew paid good attention to benefits of hydration and served water continuously. Seats and leg room were comfortable considering economy and no extra cost.

Cons: Tedious check in with camera.. Snack not great. Aeromexico Changed my seat without prior notification. Boarding pass did not reflect change until I boarded. Miss the individual screens for entertainment center to watch movies.

Pros: For an economy ticket the leg room was quite good. They serve free food in flight which is nice and unusual any more so kudos to them for that.

I was not permitted to check in online or even at the self serve kiosk at the airport leaving me no choice but to wait in the long line at the airport even though I only travel with carry on. The customer service number rerouted me to a survey to win a free cruise.
