Pros: "Everything about the United Airlines portion of the trip was terrific: lots of food & drinks; good entertainment system; good seats even in economy. United really stepped up their game."
Cons: "The seats on the Austria Airlines portion of the trip were very close together & very minimally structured (little padding, depth etc.)"

Cons: "I was switched seats against my will on board! Although i reserved the seat ahead of time when i got in i was pretty much forced to sit somewhere else. The staff handled the sitution in a very poor manner!"
Cons: "Hand luggage not allowed onboard due to being just a bit oversized -- just its wheels only. Never had this problem with the same luggage with other airlines, only with Austrian."
Pros: "I liked that the airplane was newer and comfortable. The crew and food was ok."
Cons: "There was no entertainment unless you paid for it. We already pay enough for our tickets to fly and entertainment should be included and not another added expense, especially for families that already pay so much for their flights!"
Pros: "The staff was very friendly and professional Even got some sleep, not easy on economy seats but on this flight they were actually good."
Cons: "The other travelers were loud rude and didn't listen to instructions. Also clapping loudly upon landing and it's very annoying. Parents don't take responsibility for their children."
Cons: "The plane was HUGE, too big. With such a big plane the crowd formed by the gate waiting to board was unmanageable. Also the giant plane felt like it was hard to maneuver during take off and landing. I would very much prefer a smaller plane. The touch screen in front of me was not always responding when I tried to tap the screen. The audio jack was also not working great; sometimes I did not have audio in my right earbud and I had to turn and fidget the plug. The earbuds provided by the airline did not even work when plugged into the screen, I had to use my own earbuds."
Pros: "Everything and everyone from the crew was very professional, food, entertainment, above my expectations."

Cons: "Plane left 2.5 hours late due to boarding system failure. Took 20 mins to get an assigned gate upon arrival at YYZ. Took one hour to get bags due to electrical failure to power baggage handling equipment."
Cons: "Male agent at boarding rude. Aircraft dark and dingy. WiFi not working. Many lights not working. Majority of TV screens not working and “misfiring”, flashing throughout the whole flight gave me headache and hurt my eyes."

Cons: "The agents at the gates are always rude. They were talking behind my back assuming I don’t understand Polish. As almost always with LOT, the flight was delayed."

Cons: "Not enough good movies to watch. Perhaps put on some Spanish movies and music along with more variety Polish and Russian movies and music. I was stuck in middle of two old people that kept farting a lot."

Cons: "Small commuter jet_ had to use bus for boarding and walk lots of steps _ hard for me I have artificial metal knee. Food was only coffee &cookie _ had to pay for a coke."

Cons: "I was unable to prepay my baggage fee online. I sent email to customer service about this on Tuesday Sept. 4, and never received a response, except fora machine generated message saying that because of high volume of questions there might be a delay in replying. There really is no excuse for such a user-unfriendly website."

Cons: "Flight was more than 3h late, it took time for the airline to accommodate with another flight to catch up with connection. They did after many customer complained, and adding to that, my checkin bag didn't make and they have no information on it's location. Still 24 hours later and no information a d i don't have clothes to change or stuff to shower. I had to buy few stuff and they said they won't payback anu other expenses, mean telling to just wait for my only lost bag."
