Great flight, comfort, and staff. Prefer tv in back of seat but watching on phone will do

Made the Atlanta to Pittsburgh trip many times, with Delta no issues

It was a Red-Eye flight so was not comfortable enough to sleep, but seat was as expected. Crew was great and in-flight entertainment was excellent. Flight was smooth

I love the free wifi and headrest screens. I would consider Delta even more because of this but the seats aren't so great. The snacks aren't very good in my opinion. I bought a Bloody Mary and that was great! So just be comfortable with better snacks and the airline world will be yours.

Crew was great. Friendly, calm, interesting, happy to be there. That makes a huge difference. Plane was very quiet. Also quite empty so I had three seats to sleep across

There were choices for the snacks. Good choices and tasty lunch and breakfast as well.

Crew wasn’t attentive. We didn’t see our flight attendant for stretches of time and inflight beverage service was cut short (as it always is on this route).

I received the two differed meals: chicken and pasta. I asked and I received. I am anti-wasting food!

There is no free Wi-Fi or screens in the seats for this flight. It would be nice if they had actual actual healthy drink options like a flavored sparkling water. The flight was very dark because nobody was sitting on the left side and they didn't open any of the windows. The plane was kind of and had small overhead bins. There was no distinguishable difference between economy and comfort Plus.

Boarding was easy. Gate agent was great! I have flown at this time before and they always make the announcement that the overhead bins are already full or my carry on is subject to plane-side tagging. Never fails. A bigger plane with more overhead space would be better. Overall a great flight

I have to say that Delta has improved their service radically since I flew with them last. I purposely have avoided flying with them for years owing to absolutely terrible service. This is no longer the case, I am glad to say.

The crew was doing their best on an old plane needing updating. Chairs that creaked and wouldn’t stay in position. My tray table was unusable as was on-board entertainment due the audio needing usb earphones (that were not provided). Prior to boarding in Toronto and despite being scheduled for a wheelchair and assistance, we were dropped off by clubcar without a wheelchair which I found myself by a gate. Due to no boarding gate assigned at that time we waited and when it was, it subsequently was moved from 64 to 95. No help could be found so I pushed my husband’s chair to that furthest gate in the airport at the highest speed possible for a 73 year old. And by that I mean I ran. It was a very stressful experience.

Wifi wasn't working on one of the UA flights after boarding.

Leg room was lacking. Legs crammed into seat in front.

the plane was old. the wifi didn’t work. the entertainment was boring and dated. the charging ports were impossible to find. i was mostly ignored by flight attendants that had no problem speaking to the man beside me. i got two drinks the entire time i was on the plane.

Crew was not very helpful. They forgot to serve me coffee and had to wait for a long time.It looked as if they were not very happy with what they were doing.

The flight I was connecting with waited for me even though my 1st flight was late. I really appreciated that.

The seat is too hard and my back and bottom are having servers pain

There was no lounge for passengers waiting before boarding the aircraft at F65, so passengers are just sitting on the floor or just spread everywhere the premises before boarding.

The food has never improved. It will never improve. But when I'm boarding a flight in priority boarding and I've spent 10 hours inside the security area of the airport and I get "randomly" selected for additional screening as I board the plane when the flight has already been delayed, and I work as a military contractor that has been issued visas direct from JMOD, I find it ridiculous. I would never recommend anyone to use AA on international flights. JAL is a better airline with older planes. The flight attendants on international hauls on American also have a chip on their shoulder and really dont deliver the same level of service code share partners do.

Entertainment was okay not because anything was wrong but it is a short flight so having no wifi is annoying but understandable. Crew was outstanding as usual

The flight was delayed for over four hours due to “maintenance “. Your ground staff made no efforts to avoid my family missing their connecting flight to London. They did not try to reroute them and didn’t even offer meal vouchers without being asked. My daughter, her husband and four children were in the States for our son’s celebration of life service. They experienced rude and unhelpful staff in Asheville. The lack of communication was disgraceful. They missed their connecting flight and the first rebooking. Then the 2nd rebooked flight was delayed by over two hours. They didn’t leave Charlotte until 1:30 AM. Since returning home my granddaughters sleep has been so disrupted that they are overly tired and cry hysterically at bedtime. I have already contacted you regarding compensation but have yet to receive a response. All I’ve received is a canned wrote response. This is not acceptable!!! When my wife and I traveled to England in December on your partner, British Airlines, we were delayed for 4 and one half hours. We missed our connecting train to Leeds and had to pay double. They not only reimbursed our extra train expense, they also refunded half our airfare. And upon our return to the States we were surprised to find that they had upgraded us for free! I don’t think the flight attendants are happy. They do not seem to be friendly or welcoming.

We were delayed bc ground crew gave the flight crew the wrong paperwork. We taxiied to the runway then back to the gate to get the correct paperwork that no one bothered reviewing the first time we pushed back. Boarding was rude and stressful like it always is. Gate agents and flight attendants are all over 55 years of age, embittered by years of underpayment From AA leading to their passive agressive bitchiness for no reason.

lounge was the highlight - seats weren't that comfortable - it was a full flight but no complaints

Great flight. Boarding was efficient and quick. On time departure and smooth flight. Flight arrived early at destination. Good experience.

I grand parents didn’t receive any special treatment they are seniors even i ask for wheelchair

My check in experience was horrible. When checking in online, my husband got a boarding pass, I did not. We were not able to check our bags online. I also did not get TSA pre check which I have.

Food was very bad, eg noodle dish that could have hardly cost more than $1 plus a dry piece of bread a sad salad and a fig bar. Entertainment was also disappointing, mediocre movies and Tv shows and barely any classical music.

Entertainment catalog certainly needs an upgrade to include better and latest content. Food was not good at all - they need to cook something edible. Five starts to the crew and on tim performance of British airways though!!

Having traveled from Canada through Seattle -London-Edinburgh with only carry on ( to keep trip uncomplicated ) We had to check our hand luggage at the gate as flight was full This was really annoying since due to their late flight in from Seattle we’d missed our orginal flight to Edinburgh and had been put on a flight four hours later We had no checked luggage with no need to go to the baggage carousel Very annoying

I didn’t get to London or Amsterdam. They lost my connection flight . I was stuck in Madrid and they rerouted my flight to Austria where my son had to come and pick me up. To get to my destination and they lost my luggage and they’ve told me they can not find it very poor service so have no word for what happened

They canceled my flight , they put me on a different flight that was delayed and the connection was lost . They lost my luggage. And now I’m stuck with any of my belongings.

A little more legroom, and maybe a little bit of food

I was called up at the gate not knowing why and then handed over my passport and was told I was being upgraded from Premier economy to Business class and it was wonderful. I've never been upgraded before and it was such a pleasant experience.

Flight cancelled and i was rebooked on delta. Delta business class is not the same as British

Ord ->LHR->Rome no glitches , food disappointing Rome->LHR->ORD late , missed flights , had to stay overnight in London , missed flight in Chicago Plane was cold , one bathroom had no bright light in it , mediocre dinner , snack one step up from dog food . Crew was nice . Would try another airline to Rome next time

Overall, very good. It should be noted however there was a 1.5 hour delayed departure time for BA175.

Flight delayed over 3 hours due to weather and atc. Very poor handling by boarding crew Poor service. Left standing for ages in line with no updates. ba could do much better
