Pros: leg room in middle isle was great

Cons: the flight attendant took boarding passes from my hand and did not return them back to me, upon entry. My mother had to take the boarding passes from flight attendant's hand.

Pros: The flight was without a hitch. One of the washroom in the plane was out of service but it was a non-issue. My vegetarian meal was the same from my departure flight but still ok. The mac and cheese for kids meal was also not bad. Entertainment was also good. There were a lot of choices for all ages.

Cons: We waited for a few minutes at the corridor for the shuttle to take us to the plane. Maybe there was only 1 shuttle instead of 2 to take the passengers.

Pros: Very professional and cordial staff.

Cons: No water at the sink in the bathroom.

Pros: The crew was nice and I felt very safe and cared for.

Cons: The seat could have been more comfortable to sleep on

Cons: The experience at the airport for check-in was terrible. The website would not allow advanced baggage check-in so we were forced to pay full price for an additional price of 100 euro (unbelievable) and then the credit card machines were not working so we were expected to go and find cash to pay.

Pros: Nice new plane, good staff, OK food

Cons: It was much too cold overnight. The music that is played live is not to everyone's liking. Better play it softer and have something without singing - it became very annoying.

Pros: Flight arrived early, was uneventful with great helpful cabin staff. I did not eat so can’t rate the food, and there is no inflight wifi or screens so that is not applicable in rating my trip. Excellent short hop on a shiny new aircraft, with pretty tight seating.

Cons: We were fee'd to death. For example, this is the first time flying Air Transat where we had to pay extra for luggage and the cost was incredibly high! I feel ripped off.

Pros: Food and service were good. Seats were comfortable and they had modern led panels with up to date entertainment.

Cons: At the time listed for boarding, there was still no information on the screen, which was anxiety-inducing. This meant that in instead of being able to leave our portion of the terminal (where there was no restaurants), we stayed there to make sure we didn't miss any information about changes.

Pros: Seats were fairly comfy.

Cons: it is a leased Airbus that is really showing its age... They handed out iPads for entertainment rather than use the antiquated "in seat" system. No overhead lights on the aircraft. Also, late departure.

Cons: Didn’t have to pay a bag fee from Miami to Paris but had to pay 100€ each for two bags to come back?? Extortion and infuriating. Most likely will never use you guys again.

Pros: The international flights are great. Domestic flight was terrible.

Cons: The extra cost for luggage is excessive. It was $70 per bag Canadian going there and coming back it jumped to €60 per bag. Buyer beware they charge extra for everything! Domestic flights are mildly better than taking the bus. No inflight entertainment...you need to download the app and content too.

Pros: We were upgraded to premium economy for free at check-in. The crew was very kind

Cons: We did not enjoy the entertaining system as the headphones were not complementary. The food was quite okay but quantity was sparce and no cheese provided. Also service was slow. Drinks were served 10 minutes after meal ☹️

Cons: As a big guy, the person in front of my was reclining, and literally dug into my knees. I'm 6'3" so I'm not like abnormally large, but yeah. If there was someone sitting next to me this flight would have been absolutely horrendous. Also, no radio? No TV, what is this? the 80s? Earlier?
