The woman at check-in offered to put me in an earlier flight to Toronto. Was thrilled.

Air Canada should do their safety check then only invite the passengers on board

The crew were terribly disorganized. Constantly pushing carts back and forth like a bulldozer. Except this bulldozer was run by a 15 year old.

Pros: "comfortable but tight squeeze, flight was short so no problem but my husband is 6' 2""
Cons: "they did the best, were polite, helpful other AC flights taken, this was probably the best"
Cons: "Nothing significant"
Pros: "All the staff were very helpful, even having boarding passes ready for us for our Vancouver connection to Portland."
Cons: "I'm 6' 7", so for me, economy-class seats are usually the closest I come to being tortured. The food was just OK - not what I normally eat but I'm sure it's fine for others."
Pros: "good leg room and seats staff was courteous"
Cons: "not even peanuts..."
Pros: "The crew was very helpful."
Cons: "It would be better if the checked-in luggage is included everytime we book our flight via air canada so it will be hustle free for all the passengers."
Cons: "Air Canada has completely gone down the tubes and super quickly."
Pros: "The crew were friendly."
Cons: "The crew did the best they could but the plane had two equipment malfunctions resulting in a 1.5 hr delay. After the first one resolved, we were inches away from takeoff when the captain came on to tell us something went wrong and we would need to be towed back to the terminal. After waiting for the ground crew to come rescue us, we started pushing backwards but then forwards again. Captain came on and said the problem was fixed. Once we landed at Toronto Pearson from Mexico City, there were no available gates. The movies see election available through streaming on Air Canada Rouge had fewer movies and shows than the tablet you could rent from the airline."
Pros: "It left on time"
Pros: "I loved everything about this flight, from take off to landing. Our pilot was amazing and he flew so smoothly esp at landing."
Pros: "everything went by fast, a lot of turbulence but the pilot kept us in check the entire time."
Cons: "Connecting flight in Toronto late 4 HOURS!!!!! There is no excuse for such delay. Another plane should have been made available for the flight."
Pros: "Getting off"
Cons: "Sore all over and a lousy cough"
Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "Again in the flight back delay for one hour and half in Geneva Even Kayak are not update with flight and just send automate emails for nothing for no actions"
Pros: "When I got sick, staff were friendly, helpful and soothing until the arrival of the ambulance. They made me feel much better during a very stressful situation."
Pros: "Crew and flight were great"
Cons: "Not great food, but that's ok."
Pros: "Tv screens and in flight entertainment"
Cons: "I paid 450 Euro for a return 2 hour flight & I didn't get a 20kg allowance. I don't expect a check in bag on a US or European budget airline but this is the national carrier. It's the first time I've paid for a checked bag in all my years flying with different national carriers. I.e. Qantas, Air New Zealand, Singapore to name a few. All in all. Air Canada charging like a national carrier but the baggage allowance policy of a budget airline. Not good enough in my opinion."
Pros: "No food given. Flight was delayed on the way there because a crew member called in sick -- making me miss part of my work conference. No entertainment on the way back to NL."
Cons: "Would have preferred Westjet but they do not offer a flight from NL to PEI."
Pros: "Staff all friendly and helpful, both at desk and in plane. Seats were pretty comfortable with sufficient leg room (I am tall), but if you are a wide person (or next to one) it would have been pretty cramped. Neither of my flights (to Newfoundland) were full so we all had a bit of extra space. Food was adequate but could be improved with fruit instead of dessert."
Pros: "Kept us up to date and gave us a lunch voucher."
Cons: "We had a 4 hr weight in St John's"
Cons: "there were no complimentary snacks"
Pros: "My postponed flight was fine and flight attendants great."
Cons: "I missed my original flight because there were no staff at BWI airport counter or secret Air Canada office 55 minutes from flight time. Flight was delayed 35 minutes, but no way I could check a bag or get to gate."
Cons: "the food"
Pros: "Seats were nice to recline and the in flight tv is much nicer than tablets etc. The in flight safety video is good and quick easy"
Cons: "Seriously? No free snacks? It's ridiculous that you want us to purchase snacks. Something small should be complimentary. Staff was in ok moods but a little edgy. The air was too cold."
Pros: "The flight arrived about 30 minutes early. Also, it left a little late. For me, the less time on the plane the better."
Cons: "Guy next to wanted to charge phone a laptop in USB port in front of me b/c his was our of order. This worked out OK but in a small space it's not so good. He was bare foot too. Take of your shoes but wear socks, please....Plane was not hot, actual a litter chilly."
Pros: "Friendly staff, decent food"
Cons: "Premium Economy seats didn't have leg rests"
Cons: "See above."
Pros: "Nice and safe flight with little turbulence"
Cons: "Not enough room! And stuck between two fidgety guys. One drank six little bottles of whiskey."
Cons: "4 hour departure delay"
Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "Everything. Plane was ready to leave on time but had a delay of almost an hour due to construction in Toronto. Connecting flight was held in Toronto and despite getting to gate almost an hour before departure, they changed passengers to another flight causing total delay of four hours. Air Canada staff were indifferent and uncaring. Unfortunately with no real choice in airlines to Newfoundland we are stuck with Air Canada."
Pros: "Everything was good, that day was to much therbulans. Thank you air Canada"
Pros: "Crew is polite but A c should be ashamed to herd people in such tight spaces that are only for cattle. People were scwarming Fidgety Quite terrible Please no longer recommend the ' rouge ' flights to people Regular flights are ok but the rouge They should be ashamed of themselves and you to for selling them"
Pros: "I flew Seattle to Vancouver to Montrail to Nice. Sept 2 2016 on the way home I flew Nice, Frankfort, Calgary to Seattle Sept 12, 2016"
Cons: "The horrendously long lines going through security!! I am 77. My husband is 81. Standing in those very long lines was extremely fatiguing. To the point we are rethinking ever flying again. They were bad bookends to an otherwise great trip."
Pros: "Trouble free"
Cons: "Very costly - then we were hit with an extra $172 in baggage fees for 1 bag each."
Pros: "Flying in the air"
Cons: "Promising the mob my first born son to pay for a flight home"
Pros: "Clean, prompt, attentive staff"
Pros: "The price of the flight was excellent and the service totally reliable."
Cons: "Small aircraft for a fairly long overnight flight. Made it difficult to rest as the flight was full."
Pros: "A few of the crew members were very pleasant and professional. The choice of movies was good, though I had to sit through five minutes of advertisements before they started."
Cons: "I was flying from London to the U.S. with a connection in Toronto. One of the crew members, who was somewhat rude, told me that I would need to fill out Canadian and American customs forms and go through both in Canada, and to not "stop for coffee" as the plane was 20 minutes behind schedule. I had a question about the Canadian form and asked another crew member who told me (correctly) that the first crew member was wrong; I did not need to fill out the Canadian form or visit Canadian customs for my one hour layover. When checking in at the kiosk, my seat was shown as an aisle seat so I didn't try to change it, but my boarding pass printed a middle seat which is very uncomfortable for a tall person."
Pros: "Let the announcements be delivered in both language successively."
Pros: "I liked my seat in the back, the crew, the movies, and the food."
Cons: "The two different technical issues they had that made us leave almost two hours late and caused me to miss my connecting flight."
Pros: "All of the staff were upbeat, helpful and patient"
Cons: "Nothing"
Cons: "Kid crying and yelling the whole flight"
Cons: "very comfortable flight with free movies."
Pros: "Again, great crew."
Cons: "Boarding was misdirected and confusing, as Gate designation kept changing and airport staff was not very helpful."
Cons: "I find it very strange that you have to pay extra to ship a bag. Air Canada advertises that all fees are included in their fares. However you are getting hit at the back end after you make your booking. Just about everyone travels with a bag to ship. After having to Leave fort Mcmurray due to loosing our home we had to pay an extra fee to ship three bags. It does not do much for the image of Air Canada be a leader in the industry and be up front all the way."
Pros: "Nothing worth writing home about"
Cons: "Need own (Apple only) device with downloaded app to get entertainment. That's infuriating. From what l saw, many who tried to do that still didn't/couldn't get it. Tan out of devices fir rent, not that l ever wanted to rent one."
Pros: "We left and arrived early, the seat was surprisingly comfortable (it helped that there were lots of empty seats, including next to me), my full-size carry-on fit easily in the overhead bin, despite it being a small plane, the in-flight entertainment was always on and pretty good... everything went well."
Cons: "Only the things I've grown to expect on any domestic service (e.g., no food)."
