Cons: "I was not on this flight as a mistake was made by either Kayak or WestJet. I was not refunded my money which I think is unfair."

Pros: "Everything was great, very little turbulence and the crew was great!"
Cons: "The only complaint I have are the little little flaps on the head rest. You can adjust them to rest your head unfortunately my wasn’t able to hold my head in place."

Cons: "My flight was delayed over an hour - we sat on the tarmac waiting for de-icing for over an hour. There is no entertainment on this flight (so no wifi or tv) and we were not really notified how long we would be delayed- causing delays for me in Saskatoon that I could not provide information for."

The entertainment system provided over wifi is impossible to connect (spent almost 2 hours trying until giving up) and internet is not free too. There is only paid food on this flight (~ $15 / meal)."

Cons: "All of the onboard staff was great except for one. She was visible grumpy. She was rude to an elderly couple sitting next to me. Her impatience with them ended up that she didn't get their drink order right. She challenged them on whether they really said they wanted milk and sugar or just sugar. Then she rolled her eyes and huffed and puffed about someone else waiting to get down the aisle after going to the bathroom. The client was had patience and was talking to those around her. The server was verbally frustrated and everyone knew by her words and facial expressions. There was an elderly lady with a cane who she was very brusk and impatient with. Her tone was condesending and dismissive."

Cons: "Seats were too narrow, plane was changed to what looked like a smaller plane. Everything else wasn’t WestJet’s fault. Red eye flight and jerk behind me left his light on the whole flight and giy beside me kept rib checking me, preventing me from sleep. By the time plane landed I had been up 23 hours."

Cons: "The plane needed a jump start before we could leave Vancouver (this was during daytime, sunny skies, about +1°C), which didn't inspire confidence in the plane's airworthiness and which delayed our departure by almost an hour. But evidently the crew followed the required procedure and we arrived safely in Calgary. Better to be a bit late than to have an unsafe flight."
