Ford not that great the seat not to big for leg room like other airline

Crew was ok, but some passengers were a bit rude. Again, all outlets were not working, only the really slow charging usb plug on the entertainment system. Entertainment system was also bugged, some features just crash, the touch screen wasn't working and when trying to watch a movie the onscreen display kept flashing off and on making it very difficult to watch.

New plane. Perfect gluten free meal Very flawless procedures from check-in to the landing. Taking off on time and landing even earlier and the luggages are already there after shortest arrival report.

I like your stewardess, they are nice. However, your food could have been better and wheres your dessert? You do not offer beer or scotch. I do not drink alcohol biut my husband can have one or two, he has to ask if he can have one. during dinner or lunch, it should be offerred. Also, you do not have the most famous drinks ginger ale

Having a lot of delayed flights on West Jet, however things always work out. So no complaints.

Over all good. I had some issues with trying to buy my seat. The Westjet system kept trying to charge my credit card, without getting the seat. In the end after 5 times being charged, I got my seat.

I did not have a meal or entertainment, but flight was comfortable, beverage service was quick, crew was very helpful and pleasant. And a very smooth flight overall.

WestJet does make an effort to make the flying experience enjoyable. While I could have saved some money by choosing a different airline; I was able to fly directly, and with minimal hold-over. The extra $150 was well worth it

I couldn't rate food or entertainment as neither were a factor in my short flight. I was impressed with with respect of time and schedule. Also, this was an incredibly smooth flight from terminal to terminal. My only minor complaint was being woken up for refreshment service. This was the end of a very long day, and I was happy to miss a juice box and pretzels for a little rest.

It was awful. For a 37 minute flight time,we had 1:30 hours delay. If someone had a connection flight he or she couldn’t reach for sure. The only positive point was online check in.

Food made me sick. There were delays on almost every flight.

This website did not advise the prices were in $USD, when the flyer (me) was flying within Canada only and only a Canadian resident, and booking this flight in Canada. Furthermore, the area to board the plane was unusually hot and sweaty.

Affordable & comfortable. Not sure why a party of two I booked at the same time got seated separately.

The flight was delayed with zero compensation only hours before the flight. The pick up driver had a very long drive so he was already on the road when the flight was delayed so he also had to sit and wait there for a long time. again zero compensation for anything. not even a voucher for food or drink.

I slept for most of this flight. Haha! While waiting to board, there were some passengers not paying attention to instructions. The staff should have been a little more assertive to get them to get out of the way.
