Medíocre. The food wasn't good (although not bad, bad) and the staff wasn't kind. I asked for n extra blanket, the steward never came back, serving us roughly.

Generally good. The crew is excellent. The food could be better.

Excellent apart from transport to actual plane 10 minutes from the actual gate , walking out in the tarmac in the rain and having to climb stairs to enter while holding luggage.

They wanted to close counter although they did not provide the wheelchair requested which ended by going alone to transit security and lost long time and they did not want to wait .

Business class in the second leg - CDG-EVN was a disaster.

Everything went smoothly with Air France. There was a delay in departure which seemed to relate to the immigration services being short staffed.

I have used Air France and KLM many times it will help if they change their menu's feel like it's been the same for years!!!, Especially the breakfast. Overall the flight was good and enjoyable.

This time my experience was superior! Much better and improved from after the COVID-19. I hope they maintain the same. Earlier, service (specially crew attitude) was awful and sometime rude, but this time, crew was very welcoming, respectful and ready to serve. I will definitely repeat :-)

Every flight always delays either by mechanical problems or need maintenance checks. It makes a person uneasy when one gets into one of those flights!

This is not a Business Class equipped airplane and even the crew apologize before take over BUT BUT Air Canada charged full business class fare

All was good, except our baggage was lost for most of a day. We are thankful that it was found quickly and delivered to our hotel. Rouge was fine outside of that problem.

Easy boarding, roomy seats, plenty of good food, very helpful snd friendly staff. Very smooth flight! Only thing that could have been better was to have cranberry juice. Women like this as it helps avoid UTI’s and not as sweet as other juices.

I think Air Canada is the only airline I've flown where they don't give you at least a free cookie.

It was upsetting that the flights were canceled but that was due to weather. I did not receive any vouchers for food or a hotel stay when I was forced to spend the night in Montreal. I was also upset when my seat was changed many times.. The plane seemed old with a non-functioning screen and loose side pockets.. All in all in need of updating. On the positive side, the staff in areas was friendly and helpful.

The flight got canceled multiple times and we had to drive their to reach midnight for our next morning interview. Poor and unriable experience. Now have to ask for a refund since we didn't need their rescheduled flight three days later.

Air Canada domestic flight is so so and is not conformable at all. Air Cañada international flight is Ok. The crew of international flight is more experienced and the plane is a bit better.

Overall great flight experience- on time, lots of food and movies.

Check-in very easy and smooth. Plane and crew were nice. Seat open next to me created more space. Food was fair but plentiful. Lots of movies and I was able to sleep some on the way to Munich. Very tight connection, about an hour. Fast through passport control and a bit of a walk to last G terminal gate but I made my connection to Palma. Unfortunately, my luggage did not make it. It is now almost 24 hours since I anded and still NO luggage. I know it landed last night on another flight. Local delivery should be today to my hotel in Palma but nothing yet. I asked about the tight connection when I checked in and was assured they would get my luggage to the connecting flight. Very disappointing it missed my flight but more disappointing that it has taken so long to arrive. Failure on the airlines and service to get my luggage to date.

Crew was very slow with service esp food and picking up trash. Didn’t even do a last trash pick up before landing Waited 1.5 hours after food to take our trash and was trying to give coffee and tea when they hadn’t yet taken our trays away which was ridiculous esp for people trying to nap or needing to get up to use restroom When someone was sleeping instead of coming back later or skipping them they were trying to shove their stuff on me as if we were related just bc both of us were Indian when I told them clearly no. It was ridiculous.

We were helped whenever needed and had a pleasant flight.

Air Canada from Edmonton to Toronto was disappointing but Lufthansa from Toronto to Frankfurt was excellent.

I'm Canaadian. I hate Air Canada. I used to give them a pass on their international service. No longer, They suck across the board now! Old planes, exhausted staff bad food and shitty entertainment. Your seats need reupholstered! Start with that...

Great flight. Left on time, not very crowded. Quiet and the right temperature.

Boarding is as always an issue. Slow and long boarding time.

While I had a business class ticket I wasn’t given priority to boar. Again my luggage had priority tags and these bags didn’t come out till the end!! The food at the lounge was only two type of sandwiches and warm juices and soft drinks I thought I’m paying for good services but the least u can say it’s mediocre at best. I’m considering not to use TAM AGAIN.

The service was terrible. We weren’t allowed to take water on the flight and the drinks were offered only at the end of the meal. When we used the button to call the flight attendants, they never showed up and when my daughter’s drink was spilled due to turbulences, she asked for something to clean her pants at least 4 times and eventually they gave her a tissue. The flight attendants were rude and overall the flight was terrible!

Old planes that are not being maintained with at least basic cleaning. Plane smells awful, bathrooms not cleaned either. Customer service probably one of the worst I have experienced.

I lost my connection flight from Casablanca to Marrakech because we arrived late to Casablanca. I had to rent a car to continue my trip . I need refunds

Old aircraft with a terrible business class setup and poor connection experience in Casablanca. Strongly suggest you pay a bit more and fly a different airline.

when we ask for water or any help nobody care.. they are too arrogant

I thought it was great because the seats were really comfortable for the long flight. The food was just ok, and could have been a bit better.

Flight was delayed by one hour but overall fine. Was a bit scared due to bad reviews but it was all fine.

L'enregistrement des bagages ne s'est pas bien passé. Nous avions 6 bagages à main et un bagage en soute de 23 kg. L'employée en charge d'enregistrer nos bagages nous a déclaré qu'elle ne retrouvait pas l'achat de notre bagage en soute et nous demandait de payer une nouvelle fois le bagage en soute pour pouvoir l'enregistrer. Après près d'une heure de vérification, elle a fini par retrouver l'enregistrement de notre bagage et nous avons pu embarquer. Nous étions en famille avec 4 enfants dont une petite fille de 3 ans. L'attente était interminable. Aucune excuse de la part des employés de Tunisair

Hours of delay after boarding and closing the door before departure without enough explanation

Given the horrible reviews for Tunisair I was just hoping that I would get to Tunis and home. I did, with delay, but, for the price (about half the other options and the only direct flight) I considered that it was a good choice and actually quite high on the price-performance curve. While the cabin looks threadbare, the main problem for comfort was that the toilet doors did not properly close and one toilet was unavailable and remaining toilet became completely filthy ... I mean excrement all over the toilet. Really disgusting. The flight to Tunis was two hours late, and the schedule showed a departure one hour earlier than what turned out to be the actual scheduled departure, something I could only find out the day before the flight by continual checking. The return flight was just one hour late, I was delighted ! Fortunately, I had planned my activities to expect, in the best case, late flights, so I was happy with what I got. Staff are not bubbling over charm but I thought service was perfectly adequate, the food was perfectly eatable. Despite good marks for boarding, that is only once you get to the gate, in Tunis it is pretty bad, and despite being able to get an e-ticket they don't accept them at security so you have to wait in the line to check-in with baggage even if you don't have baggage. But that isn't Tunisair's fault.
