Terrible experience will never fly Delta again. Delayed flight with total disorganization and inept crew who wouldn’t communicate.

Will try never to fly Delta international again. Flight delayed and staff completely inept in dealing with it. Would not communicate, rude, completely disorganized. Once we reached Seoul the staff there had no idea what to do with us and led us around the airport from one pointless line to another. They were clearly not told how to manage the situation even though they had hours to make a plan. Never again.

They texted me my gate number and then they texted me again it’s now boarding but in different gate, and the gate was so far from the gate they texted me earlier. I have to run just to get to my flight. They always do that.

Food tasted pretty good. Boarding was very smooth and efficient, compared to all other airlines I’ve been on. I have flown EVA, Cathay, Asiana, British Airways, and many USA brands. Cabin attendants were also efficient and professional.

On time departure and exceptional customer service during the entire flight.

My flight with Korean Air went quite well, I've flown with them for many years and have grown accustomed to their great service.

Not very comfortable seated in the back plane due to turbulence

We were seated at the back and that was very uncomfortable for me with the turbulence we experienced on our way to Chicago.

Everything about Korean air is great, hands down! Will always prefer this airline from other carriers.

Ford not that great the seat not to big for leg room like other airline

Food was ok. Could have been better. Entertainment was limited, especially for kids.

• Crew obviously hate their job • We were placed in the very back of the airplane even though we checked in 4+hrs before our flight • We were given food but since we were in the back of the plane, we were rushed to throw it away. • This was the most unorganized boarding experience. They just called “Group 1” to board and after that, it was chaos. Everyone was confused and they only spoke in Chinese.

I was expecting that movie selection and food would have been better. Everything else was great.

Flight was smooth no complaint. Except maybe better food choice for the long flight…

Food service must be faster and make vegetarian food in good quality

The first class experience was great but Frankfurt airport is very confusing. Badly signed all round. Boarding was not pleasant and check in staff was arrogant.

I see I gave my review for this flight on my flight Zürich to Dubai rather than Dubai to Singapore.

Nice selection of movies and TV shows. Plane was generally nice, not the newest but nice nonetheless. However, Emirates should have cancelled the flight, as hardly any flights flew out of Dubai at the time. Flight delays and cancellation was poorly communicated and passengers were left guessing and to their own devices on what to do. Connection desks were staffed too thinly, there was one desk with more than a hundred clients and just one poor lady. When I had my flights rebooked, I was told meal vouchers can be scanned using my boarding pass, nope. Was told to comeback for my hotel voucher, none. Had to book my hotel voucher the usual way through Dubai Connect despite having been told twice to comeback to the counters twice.

Didn’t like it at all. Cabin crew unfriendly. Very bad experience.

Newly reconfigured 380 I assume. Has a new ife with usb c ports and Bluetooth connections

Check-in process at Bengaluru airport was atrociously slow. Emirates should allow baggage drop option after online check-in and verification of documents. The rest of the flight was quite good and we didn't have any complaints.

Suddenly Flight has been change by Qatar and there’s no information is there of us from Bom to Doha and counter person is behaving like Qatar owner next I will not buy Qatar and I will not suggest anyone to fly in Qatar

To many ads. 3 or 4 between each movie. All repetitive, all related to Doha which I was just passing thru.

I liked the overall service and comfort. The only annoying thing was paying for excess baggage at the airport. They have limited options and they don't take all cards.

After going through security and waiting for the flight at the gate, there was no access to bathrooms and no place to charge a phone while waiting for the flight. But once I was on the plane, everything was very good.

Terrible. The website insisted that I wasn't logging in correctly to confirm my flight. It also wouldn't let me register as a member. I was unable to get a boarding pass until 4 hours before the flight so I couldn't get through security and had to wait. It was unlike anything I've experienced in decades.

Very very poor service. Authorities must take action against this airline immediately. Total failure to follow the rules and regulations of an international airline

The 2nd flight from Doha to Mumbai was not of international level expected while booking with Qatar

Better service is needed. I booked for Qatar but I was switched to American way after I bought my tickets.

Not so good. Issues with seat assignments, unruly lines during check-in, half a sandwich on an international flight. I was originally supposed to be on Qatar airways, but it was switched to Indigo after I bought my tickets. They wouldn't even let me get seat assignments from the US to Mumbai. I was automatically assigned seats, and a middle one at that. Terrible.

Lovely aircraft and I flight entertainment. Good leg room. Full flight crew struggled a bit

My flight was delayed in Calgary and I missed my connecting flight to Cincinnati. I was rebooked on a flight the following day. I did not receive a food or lodging voucher.

I didn't actually get to take this flight. It was canceled and the automated system rerouted my party of four (including a minor and a person in a wheelchair) to three different airports. Since we had a three hour drive from Newark this was clearly unacceptable. For all of us to end up in Newark would have required waiting at least one day, probably longer.

Constant delays worked out in our favor but definitely extended our travel day

Flight was excellent in all aspects, - comfort , food, drinks, service, entertainment. Inspite of the computer glitch, the flight was on schedule and flawlessly. Thank you, air Canada.

We missed our Toronto connection. Air Canada rebooked us for the next day. We had purchased premium seats but our rebooked flight was nearly full and we did not sit together. Seats were way in the back of the plane. Air Canada did provide us with a hotel stay. Agent upon deplaning told us luggage would be sent through to our final destination. Customer service person told us our luggage would be at the carousel. It never showed up, so we lost an hour waiting for it, already well past my bedtime by now. My husband has limited mobility. Baggage agent advised us the luggage did, indeed, get placed somewhere for our next day flight and provided us with an overnight kit (shaving kit, oral hygiene kit, sleep shirt, etc.) and it was very much appreciated and needed. Husband has mobility issues and we found that wheelchair assistance is not provided during layover stops, which made it difficult (and slow) for us to get from gate to customer service to baggage claim to hotel shuttle. For the most part, all agents we dealt with were respectful and pleasant, although only a few were as warm, friendly and helpful as most of the Canadians we had interacted with during our visit.

We paid $110 for more leg room. My traveling companion’s knees were right up against the seat in front. Where was more leg room. We feel ripped off. Food,,,there wasn’t any not even a bag of pretzels. As a result, there was very little service.

The entreteiner was really old,no food for 6 hours fly

The crew and the flight was excellent. Captain kept us informed about weather and possibly of turbulence and I appreciated that! The only thing is they didn’t have tv monitors. Other than that, everything was great.

One of the flight attendants was very attentive to a couple traveling with a child under 1 one year old.
