Cons: "Same thing from previous flight. The crew is not capable to attend passengers traveling with toddlers or kids. We had an emergency on board with a 3yo and the plane had no emergency kit for children. The seats for toddlers and children are not adequate for their height or weight. Seatbelts don't fit a child. They travel in such uncomfortable seats and conditions. The aircraft was a 190, too small to make passengers feel comfortable, and this is how Copa always manages their flights to all cities in Central America. Very poor service and old aircrafts. People are paying for a quality service not to be treated like cattle. You need to improve your services."
Pros: "Crew was great, boarding was relatively easy and smooth. Seemed to be enough overhead storage."
Cons: "Seats are super small, as are meals. 2 bathrooms for 100 passengers. If you have an older aerobus be prepared for shared screens and tops 1 movie in a 4.5hr flight. Could use more beverages."

Cons: "Entertainment!! No individual TV, no Wifi, no outlet to charge our phones. The common TV (for every 4 rows) played something for 4hrs. And then nothing for the 4 hours left! Was bored to death!"

Due to arriving late and lost baggage wie missed our next flight.
Airline again missed my special order, even though I had reconfirmed 24 hrs before. Eurowings charges for the blanket and for alcoholic drinks, which are typically provided on international flights. I had bought ticket for Lufthansa but was shifted over to Eurowings, which was not my choice, and will not be my choice going forward.
It never happened. How could you ask me to write a review of something you are not aware of never happened????
Bread stale. Croissant stale. Person behind me was kicking me throughout flight. Boarding slow.
So many minor delays, very little communication, and what there was, we couldn't even hear in the first place.

They could Isaac's announced our gate at Atlanta. Whet we arrived at the gate he thought we were joking and we didn't board. The plane left without us
My flight with WestJet was cancelled due to weather and because I booked with Kayak I was not a priority for rebooking so I have not been able to find a flight for five days. My vacation time would be over at that point. I was not aware of that in cancellation I would not be a priority And could not find another flight. In a good point, I was refunded quickly and without issue it’s very disappointing. You plan your vacation and cannot find another flight without long layovers.
Cons: "More than an hour late departing. Added to that it was almost an hour before luggage appeared. Not West Jet’s fault but it made us even later resulting in some of our long drive of our drive to Grand Canyon being in the dark."

Pleasant experience checking in. Seating is way too tight, especially for persons who are not petite. I thought the pilot was excellent in terms of his commentary and information. Wrong gate information on boarding passes. If I was not alert I could have lined up to board the wrong plane.
We booked Caribbean Plus and Business Class.. The problem was that in Toronto the staff we would collect our bags in POS, but we had to pick up our luggage in GEO, do immigration, and customers, and go from one terminal to the other with all our suitcases and 2 kids.. Not nice and not cool. Wont do that layover in GEO again

We were just ordered off the plane seemingly as an afterthought, and didn't know what to do thereafter. After eventually finding our departure gate the agent we voiced our displeasure to said all that mattered was that we found the gate and we were safe. Not satisfactory. Not acceptable for a customer oriented business"

No surprise when told the flight was delayed by an hour and a half. Gate change was inevitable....to the other side of the airport. Boarding was later than anticipated. Some crew members seemed to be sonewhat rude when talking to passengers.....and then again some were very helpful. The flight was smooth!!"
Me and my wife checked well before time. we were amongst the first to check in. When the flight landed in London our AirTag showed that the luggage is left behind at Toronto. We caught the onward flight and landed at Bangalore, India and are still waiting for delivery of the four pieces of checked in luggage.
A perfect 2+ hour flight. No amenities, but we did not expect any.
Pros: "Crew were impressive bcos they looked fresh after 11 hours. Seating was very comfortable as whole rows were empty so you could stretch, and no waits for the loos. Entertainment monitors were the updated kind, also a plus, I really enjoyed switching from movies and tv to the flight graphics."

He seats in business class between Heathrow to Rome were like regular seats except with the middle seat blocked off. Food was just ok."
