Got boarded on the plane on time and held there without moving for 2h to avoid paying delay fees. typical Aegean airlines. They should have left us on the gate and do the boarding when we are ready to go.

Would be good if we didn't have to print out own boarding pass

The flight was absolutely fine. Unfortunately it was delayed by an hour due to unforeseen reasons.

Agean Airlines are the best!!! Kind and pretty personnel willing to help you any time! Kind with the kids and smiley faces! And the only airlines to serve food and drink for free! Yes! This is GREEK HOSPITALITY!! Great job!!

Fine. It was a 25 minute ride in a tiny plane that left 20 mins late

The only issue was a short window to make my connecting flight, and nobody to assist me in finding my way to the next gate.

This is my first time flying Aegean Air and I had a great first time experience. I will fly this airline again.

There was not any food and I didn't use the entertainment

Just ok. No much of a great travel experience. If you need point A to B they are ok.

We arrived at the airport 2 1/2 hours early and barely made our flight due to a 90 minute wait to check our bag

Very difficult to locate check in area, but after that everything went smoothly. Surprised to learn that soft drinks were not complimentary.

It was difficult to order a children's meal via online or the SAS app. Otherwise, flight crew and experience was great

Improved communication while boarding. The first bus to taxi from the terminal left without explanation. people were asked to line up to board then not told in a timely manner of any delays.

Had my knees pushed by the airline chair the whole flight and the SAS flight attendant said the have a right to have it down all the way even if it’s right on my knees hurting me!! I asked them to push it just a touch so it wouldn’t be like that and they dad refused and said it’s his right to have it like that for his daughter that looks to be around 8-10 years old

Good could have been better. Comfort was fine with decent leg room and seat comfort. Would have appreciated a USB-C charger port.

Boarding and crew were excellent. Seat could have been more comfortable (hard on lower back).

flight attendant spilled juice on me entertainment was limited i wanted to upgrade but $$$ was exorbitant i purchased $69 seat, only to find out day of flight/purchase never went through & I was "assigned" a terrible seat! ( btw another passenger complained of the same thing happening to her)

Other than a delay that had nothing to do with the staff, it was a very pleasant experience.

Flight was delayed and still they didn't manage to transfer my bag to the flight. The onboard staff was quick to show desperation and frustration with the not-so-easy passengers.

Do not book a flight thru Toronto Pearson to the US with less than 2 hrs between connecting flights. With 90 minutes (which I had) if your first plane is 25-30 minutes late by the time you debark, walk to go through security again, go through US customs and find your new gate with at least 15 minutes before your departure. If you stop to go the the bathroom you will be lucky to catch your flight, in my case I wasn’t lucky. The airline should not offer flights that do not allow you time to get to your second plane, bad customer service!

It was swiss air flight and they were very helpful and kind

My flight was delayed in Calgary and I missed my connecting flight to Cincinnati. I was rebooked on a flight the following day. I did not receive a food or lodging voucher.

I didn't actually get to take this flight. It was canceled and the automated system rerouted my party of four (including a minor and a person in a wheelchair) to three different airports. Since we had a three hour drive from Newark this was clearly unacceptable. For all of us to end up in Newark would have required waiting at least one day, probably longer.

Constant delays worked out in our favor but definitely extended our travel day

Flight was excellent in all aspects, - comfort , food, drinks, service, entertainment. Inspite of the computer glitch, the flight was on schedule and flawlessly. Thank you, air Canada.

We missed our Toronto connection. Air Canada rebooked us for the next day. We had purchased premium seats but our rebooked flight was nearly full and we did not sit together. Seats were way in the back of the plane. Air Canada did provide us with a hotel stay. Agent upon deplaning told us luggage would be sent through to our final destination. Customer service person told us our luggage would be at the carousel. It never showed up, so we lost an hour waiting for it, already well past my bedtime by now. My husband has limited mobility. Baggage agent advised us the luggage did, indeed, get placed somewhere for our next day flight and provided us with an overnight kit (shaving kit, oral hygiene kit, sleep shirt, etc.) and it was very much appreciated and needed. Husband has mobility issues and we found that wheelchair assistance is not provided during layover stops, which made it difficult (and slow) for us to get from gate to customer service to baggage claim to hotel shuttle. We were given food vouchers but were too exhausted to use them before going to hotel. For the most part, all agents we dealt with were respectful and pleasant, although only a few were as warm, friendly and helpful as most of the Canadians we had interacted with during our visit.

We paid $110 for more leg room. My traveling companion’s knees were right up against the seat in front. Where was more leg room. We feel ripped off. Food,,,there wasn’t any not even a bag of pretzels. As a result, there was very little service.

Was downgraded from Premium Economy to Economy and no indication of any compensation.

Flight was delayed by 7 hours and it caused all kind of issues

Our flight BA638 was cancelled with very short notice. It was supposed to depart at 7:25am. We had left Chichester at 3:30am in order to make the flight, and we were notified of the cancellation while en route to LHR. We were told the cancellation was necessary because a plane had not been scheduled to be at LHR for this flight! We were rescheduled to BA636. This flight was supposed to depart at 11:00am but didn't actually take off until ~12:30pm. Consequently we arrived in Athens several hours late, missing out on half a day of our sightseeing time. We had booked transport with MyTransfers to pick us up at the Athens airport and drive us to our Hotel Adonis. I was unable to get a refund for this service because our flight was so delayed. They required 24 hour notice of pick up time changes. I instead had to pay for a taxi at the airport. I have tried to fill out a request for compensation online but have been unsuccessful. How can I get help for filing a claim?

My bag is still in Munich. There was no communication and then a long line at customer service. I waited for my bag, missing all my trains and had to take a £130 taxi to get home by 2 am.

The flight was delayed by more than an hour and my trousers were stuck by chewing gum that was on the back of front seat. The crew was helpful in providing me with some ice to remove the chewing gum and upgraded my seat to business class

we departed 5 hours late. Instead of 10pm it was after 2AM and the business lounge thew us out at 1AM and everyone was standing around the boarding gates. When we did board, the crew was nice, served dinner and then was not to be seen again until we landed. No breakfast (which is not great for diabetes)

They could do everything better!! From the rickety plane to the flight attendants, when American Airlines is operated by British Airways, their standards are lowered! It’s like Macy’s, operated by Walmart!!

Left late. Crowded like cattle. Standing and waiting. Food on board getting worse.

Entertainment catalog certainly needs an upgrade to include better and latest content. Food was not good at all - they need to cook something edible. Five starts to the crew and on tim performance of British airways though!!

Having traveled from Canada through Seattle -London-Edinburgh with only carry on ( to keep trip uncomplicated ) We had to check our hand luggage at the gate as flight was full This was really annoying since due to their late flight in from Seattle we’d missed our orginal flight to Edinburgh and had been put on a flight four hours later We had no checked luggage with no need to go to the baggage carousel Very annoying

Because of luggage I had to upgrade to premium economy , which was worth it!

Every thing was fine. The food was lack luster especially after leaving from Italy.

Very good except for the screaming 5 year old that was allowed to yell and scream whenever he wanted too! The mom obviously had no concept of “inside voices”!

I will never fly thru Frankfurt again I read it was bad changing plane but in my case complete nightmare

The flight was VERY delayed making what would have been a long layover in NYC into a mad rush to catch my connection. Other than that it was good.

A bigger plane would be more comfortable. We were bouncing off the ground before even lifting into the air, scary!

The seats are too close to the ones in front.

The seats are terrible. The boarding process was poorly organized. Little to no information was given. Gate change information was only provided at a time that was AFTER the scheduled departure time.

Boarding was delayed and a bit hectic. The crew was super nice.

Brand new airplane Airbus 330. Great crew. The staff on the ground is always a bit mediocre at Condor.
