More leg room, great if crew could move people before flight (ie if 3 in a row, offer to move 1 or 2 to an empty 3 seat row rather than let people move themselves after takeoff

Flight was late, boarding totally chaotic, seat uncomfortable, food good, attendants and pilots good.
Priority transfer bag left behind in Amsterdam causing extreme difficulty and inconvenience on arrival destination Athens
On top of the two hours delay in the airport, we needed to go by the bus to the terminal in Athens, Aegean is the aviation of Greece and they whole flight is 50 minutes.
Very delayed. Plus lack of entertainment on board. Crew members were very nice
The food sandwich was OKAY for such a short flight. Crew were very caring. They helped my wife who has walking issues. They carried her bag and held her arm to help prevent tripping. All in all it was a professional effort on the part of all crew members. I highly recommend this crew of Aegean Airlines.
Short flight. They served drinks and food, but the flight was full and had to put my hand luggage under the seat.
They lost my luggage. Tromso in winter without warm clothes is not fun.
The flight was on time and loading was fine. I really disliked that all drinks other than coffee or tea had a cost. Deplaning was also an issue as people did not wait for those in front of them to get out before they pushed forward
Flight was delayed 3 hours. Pilot cancelled flight under 4 people volunteered to change their seats to economy from business class.
A Lufthansa flight operated by SAS with a jettime plane. Fight was nice, no food but free tea and coffee.
Flight was delayed slightly but was very smooth. It was a short flight but comfortable.
I child in Buisness cried almost the entire flight. And I had a conference to attend but couldn’t sleep because of that, which was the main reason for getting a Buisness ticket. Also the food is not as good as before. The sheets underneath is also not there anymore. The staff was nice.
Not worth paying for business class on this airline. The seating is exactly the same as the rest of the plane. Crowded. Horrible food.
More water delivery and less time between meals. Good food and staff

Cancel because of maintenance issues. rebooked next day and then the replacement plane 3 hours late.
My flight was great but my inbound flight from Toronto to Sault st Marir delayed more than 2 hours and we had to change the airoplan.
This was a fraudulent transaction. Kayak was at fault for accepting a stolen credit card. Kayak needs to change their verification process.
As is pretty much the norm with Air Canada now, we left late from the gate (45 minutes late). This is my 12th flight with AC in the last 12 months and 10 of those flights were either late or cancelled. AC essentially has a monopoly in Canada so they have carte blanche to charge exorbitant rates now and give poor service, with no repercussions.
I did not like the fact that our bags went missing

Airport staff super friendly. Even put us on an earlier flight because we arrived early.
A 2 hour delay because they couldn’t fit some oversized cargo in the small hold doors of an Embraer! Surely they know the sizes before attempting to load it?
Treating guests with respect when they are having issues. Myself and another guest were expected to climb over someone who had a disability and was clearly not well. There was no assistance. Also when the lady beside me asked to see if there was a possibility to get off the plane as soon as they were able because her husband is having emergency surgery the flight attendant’s response was so rude and dismissive.
Seated in business class. Bed too hard and no comforter. Way too many seats in business class for number of crew so never felt particularly looked after.

Late boarding with inconsistent excuses. Bulk head seats were very small and uncomfortable. 1 tiny candy bar and a water were only food provisions. Food for purchase was unavailable.
The crew was great but we sat in the plane for over an hour before takeoff combined with a 4 hour delay on our previous flight caused us to miss planned scheduled meetings in Geneva.
The flight was delayed for 7 hours. We missed the connection flight to India. The alternate option was > 17 hours just in lay-overs. So it was awful.

Poor service. Flight attendants did not know how to serve with a smile. Boarding for the LHR to Mumbai flight was very inefficient and passengers were being bussed to a far away location to board the flight by climbing up a rollaway staircase and there was no one to help the passengers climb the 25 steps with their carry-on bags in their hands.
My connection from London to SFO was cancelled and I was given an economy seat on a next flight 8hrs later even though I had business class. I had to work with British airlines representative to have it changed. It was a mess .. how come you just cancel a complete flight for operational issues ??? So many travelers are affected. In fact I have never heard that before. Unlikely to travel British airlines again
The seat pod in business class was dirty and had some white liquid in the food tray. The steward was perfunctory and the hot food was dry. There were lots of children crying as well and the parents could have used a little more help from the crew.
They didn’t serve my special order meal. And the “free internet” didn’t work
