Cons: "The flight from BTV to JKF was cancelled day of departure, within a mere 4 hours of take-off. I only received an email.... This, in turn, caused a domino effect for the remainder of my flights and travel plans. I had to PURCHASE brand new tickets and go through a refunding debacle, not through Kayak but another third party whom actually held the tickets. FIASCO is the word! Kayak did not even recognize the cancellation and continued to try and check me in to flights i was not on. Such a headache.. I will not be using this service in the future"

Cons: "Special meal wasn’t correct at first, crew corrected the mistake but the meal was absolutely terrible. Had the no lactose meal and it tasted exclusively of stewed tomatoes. Pack a lunch and don’t rely on the airport at Istanbul, there’s no options for people with food restrictions."

Cons: "Late flight While in transit. They wouldn't pay for my meal in Istanbul because my overlay was 3 hrs"

Cons: "I had a 22 hour layover. On the website, Turkish Airlines advertises they cover hotel rooms for anyone with a layover exceeding 15 hours. However, it's impossible to get a e-visa to allow Americans to leave the airport to take advantage of this. There is one hotel inside the airport, however it's extremely expensive and booked well in advance. While the service was decent on the plane, inside the airport the TA employee's were very rude and not at all helpful. So be prepared to spend the night on the floor or an uncomfortable bench. Won't fly on this airline ever again."

Cons: "I had my flight from London to Istanbul delayed and because I had connection flight in Istanbul to Russia they had to change my flight for the next day . That ruined my whole holidays and I had to go all the way home from Gatwick airport and next morning going again to Heathrow airport. No transfer or taxi was provided and No single apology from the staff or company . Very disappointed with Turkish airlines !"

Pros: "The crew was very helpful and kind, but the food was superb (not what I've experienced in the past on other flights). Those gift packs of a toothbrush/slippers/ eye mask was also so wonderful! That eye mask and ear plugs saved me during the flight and during my entire trip"
Cons: "While we took off/ landed softly, I felt that the overall noise that the plane had while in flight was loud, almost too loud to fall asleep without headphones."

Pros: "It was a short flight but they still fed us and supplied beverages. So many airlines do not do this or charge you for everything!"

Cons: "What I didn't like was when Turkish Airlines told us that in order to get free hotel and free transportation because our layover was 13+ hours we must buy Turkish entry visas which costs us $200.00. The visas should've been free because we were on transit."

Pros: "Honestly, not very much. The Entertainment system kind of worked, although the touch screen barely worked, and the movie selection was mediocre."
Cons: "Very old plane, with barely any leg room, poorly functioning seats that didn't recline--and when others recline, I couldn't even open my tray table. The crew was incredibly rude and generally unhappy to help--a consistent show of attitude, as if WE were a pain to service, when just asking for water/tea because they kept skipping us! The food also was really bad, nothing like it used to be. By far the worst Turkish Airlines experience I've had, and I may reconsider booking in the future."

Cons: "Flight was very late departing, despite arriving on time. No excuse other than simply inefficiency. No drinks offered, during 45 min flight. No headphones given for entertainment."
