Cons: "The flight was cancelled and Florence airport staff was extremely incompetent and unprofessional. I spent 12 hours in the airport before getting to Zurich. Won’t get to Chicago until 24 hours after my planned arrival. If I something important then hell would’ve been raised."

Cons: "Aircraft A330-300 sucks. It is SLOW! Boeng-777 did Moscow-Houston flight in 10 hours, but this A330 flew from Frankfurt to Atlanta in the same time. Shelves for baggage are small - it is not enough room for all passenger bags. Entertainment can be better. Food... It could be SIGNIFICANTLY better! Or just do not serve it et al. If I could I would not buy it."

Late boarding from Frankfurt to Stuttgart. Had to wait for the shuttle. Flight was fine."

The air condition was so cold, several people complained, crew said, they are adjusting the temperature, nothing changed. It was a painfully cold, with jacket on. Other than that, everything was great .
Air Canada did not provide a reservation number for the code share flights with GOL that made it impossible for me to find my three flights with them, reserve flights, make changes, etc. Air Canada was unresponsive to multiple contacts from the concierge at the best hotel in Rio who said the Air Canada line in Brazil was never answered; multiple calls from me over a five-day period to the Brazil and US / Canada numbers were never answered. Also unanswered were Tweet and IM, which were recommended by the Air Canada app and online as a way to reach customer service. I was unable to reserve a seat and confirm a special meal - not life or death but expected and customary interactions with an airline. Air Canada offers an easy way to designate food preference but doesn't include vegan in the choices. Somehow, on the Sao Paolo-Toronto flight, I had food with tofu and soy protein; the flight down was pasta with cheese - not optimal. I give GOL credit (code share partner) for the tofu and soy.
they canceled my flight so i am EXTREMELY UPSET ......................... they gave me a 100% refund but still ........... i will never order a flight from your failed company ever again ........
It was a pleasant flight all around. The staff were courteous and it went by quickly. The pilot was great and the plane, well, I just couldn't do it without them. Blessed to arrive safely, thank you.
They lost our bags and two days later have not found them.
TSA scanned my boarding pass and i got through the gate but they airline deemed my not valid. Major flaw in the communication and boarding pass scanning system and now I’m paying an extra 2000 for the whole flight
Unfortunately the plane was not able to land in Fort Lauderdale due to weather. Not Air Canada’s fault but many people had to return to Montreal since their luggage was checked . Air Canada should have been more articulate about what passengers options were.

More communication and little more concerns about travelers than conserving cost. May of us felt sick due to cooling system working in the plane. Flight crew had no clue as to how to respond in this terrible condition in plane. Getting glass of water became a big obligation. Traveling for last 50 years, never in my life experienced as such.
