One of the worst experiences. Some of the Staff was really unfriendly and rude. I was freezing and I asked for an extra blanket and one of the stewardess told me that it’s only one for each passenger and then I asked another one and thank God she gave me one. The food was very poor. They offered meal as soon as we took off and then nothing for 7-8 hours. Then they gave a tiny snack something like crackers and one hour before landing they gave us another snack.
Everything was fine except that the ground personnel in Toronto wasn't able to operate the jet bridge, so that everybody was stuck in the plane after landing for 40 min, so I missed my connection.
I lost my luggage in this flight with all my personal belonging including critical medications and until now no one from Lufthansa contacted me despite filling the claim immediately after arriving to the final distinction.
They have more than 4 hours delay, and broken all my bags
FA’s were awesome, aircraft was beautiful inside and out. Best first class experience I’ve ever had.
my screen did not work, but the middle seat was empty so I used the middle screen. Also, I appreciate that I was allowed to switch to an earlier flight and avoid short delay during boarding
Very short flight so the limited space and lack of entertainment were no issue. Crew was friendly and the flight was very punctual. Baggage claim in Prague was lightning quick.
Simply the best way to get nonstop to Europe. if you’re lucky, there’s clear skies with views of Arctic or the aurora at night.
My luggage is missing. No one can give me information on its whereabouts. I am frustrated. All my personal belongings and daily medications and other electronics are in that luggage which I need urgently.
Fruit and cheese platter was dubious quality. The edges of the cheese pieces were dried, plastic looking. Old.
Terrible experience. Air canada is the worst and Kayak website is also not transparent.
Cancel because of maintenance issues. rebooked next day and then the replacement plane 3 hours late.
My flight was great but my inbound flight from Toronto to Sault st Marir delayed more than 2 hours and we had to change the airoplan.
This was a fraudulent transaction. Kayak was at fault for accepting a stolen credit card. Kayak needs to change their verification process.
As is pretty much the norm with Air Canada now, we left late from the gate (45 minutes late). This is my 12th flight with AC in the last 12 months and 10 of those flights were either late or cancelled. AC essentially has a monopoly in Canada so they have carte blanche to charge exorbitant rates now and give poor service, with no repercussions.
I did not like the fact that our bags went missing

Airport staff super friendly. Even put us on an earlier flight because we arrived early.
A 2 hour delay because they couldn’t fit some oversized cargo in the small hold doors of an Embraer! Surely they know the sizes before attempting to load it?
Boarding process needs to be improved. Business class passengers were told to stand in the economy line and vice versa.
Suite door was jammed but seat itself was very comfortable.
Never got on this AA flight since British Airways delayed my original flight 29 hours

Late boarding with inconsistent excuses. Bulk head seats were very small and uncomfortable. 1 tiny candy bar and a water were only food provisions. Food for purchase was unavailable.
It was a smooth flight. The flight crew was wonderful and friendly.
The crew was great but we sat in the plane for over an hour before takeoff combined with a 4 hour delay on our previous flight caused us to miss planned scheduled meetings in Geneva.
I didn’t take the flight cause it was cancelled and i don’t recommend the american airlines to anyone as their solution was to book a hotel for me which was old one and not so good and they not sure also they can get me on a flight the next day which is so horrible
First time on BA. Boarding and service were very good. Premium Economy seats were large and very comfortable. Unfortunately a mechanical problem with the plane caused us to miss our connection. The Flight Connections group did everything in their power to get us on a new flight with another airline and we got to our destination only a few hours late. Big ding for the $800+ they wanted to charge for seat selection. If I knew that before I booked I would have chosen another airline.
The flight and the staff was excellent. Only bad thing is no entertainment and you have to pay for anything other than water.
