Pros: "We had a delay in boarding and the gate crew kept us updated every step of the way. BA remains my favorite to fly long-haul: even in coach, the seats are reasonably spaced and comfortable, the meals are tasty and filling, and the cabin temperature is consistent. Especially appreciate the wine with dinner, which always helps me sleep half the flight away!"
Cons: "The entertainment system on our plane failed in (according to the flight attendant) about half the rows, including mine. That didn't just mean spending 7 or 8 hours of a 10-hour flight unable to watch films, check the flight map, or charge my phone. It also meant that I couldn't call for a flight attendant or even turn on my overhead light, which was really inconvenient."
Cons: "I didnt like the fact that we had to pay for a cup of tea. Surely that should be complimentary."
Cons: "The staff at the check in at the front desk were not helpful. Some personnel do not even have the training how to handle the passengers who have already checked in and have the boarding pass with them and even not polite."

I've taken many bad flights and this was by far the worst and most of is was the terrible attitudes and behaviors of the crew."
Cons: "Paid for business class felt like economy class. No entertainment. Unbelievable! I am NOT looking forward to the return flight home, and will never fly British Aiirlines again."
Plenty of leg room for my 6' 5" body. Haven't experienced that any recent flights with flair or air transit.
Booked through Kayak and what I thought was Air Canada. Had a United flight number and needed to check in with United. Not even in AC system. At O hare we arrived at terminal 2 and sent our bags to terminal 1. Fun way to end a trip, walk two blocks to get your bags, then 2 blocks back to get picked up.
Be honest with your passengers about the delays .. we had a delay of over 6 hrs and found out later the carrier knew that but still checked us in with an impossible boarding time as the plane was still delayed in the air and on route.
The air inside the cabin was cold, and I asked the flight crew for a blanket for my 5-year-old daughter, and they said that we can't give it to you.
We hit terrible turbulence without any notification and drinks went flying. The crew never picked up our trash.
The tickets were split between air Canada and United and neither airline knew which one had my tickets. I got check in notices from both, and when going to the front desk at the airport both airlines told me that the other had the tickets. It was horrible. I’m never using this again.
Poor service after they realized they didn’t scan my boarding pass on the 1st leg of my flight
The flight crew was excellent, They lost 10% of the luggage 🧳 for the flight. We were in Hong Kong for 3 days without anything but our carry-on items. It happens...
Cons: "We had one checked bag and it did not arrive when we landed. Told it was on the next flag but did not arrive until after midnight."
Pros: "One flight attendant in particular. Wish I knew her name to commend her. Also, had a bassinet for my grandson!! Frequent beverages offered, especially water. Allowed to move seats once in the air!! Able to help my daughter with her baby. Chicken dish was actually really good."
Cons: "No movie screens at all!? Odd; especially for an International flight. Check bathroom paper supplies more frequently. Ran out of paper towels two bathrooms. No fault of yours, but the Venice airport was a nightmare. I am use to airports in the US and was shocked how long the line was to get through to our gate. We couldn’t even find the end because it wrapped around like an “S”. Surprised we had to print our boarding pass (but was never asked for it); couldn’t do a mobile boarding pass."
