Cons: "Was in business class and service is poor. Food was mediocre and service was not at par as other business class airlines. Toilet is dirty most times and lacking toiletries. Very unsanitary. Only thing good is all service staff always smile but lack proper and on time service training."

When asked about possible compensation, the ground crew answered "We'd have to wait until we reach Manila (which was at least 17 hours away)" -- This just made passengers more irritated and the ground crew were forced to call airport security. boarding very unorganized on our return flight."
Pros: "3 meals, drinks, pillow, blanket, toothbrush, toothpaste and sleep mask were included. Staff was friendly and kind. Would definitely fly with them again."

Pros: "Great service, comfortable aircraft, and pleasant staff. Would use them again!"
Cons: "Wish they would have warned us that we would be on lock down in the terminal at Manila when we went through security early. Cause we had to wait by the gate for 6 hours in a terminal that didn't have much else. Upstairs of Terminal 2 had no accommodations or restaurants/cafes. Just food stands. Still not bad though, would have been a nice warning though."

Pros: "I was really amazed with all the staff working for the airline. They were all very nice and helped so much with my handicapped mother before, during, and after our flight. It was already a long flight and very difficult so the staff definitely helped tremendously. The staff were very accommodating all throughout the flight. Very impressive customer service."

Pros: "I got to the airport at 4:45 am (who urs and 15 min before scheduled departure). The airport employees couldn't find my flight. They said the 1st ANA flight is not till 9:30 am. Then after 30-40 min of confusion, searching, etc, they sent me to another terminal which was 40 min away! Where they couldn't find my flight either at first. Then they finally came back and said that per their schedule, the first flight out is on ANA is at 6:45, not 7. And the reason why they couldn't find it is because it was only code share ANA but operated by Philippines airlines. As a result I missed my flight, missed my work and had to deal with co sequences. Unacceptable"

Pros: "On our return flight from Narita to Manila there was this family with 3 little kids and seating directly in front of us , the little girl cried the entire flight of 4 hours every 10 seconds and the mom didn't do anything to calm her , even wearing a headset I can hear the girl crying. The crew should have done something to seat them at the end but they were seated in the middle. Was so annoyed ! Flight attendant were slow taking our empty food tray. 1/2 hour later or more before they finally take it. No addt'l crew to give drinks after the meal."
Cons: "To small and old seats. I am so tiny already but I can bump my elbow to next person seating. No leg room."
