Cons: "Without notice, we were put on “standby” line, all of the workers told us all of the flights for the remainder of the day and that we could wait by the gate all day or just “take a taxi” from Lisbon to Porto.... a 3 hour ride. Ridiculous! We finally begged our way into being squeezed into a flight to Porto. But of course our bags didn’t make it with us and they could not locate where they were or track what time they would get to Porto... we sat at the airport for hours waiting for our bag until they finally offered to deliver them at a later time, which we are still waiting. We missed a full day of our vacation to Portugal because of this situation and are still hoping that our bags will make it to our destination..."

Cons: "I booked these tickets for my friends Jamal Wiggins and Anthony Maxwell and they are still Lisbon. They are still in Lisbon! Their flight, 1306, had been delayed for almost 6 hours. The gate keeps changing and they've been getting ther run around all day. No food vouchers. This is horrendous. I am here at Prague airport. We only have a few days here and now one day is gone. They should be reimbursed! We are paying 400 euros for hotel rooms that aren't even being used because of this delay."

Cons: "The food service was cancelled due to being short a flight attendant. We were initially advised that the food had not made it to the aircraft. Afterwards we saw the crew eating while we were left with no food or drink service. We then discovered that since they were short one crew member the crew would not serve food or drinks for "safety concerns". It turns out they could have served but preferred to adhere to their union under the guise of passenger safety and remain seated the entire flight doing crossword puzzles and the like which definitely made me feel much safer."
Cons: "First flight was delayed by just a half an hour and we arrived in Portugal. We had a connecting flight to AMS with also TAP and had a two hour window to make the next flight with the same company (TAP). We were in line for passport and then security and talked to several TAP employees and they said we would be have time and wouldn't have a problem catching the second flight. Well, we got through the lines with 30 min before our next flight and they wouldn't let us on. Customer service and organization of the airline is really poor. The aircraft had minimal room and no entertainment. We got on our next flight five hours later and all they gave us was a $10 food voucher. So poorly managed."

Everyone was in a large group before they told us where to line up and then it was too late But once we were on the plane it was an amazing flight experience!!! The comfort was unparalleled to other airlines I have flown on. Thank you so much!!!"
