I got up to use the bathroom and I was seated in the 10th row. When I was trying to make my way back to my seat, the beverage service had started. They were at the 12th row and after bumping into me, the flight attendant asked me to back up and wait until the beverage service was over to go back to my seat. This was a flight from Frankfurt to Zurich, only about an hour long, and I would have easily spent half of it standing up had I complied with their request. I had to be pushy and ask them to just back up the cart 2 feet so I could get to my seat, which only took them 5 seconds. This was a very rude, illogical, and unreasonable request from the Swiss Air crew.

I received an email before the flight telling me as the flight would be operated by another carrier there would be free refreshments - but it wasn't and there weren't. Rather odd.
I have to rate British Airways as a 10 out of 10 in almost all categories...comfort of the plane, food and service, boarding, notifications, crew, etc. In particular, the long haul flight from London to Seattle everything was truly top notch!
Their baggage handlers damaged several parts on my checked-in luggage...three zipper pulls and one clasp. What are they doing with the bags? How can they damage so many things in one fell swoop? This is a good quality Atlantic suitcase. Also, on the short flights, in this case Madrid to London, they are now charging for EVERYTHING...even water and coffee. They said it was a new policy as of 1/1/2018.

Checking in at the gate took a lot of time and no food or bathrooms available
Gâte operator were very slow I was going to loose my connection to Paris as it took me more than 1hour to make the check in
The main problem is that when I bought the ticket, it wasn't clear luggage wasn't included but only carry on items. I had to pay extra. It was a surprise. I assumed that 1 small suitcase was included.
Clean aircraft. On time. Crew very attentive.
Seats are too close together. I could not lower my tray table without hit my stomach: I would like to see some kind of entertainment.
At Beirut airport the manager gave permission to a passenger at check in to bypass all the passengers waiting in line just because he was with someone!!!
When I stepped out, and asked him can you do this. Very rudely he said, that this passenger is business class.
I didn't believe him, so I asked the second manager if this is correct. He didn't do anything about it.
