Our Izmir-Munich flight was delayed so much that we missed our connecting flight. We stayed here over-night. Today we were on stand by, but there was no room on today’s flight. We’re now stuck here. Lufthansa has been very unhelpful. How long we’re going to be stuck here? It’s absurd. I had to be at work today.

Sadly! I had a Terrible experience. My daughter got super sick few hours before our departure and hospitalized. Unfortunately I couldn’t able to fly back to USA on that day. I did go to the airport and let them know that I have a serious emergency and can’t fly. Kayak didn’t help at all or made any adjustments to get a new date. I had to purchase new tickets. I’m so disappointed!

Pros: "The aircraft was barely half full."

Cons: "Delay due to fog at LHR, but this is not the fault of the airline"

Pros: "Full bottle of water and continuous refreshments in flight."

Cons: "Connections booked together need more time for larger airports. I had over an hour connection on paper and had to run through the entire airport to even catch my flight. My mother on a separate flight arrived ten minutes before her flight took off even though booking stated a full hour. Also the quality and cleanliness of the plane needs improvement. Lufthansa is normally amazing quality but both flights today were subpar. Bathroom smelled of urine, old and dirty seats with no support. Dirty hand rests and outdated screens which skipped with movies"

Cons: "Because of bad logistics, the flight from CDG to FRA was delayed and therefore i missed my connection to AUS. Lufthansa personnel could have helped me make the second flight but didn't bother. I was rebooked on another flight through IAH which defeats the purpose of choosing a direct flight."

Cons: "Airline lost my bag. Not happy at all. Lufthansa is a let down. I’m an beside myself and there are meds in my bag that are needed."

Cons: "1. Airport (Frankfurt) 2. Service crew (Lufthansa) 3. Functional entertainment (device nonfunctional on the 9 hours trip)"

Cons: "They ran out of vegetarian options so I only could have salad, bread and butter"
