Plus there was no over head compartments in the back of the bus for carry one. The staff was not truthful not helpful."

Pros: "Flight was on time. It was my connection flight, arrived from Mendoza ARG and continued to Toronto. In Mendoza I got boarding pass for second leg of flight (Panama - Toronto) with the gate number and boarding time. Everything was correct, not even gate number changed. Plane was new, crew OK, food OK. It was a pleasent flight."

It doesnt provide security or comfort as a flyer with the airline and makes me think twice about buying again with airlines that can do this type of things to their customers."

Pros: "to begin with the counter people in caracas all of them NASTYYY and Attitude! !!thn my flight was leaving at 5am from Venezuela i get there 3 hours before my flight coz thats what it says n my itinerary n when i get there they say the flight is closee the check in was at 1am!!where in the world the check in is 5 or 6 hours before!!!n they close the flight 2 hours before...?? i ended up missinf my flight!!"

Pros: "For the price, it was an incredible deal. Not fancy but kind flight attendants, standard economy class (meaning, as bad as all the others for space, definitely not the worst Ive flown, much better than cheap european airlines), had an on time connection in Panama... I would definitely fly again. I speak Spanish but all Copa staff speak English, so it was really easy."
