Not much food service - comfort + seat wasn’t that comfortable

Cons: "Incredibly bad, mostly unhealthy, overprocessed food. Glad I brought my own. Very narrow seats. No opportunity to upgrade to economy plus. One day you will have casualties from minimizing further and further the seating space until even normal- sized people collapse from lack of blood circulation. (On my outbound flight from Atlanta to D' dorf an oversized seat neighbor literally flowed partly into my seat, making matters worse.) A major concern: stewardesses support the general fashion of darkening the cabin in the interest of movie watchers and general quiet. What about my right to daylight, especially during a day flight from D' dorf to Atlanta? It's helpful against jetlag. 11 hours in a darkened pipe followed by arrival at night time are unhealthy. The film program is not intetesting enough to justify this decision."

Cons: "Platinum member. Flying with gold colleague. He was upgraded. I was 1 on the list, wirh 3 openings. Asked gate agent, and she said just take my seat. Asked attendant, she said same. So spent flight in last seat in back next to bathroom, while 2 comfort + seats were empty. Did not feel like a valued customer."
Pros: "I like Delta but this crew had such a shi**y attitude it was contagious. Yikes!"

Cons: "Ran out of fuel and had to divert to Birmingham. Disappointed. Turned into a 3-4 h delay. When we got to ATL our gate was occupied. All in all very poor service. Delta is better than this."
Long delay die to pet mix up. Also bags took forever to get to carousel

Cons: "One of the flight attendants was incredibly dismissive. “Forgot” to ask for my order to get lunch, so needed to call him so he could take my order (he was already in the middle of eating his own food) and of course by then what I asked for was not available, and the options for food were bad. On top of that, the trash from the top of my table was not cleared for a long, long, long time (even though everyone else’s in my section were clean). First time this happens to me in all my years of flying, specially in upper economy class."
Pros: "The cabin crew were outstanding on WS709 today. This is my fourth trip with Westjet, and today stood above. Diane was beyond efficient and pleasant while maintaining a smile and grace, while a number of unattended children were onboard. My seat was changed, and that's fine - mostly because of the manner in which the crew at Pearson handled it. Then, I couldn't resist giving up my re-assigned (centre) seat so that two sisters could sit together. The two folk in my row were lovely, they talked more than I did, but when I joined in, it was a genuinely pleasant conversation. Three strangers, meeting per chance. The woman next to me had given her seat up for a family to sit together, so it really was a chance encounter! Diane needs to be promoted!"
Cons: "While things happen, I wonder why when I was readied a seat, it was missed that two children, sisters, were sitting in separate rows? Should they have automatically been assigned two seats together - they were unaccompanied. As happens, an 'aunt-like' woman was seated next to them, and again, Diane was an another in-charge auntie!"

THIS CONNECTING FLIGHT WAS BETTER BUT AIR CANADA IS NEVER ON TIME. CUSTOMS AND SECURITY WAS REDUNDANT.
Fare for value was excellent. 30 minutes late on arrival, but tolerable as had no connections.
Ran wonderfully and smoothly roundtrip. Could not have asked for more from the staff.
Air canada is obviously going through lots of changes but they're doing their best and made sure my luggage wasnt lost and double checked everything else. They did have delays but its understandable given the current influx of travelers and double checking customs and so forth.
Cons: "Pissed that when you book as a couple, same address, same name that you aren’t seated together unless you pay extra. And having to pay for a suitcase is a rip off. You can’t bring shampoo and products with you on the plane but have to pay to check them. I can’t seem to pack enough clothes for a vacation in a carry on. Airline rip off"

Cons: "Being woke up and asked if I want something to eat. I am sure others would disagree but I was exhausted and could not go back to sleep and I had already been up 30 hours."
Pros: "The crew was amazing. The economic seat (I always prefer to select aisle seat) was OK for me."
Cons: "I often prefer to take Air Canada flight for the departure to any international cities, because it hardly happened to have any cancelled AC flights during my Air flight dates in my past years trips."

Cons: "The flight was delayed, and still late, I missed my pick up and had to get home by taxi. It was raining when we arrive, and they was no taxi available at 3am.so we were standing outside the terminal in the cold."
