I spend 20 hours plus at the airport without any support form staff. Korean air please don't accept any ticket agent who will give a ticket to passengers with 20 hours transit time and no accommodation. good Korean air but bad kayak."

Flight attendant serving our section kept knocking into aisle seat passenger, including knocking over his coffee cup and spilling coffee all over him and the passenger next to him. Flight attendant's reaction was to panic instead of handing over napkins or paper towels - was mopping up with my napkins and tissues by the time she showed up with some paper towels. I was left with the impression that flight attendants were picked more for looks than competence. Checking in at Incheon took a very long time - they should open more counters or give warning to passengers of how long it can take."

Cons: "Seat bookings in just fly are messed up. Kayak took me to just fly for the bookings. The seats for the the 16hr+ flight on just fly we're window seats however at time of check-in I got middle seats in the center 4 seats. It was the worst flight booking experience on kayak so far."

Cons: "Was sitting in 41D. By the team they came to my seat, they ran out of the standard vegetarian meal. I was told I 'had to pre-order' the veg meal, although it had never happened in the 10+ long haul 14-hr flights I've taken with Emirates in the past. I was under the impression you only had to pre-order special meals like religious (Jain, Hindu) meals and not the std veg meal. Emirates should advise so while booking a ticket. Secondly the flight attendant who was telling me this was INCREDIBLY rude. This was extremely uncharacteristic from Emirates crew as I had always come across very pleasant flight attendants. This particular attendant constantly, and very indifferently, asked me if I wanted chicken or lamb, despite me repeatedly saying I am a vegetarian. This continued for a couple of minutes, and then she got flustered, rudely asked again if I want to eat or not. I said I am not going to eat a non-veg meal, and then she dragged the tray away. Without offering me any kind of veg alternative (Emirates carries pizzas as well in this long haul flights). I ended up not eating anything for that meal. Extremely unpleasant experience which was not expected from Emirates."

She almost fell while getting on to the bus. Assistance was requested because of her poor eye sight on the left eye and issues with mobility because of that. Although I'm glad nothing bad happened, denial of assistance and making her feel concerned and speak for herself for someone to help could have been avoided if Emirates could keep their promised support. Very disappointed."

In the future - flying Eva - even though this was the first ever event of this type I have had flying China Airlines. Eva provided both meal vouchers and boxes of candy to each and every customer affected while we awaited our flights to our final destinations. CA was silent - and also very absent when we arrived in SFO and went to collect our baggage - again Eva being the party taking action and responsibility to help us get our bags, with 1 of 3 damaged by CA handlers)."

It was too easy to trigger the flight-attendant call button by accident with the touch screen. The icon is not really obvious and it is close to the screen on and off icon."

Cons: "Flight was initally delayed 1 1/2 hours to depart at 1:00am it happens. Upon boarding, I noticed the planes legroom was close to none. Within 10 minutes of being on the plane the power shut off, lights out, air flow cut off. Lights turn back on although air doesn't and the captain re assures 10-15 minutes. 2 1/2 hours yes 2 1/2 hours later he says 10-15 minutes again and says the same skit explaining they fixed the problem. Plane turned off again. At this time it was close to 5am and I chose to take my carry on and head towards the front of the plane. The captain has no answers for the alarmed passengers, in which all they could say is if we step off tge plane we choose to leave the flight. Almost in the tone of a threat. We were all fewring our safety for the 9 hour trek over the pacifac ocean. After going back and forth for about 45 mins they finally said if you dont feel comfortable follow me and we will try and locate later flights for you all. 60 of us left the plane and ultimately got flights 12-24 hours later. Horrible experience, horrible communication, no appologies, and on top of that they did not send my bag with the correcr plane, in which I had recieved it 4 days later. My replacement flight wqs on EVA air. Much better airline in which I will never travel with China Airlines ever again."

Still had to go through security between arrival/departure gates, but lines were short at our time of night. Crew seemed a bit tired, since this seems to be the last leg of their shift before rotating out in BKK before the plane goes on to Amsterdam."

However, Eva Airlines had an exact flight from BKK to Taipei that was not delayed due to "weather problems". Another passenger said she checked China Airlines ratings and found that many have complained about China Airlines record for timeliness. Lastly, another passenger checked the weather and did not find any "weather problems"."

Cons: "Seat was uncomfortable. Got worse as hours went by. Business class in front of my seat sat empty the entire trip. I understand everybody cannot be upgraded but I paid extra for aisle seat and extra leg room. Maybe passengers that paid extra for seats could get an upgrade when available? It would have been a nice treat to be able to sit in a seat that was actually comfortable. I guess the padding gets worn down from all the passenger travel an that's understandable but for passengers with 13-15 hr trips, sleeping isn't an option really and the seats are just not soft enough. Perhaps a nominal $100 upgrade fee when seats are empty in business class? I'm assuming the reason business was empty is it's just too expensive? Maybe a price adjustment is in order rather than letting those seats sit empty? Overall, the flight was a pleasant experience. The seat situation was just a blemish on the trip. I will continue to use Philippine Airlines though probably in the future. Thank you."

NO Emails, not calls, no messages, no voice mesagges left by the company! -called the client service, located in Philipine apparently, the lady confirms that all our flights were canceled (3), then she hangs off the phone. -called the second time, another lady is rebooking me on a different flight, but she informs me that my husband is not on the same reservation as me, so basically he is in another flight. Eventualy she is changing his reservation as well and puts him on the same flight as me. -waiting for the confirmation email, of course the reservation is just for me, no husband anywere. -called the third time, a nice canadian gentelman informs us that the second flights was canceled so he will redirect us via NJ instead of Washington. -we are rushing to the Richmond airport to catch the NY flight, at the counter they let us know that this flights was canceled and we are back on the DC flight. -when ready to board in the DC flight they are announcing the this flights is delayed from 1:30 pm to 7:30 pm due to weather conditions. -waiting in the line to be rebooked in another flight, after 3 h of waiting they decide they can fly to DC at 4:45 pm, with about 15 people on board."

United should pull this person off of flight duty and deal with this person. The second is a terrible parent who let their kid cry the whole flight and afterwards in the jet way. This wasn't an infant had to be 4-5 years old and there was no parenting at all. The kid was old enough to be talked to. If you're kids can't handle flying, you don't get to fly."

When comparing across airlines, it is annoying because you have to add back costs that the "other" airline include in their price. In the future I am going to compare all "other" flights without United and then check United as the "low cost provider"."

Air Canada did not inform us of the flight cancellation and did not take any responsibility for it. United did but inform us of the flight cancellation and blamed air Canada. I fully blame kayak for our ruined vacation and will never use this service again in my life."
