Cons: "We got to Rome airport 4 hours before to not miss flight! They booked us with 45 min to connect in Zurich. Then flight from Rome kept getting delayed with no explanations. We got to Zurich with 30 minutes to go. We literally ran to get to gate E. We got no help from Swiss employees and got to our gate with 10 min before flight. They said gate was closed. Went to transfer desk, next flight was next day at 1 pm. Missed very important meeting at work that I had planned around for months. Very upset and disappointed. Felt they could have helped us a lot more and got us on our flight."

Pros: "very nice flight, good attendants, plentiful with food and drink although dinner was dry (pasta) but tasted fine. Planes (I had to transfer) were on time and efficient. My carry on luggage was weighed which was unusual to me. It was overweight but the kind clerk checked my bag through with no charge as a favor. A pleasant surprise!"
Cons: "Had to make a lot of calls to clarify things. Website not always clear. An example is that I paid extra to reserve seats early and when I went online to do other things, although it showed that I had a seat reserved, it also said no reservations were being taken for the flight in a highlighted notice. Turns out it was just a general blanket message but to me it looked like my seat may have been cancelled. All phone representatives were courteous and helpful although sometimes their accents were strong and challenging to understand but they didn't mind repeating themselves until I understood."

Cons: "The website was confusing, I couldn't check in online for this flight. When I checked in at the airport, I didn't get a boarding pass for the flight from Zurich as the attendant didn't find me in the system, thus it was uncertain if I would get to LAX on time. I was worried that I would not make my flight and I was supposed to work the next day. Fortunately I stopped by the CELEBI counter where Monika Taigiszer provided excellent customer service. After making a few calls she confirmed that my name was on the list and I would not have to worry. In Zurich I got my boarding pass and arrived to L.A. safely."

The woman who managed the boarding objected to a standard size carry-on, saying it was large and heavy (even though they didn't weigh it), and United at IAD measured it at under 8 kg) so they took it from me and sent it as luggage. (Fortunately, no extra charge.)"

The bag was checked, not to just Seattle but all the way to Venice. Well, surprise, surprise, the bag was lost on the way to Venice. KLM does not allow enough time in Amsterdam for luggage to make a connecting flight."

Pros: "We got almost an absurd amount of food and drink on the flight, which was great. A meal, two snacks, a bottle of water, and several passes of the drink cart. The flight staff were all great, the entertainment options were plentiful. Really just a great flight."
Cons: "The Amsterdam airport was ludicrous. We were making a connection and had to go through four different levels of security. Our 1hr45minute layover was completely taken up just waiting in random lines to have someone look at our passports, or ask us to pull up our full flight itinerary email (teh boarding pass was not enough for her....). I appreciate the security attempts but it was really over the top, and the staff had no idea what they were doing (were bad at directing people to the right place or explaining what they needed). Note that NONE of this was the fault of Delta or KLM, completely teh airport."

When we checked in the ticketing agent was randomly stacking bags in a heap behind her, and not putting them on the conveyor belt. The flight attendant was loud and screechy, saying that it was easier to leave off the bags than take people off the plane. What?? How was this not accounted for before the flight. On the way out, they forgot to build in time to de-ice the plane. SMH"

Cons: "Our total flight time was about 17 hours - MAD- AMS-LAX. My husband and I both have an internationally approved carry on luggages with us. When we checked in - they asked us to both check in our carry on luggage. The reason why is because they said they don’t think they have enough space for our carry ons. I told the crew member checking us in that other people that was checking in with the same hand carry size luggage with us had no problems taking it with them. For being about to be on a 17 HOUR FLIGHT we should be ALLOWED to have our carry ons with us! We take carry ons for that reason! I had to argue and prove my case to the crew member to atleast keep 1 carry on with us. I thought that was an UNACCEPTABLE reason for us to check in a carry on luggage when we had a 17 hour travel time ahead of us. Not a happy costumer here."

Because of this, I missed my connecting flight in Zurich. Apparently hundreds of other passengers were in a similar situation, because I spent the next 6.5 hours standing in line to getting my new itinerary and hotel vouchers."

So I try to call Austrian, but they work just from 8:00 am - 8:00 pm. I start to search all the info the site of Austrian, and find one phone number that seats be working 24 hours. So finally I got a person on the phone who was able to help me. ..."
Cons: "A319 is inherently a badly arranged seating layout. Was in Row 30, no recline, and 3 full grown men for a 3 1/2 hour flight. I wonder if squeezing in the extra 3 or 6 seats is a payout when looking at people's likelihood to fly again?"

Business class bathrooms had nothing to offer in the areas of hand/face creams. All there was were hand wipes and air freshener. (OMG! SERIOUSLY!?); a big difference from their partners (i.e. Swiss and Lufthansa). Crew was not present -- not only were they very unfriendly they were no where to be found. TV/video didn't work properly -- kept fast forwarding or changing channels on its own. The crew of course, was not concerned."

The agent had to talk to someone in order to even issue the boarding pass and even though the bags were checked in all the way to Pittsburgh boarding passes were not issued. I cannot blame the agent because Luftansa had issued the ticket for this Austrian Airline flight."

So, I can't rate this flight because it had nothing to do with Austrian Airlines. You need to update your site so that it clearly states "Operated by..." when people are booking."

Cons: "Flight from Dulles to Vienna was cancelled in the morning on the day of departure. We contacted Austrian and rebooked with Air France. The Air France flights were good overall. The food was okay, entertainment excellent, comfort good, boarding good, crew okay. On flight to Paris, the crew did not serve water during the period between dinner and the service before landing."

On time flights and all services were fine except two of our four bags were lost. We have medical equipment in one and hope they find them soon. Currently, we have received no update or information.
The flight was too short to have food and entertainment. Otherwise excellent.
Everything was good
I liked the crew members. Everyone was cordial and professional. The boarding process was a nightmare due to the passengers not respecting the regulations.
I was flying with 2 older children and would appreciate if we had window row sits ,and not be seated near screeming toddlers. Sandwich was terrible.
I was not able to take the return trip back to Boston as scheduled. The first part was the flight from Warsaw to Munich with the departure time 1:15 pm on July 24. When I arrived at Chopin airport in Warsaw I learned that the departure time was changed to 9:15 am. I have not received any notification about the change of the departure time. I had to change my travel plans which could have been easily avoided if I were informed about the change. I used to have respect for the excellent service Lufthansa was providing. Lufthansa proved not to be the same reliable air line anymore. Lufthansa also managed to lose my suitcase. Very disappointed with the level of Lufthansa service.
Lufthansa keeps dropping quality of service. The food is just awful and I noticed other passengers also skipped the meals. They used Boeings before now just Airbus that feel old and are as comfortable as a bus. However Lufthansa seem to be the cheapest option so I should not complain.

The couple in front of us actually took a wet wipe and wiped down there area and ceiling. Also the boarding process was a mess we actually were taken by bus to the aircraft that was at the freight depot and had to climb stairs to get on the 747. I’m not sure how they handle the passengers with mobility issues. First time flying with a European airline and I was told the service was better not on this flight."

I was so upset and I told a passenger that I can go to court when get back to US, she was really scared now and start sorry! But it was to late to sorry! When I asked flight attendant to sorry, she told she do not sorry!!! The flight was Monday October 3rd 2016 Lufthansa 459 San Francisco -Munich, name of flight attendant Eva-Katherine Pfaffel, the passenger seat 44 Diana or E I think, they didn't provide me information about name or her seat. The flight attendant told me it is not big dealing, maybe for Germany it is ok, but in US it is really rude, original I'm from Russia, my daughter too, additionally she is black, it will be really good if I never feel this again, I was in really helpless situation. It is really unpleasant when you spend money and get neglect."
Pros: "The seats felt pretty uncomfortable after a few hours--they were much better on the Airbus 340-600. Pretty good leg room for a 6' person. The food was very tasty, and I loved that the utensils were real metal. The hot towels at the beginning and end of the flight were a nice touch. Lots of drinks too"
