Avianca flights to Galapagos and back and well organized and on time.

There was no food or drink service, couldn’t even get a glass of water for free. It was a long and expensive flight to not offer food or beverage on the plane.

No complimentary snacks, food, beverages (even water) blanket and pillow on a 6 hours long flight (economy comfort). A low form of nickeling and diming. Lost a recurring pessanger over a soda. Will never fly Avianca again.

Every food and beverage has to be paid and the seat was not confortable. They even gave water.

Flight attendants to show up on time, offer drinks and food.

Wasn’t able to take the trip and no one could help me with a refund or rescheduling

My international flight from LAX to Argentina had one free check in bag included in the price I paid, however your crew in LAX made me pay $95 USD to carry it on! Please note I had only on small size luggage (carry on size) and one backpack. I demand my $95 USD back that you guys charged me illegally in LAX.

At least free water in all flights Beverages are desired in international flights Luggage damages need be refund!

Perfect flight. On time departure and early arrival. Smooth flight.

Flight to Phoenix was delayed 1 hour and was not weather related. Flight Denver was delayed 2.5 hours and again was not weather related as the plane came from San Francisco.

Flight was on time and luggage arrived undamaged. My main complaints revolve around comfort. The seats were very uncomfortable. We were unable to sleep as a result. The entertainment offerings were all on the wifi. Who wants to watch a movie on their phone? The flight staff did the best they could with what they had to offer, which was just little snacks and soda, etc. My Delta flight was a much better experience in contrast.

Too many gate changes for someone of my age. Gate changed to another terminal!!!!! Do you know how hard it is to change to another gate???? walking with a bad knee and back with no assistance! You need more transportation workers that can assist the elderly when gate changes happen!

This was a very good flight. The seats on the Dreamliner were comfortable and all the outlets were functional. The crew was friendly and helpful. Boarding was fairly efficient, although it was delayed by a baffling search of all the hand luggage for liquids. The timing of this flight, leaving at 10:30 PM, was excellent. It was a good time to arrive at DFW also, as there was almost no delay in going through customs and immigration. I'd fly this route, at this time, on this airline again without complaint.

I disliked that I didn’t have a flight today, not entirely sure why I’m being asked

I rarely vote ‘Excellent’ but this AA flight out of LGA was amazing. On time departure, early arrival, amazing crew, smooth flight, baggage came out quickly. It was the best airport/ flight experience that anyone could ask for/dream of. Highly recommend. I usually fly Delta but American Airlines really stepped up their game.

After boarding our plane we sat for 20 minutes and then we’re told we needed to deplane and board another plane due to a leak. This added another 2 hrs to our travel time and then we needed to board our long haul flight of 15 hours! Our seats were very cramped…was not expecting this for a long haul plane ride. Very uncomfortable. The drink and food service were not often enough to be able to stay hydrated. I have been on long flights where the stewards would walk the aisles with water to insure you were hydrated. The flight was a smooth one and the landing was exceptional.

It was exactly as I expected, on time, smooth flight, courteous staff.

I had my 2 year old and hate checked my stroller and when I got to Miami there was no crew to bring it up they told me so I had to carry a sleeping child and my carry on along with my making sure my 5 year old was with me. Then my stroller wasn’t even with my bags it was on a domestic arrivals. Horrible experience.
