Copa crew is almost never great in terms of service.

This was my first time flying Copa but I'll definitely be back! Great service, professional agents, and delicious food for a fair price. Thanks for a great trip!

Finalmente me envían a las carreras con Avianca, pero Copa lleva mis maletas hasta Panama y luego las devuelve a mi aeropuerto de origen, dejandome sin mis pertenencias y además no asumen la responsabilidad ya que dicen que es problema de Avianca Literalmente vi cuando el avión de Copa se lleva mis maletas, sus funcionarios en Bogota, incluyendo la gerente local me aseguran la entrega en Miami, pero simplemente era para poder engañarme y dar el cambio de silla por sobreventa

As usual, the flight with normal legroom was not very comfortable, but the second flight was much better because we had paid for extra legroom. It was very nice to check our bags without an extra fee.

other than a slight delay in takeoff from Panama , the flights were excellent ..... we will continue to use Copa whenever possible for flights to and from Central and South America ....

My new suitcase got busted when I arrived at Toronto , two of the wheels are broken and can no longer be used , I am very disappointed over this situation but the flight and service was awesome .

From what I saw there was no entertainment. Similar to my flight to London, I personally would like the attendants to be more interactive during the flight.

Air Transat left my luggage back in Montreal and it took them 5 DAYS to get it to Venice. Luckily I was still in town, or else their option was to send my luggage back to my house in CANADA. What a joke! Oh, and I had to find a way to go get it at the airport in Venice, they needed 72 hours more to get it to where I was staying.

I was pleasantly surprised. I booked the "club class" which was basically like Domestic First Class. The service was superior. Food was pretty good. Seats and cabin were comfortable. For the price I paid, I was very pleased.

Super unproffesional flight . Flight attendants were unproffesional. I could hear them gossiping about theor boyfriends the whole trip

The connecting flight lay over was 4.00 hours, the gate agent booked me on the next flight which was about to depart at no extra cost.

The ticket price was reasonable, food was okay, not the best. I would use the service again.

Actually the flight was on time. New plane, food was okay but not great.

Old plane, hard seats, 1.30 hours delay, while seating on the plane waiting for departure.

Great boarding. Everything was on time. Plane was a bit old and the crew could have provided better drink service.

Terrible. The flight arrives 2 hr later, no AC. One of the worst flights ever

Happy attentive flight crew. All in all good flight the night flight works well. Getting into Mexico City early so you don't get caught up it all the immigration and custom ques, additionally, this helps when exiting the airport and crossing the city to your final destination. All works very well and would do it again

Some entertainment and food/snack service would have been nice

Great airplane The confort was within the high standards. My only little problem was That all the movies ( only 3) was on Spanish, even though I was selecting the audio on English it didn't happen. After that I highly recommend aeromexico

Business class was economy with a table in the middle seat. That is worse than economy. No food and no entertainment. Very poor representation.

No everybody brings the proper equipment to enjoy the plane entertainment. Then I was not able to enjoy it.

Worst flight in terms of service and food. Attendants were inexperienced, no preflight drinks, did come and give us hot towels until well into the flight. The left the Curtin open between main cabin and everyone from the main cabin went to the fist class bathroom. Food was awful! Had the golden chicken and was too lemony and inedible. No offer of coffee after. Awful!

Seats are weirdly bent, I felt hunched the entire time.

Equipment swap led to 2+ hour delay on international flight. And to top it off, boarding took forever.

Flight was cancelled had to move to another gate late again no internet paid for the month and never can use it waste of money

Flight delayed over an over all day until it cancelled at 1:30am. Would not repeatedly delay that late. Offer hotel rooms and rebook early. Very difficult for families with small children

Flight attendants had no personality! The looked miserable! My seat was broken in first class. I can’t believe how American Airlines changed. 😞

Me and my husband experienced very bad in American Airlines. We missed our flight going to Doha. The American Airlines was delayed we arrived already 10:27pm. Supposed to be 9:40 pm. So what they did they rebooked our flight and they gave us a hotel. When we arrived at the hotel the front desk said it was fully booked already. Oh my gosh! I said why did you accept the booking if it's fully booked. The guy said that's American Airlines they just book even it's already full. That's 2am already, we have nothing to do so, we decided to go another hotel. We pay the room, food and taxi. Pls give an action on this matter. Refund our expenses and give us more compensation. Not only our room, food, taxi but also our efforts, tiredness looking for a room that can accommodate us.

Couldn’t use car seat due to lack of window seats available was disappointing

Being back games on the in-flight entertainment. Also your flight attendants need a break, raise, or overall attitude adjustment.

Always getting updates by email very easy to check in on line. There was plenty of checking in staff to get you all through. It was nice that the flight attendants took time to talk to you and were interested in your holiday.

It's unacceptable to receive your bags after 5 days, and having to call multiple times to get delivery.

My flight cancelled 3 time and rebooked. It was unexpected for me. Otherwise everything is perfect.

They changed the seats that we paid for 3 times after we booked and paid for them causing me to have to call them. We had a connecting flight from my through Montreal and on to Calgary. It was raining in Montreal and they left our luggage outside in the rain. Water seeped into the luggage soaking our clothes. This was our first and last time traveling on air Canada. Use another reputable carrier, not them

The air-conditioning was poorly working. non sufficient over head space for even small regulation size carry-on luggage-ground crew should have been more persistent on offering to send carryon's to cargo .

Even though the flight was an hour and a half late ( unforeseen maintenance problems) every was great.

I find it hard to believe that Air Canada still cannot provide non dairy milks for teas and coffees even if they offer vegan food, if preordered. It is about time to stop discriminating against people who live a plant-based diet.

A 5-hour international flight did not even provide a small bag of snacks nor headset. When they refilled the water, I was also skipped without asking. In the next connecting flight at least a small bag of snacks was provided. So don’t understand why no fundamental service was provided for to international one

Overall very positive. First time flying Air Canada. Only 50 minutes for transfer in Montreal. Made my gate only because I ran the whole way for my international travel. Told I would make boarding when I checkedin in Houston. If I was older I would have missed my flight.
