Cons: "Me cobraron $33 por cada asiento de los 5 de mi familia. $165 en total. Al llegar al mostrador me dieron otros asientos a los asignados en el web check in. Me dijeron que no era problema de ellos sino que era problema del sistema. Ahora para recuperar mi dinero tengo que hacer un tramite e invertir tiempo. Pesimo servicio. Copa no sirve para nada."

Cons: "Copa Airlines has the worse entertainment system. I flew business and the food was pathetic. If you are sitting at the last two rows (out of four), they might run out of options for dinner and you are left without choices. I feel sorry for the crew that have to come to you and say "I only have left chicken ". Very cheap airline overall. I can't believe this is Star Alliance."

So much easier to hoist that carry-on bag to the overhead compartment when not blocking someone else! :) Avianca crew/ticket agents are SO helpful and pleasant. The chicken was carved 2 weeks ago and stored in permafrost before serving. 4. I've flown 7 times the same route with Aeromexico and this was the worst of all of them."

Cons: "Hi, not sure if this item is in Kayak's control or not but something I found as an opportunity is the consistency about displaying the flight Confirmation number. I bought two tickets recently and in one of them the 6-letter confirmation number is displayed right on the first screen when using the app, easy to find and access. However in the second ticker, I got the airline ticket number (a series of numerical digits) that honestly are not helpful when checking in at the airline kiosks. Thanks, something to think about."

Cons: "2.5 hours delayed flight without prompt notifications. Honest and prompt flight-delay alerts. Updates for delay came *every* half-hour. No opportunity to schedule ANYTHING based truthful delay estimations and the lack of timely communication."
