Staff was friendly

United has a system glitch and we were delayed. I got in around 1 am instead of 11 pm. I decide to order a glass of wine and since they don’t give receipts. I found out i was charged for 2 glasses instead of one. To top it off the co-worker i was traveling with didn’t get charged due to the inconvenience and delay. i travel a lot with United (higher status than him) and would have liked that offer (and not get charged one i didn’t order) being a mileage plus and credit card holder. I did go on line and ask for a credit and they did make it right and give me a credit.

Heavy Hispanic woman got ill and I was really worried she might pass away because she kept laying forward asleep or passed out on the back of the seat in front of her. Finally they found a doctor who was bilingual and he took great care of her. So bravo for that UA!

One of the crewmembers (regrettably, I did not catch his name) was incredibly kind when I moved seats to accommodate a couple that wanted to sit together. He really made this flight great.

Seats were comfortable but the row I moved to did not allow me to recline.

Same as above

Immigration was painfully slow and why getting checked again when just coming from another plane? wait time for luggage far too long seems an airport issue same movies

i loved the idea of a direct flight from Vancouver to Boston, the convenience of which made other things irrelevant.

The snacks served (a tiny bag of pretzels) were a bit meager, especially since I had gone west on Jet Blue, which serves unlimited snacks in a good variety, but that's a minor thing. I don't like checking in at an automated kiosk, which was frustrating, and took me a while to figure out (I am not of the digital generation). The first human contact I had was with the person who scanned my boarding pass. The flight was completely full, which is never a comfortable situation in coach class.

Okay 5.3

The flights were on time and the staff were polite and nice.

Everything on a WestJet flight is extra and only the bare minimum is offered. There are no TVs in the seats and the seats themselves are small and jammed close together.

The crew was very nice.

The plane was old so no entertainment, food was not good, could not sit in area waiting for flight, no chairs left and I was 5ere. Very early. Travelling is not great anymore, the crew try’s their best I know.

AC 018 takes the shortest route from Shanghai to Montreal. The check in and boarding were like a breeze. Cabin was clean, staff were amiable and hard working. The variety of drinks were plenty, the food matched the standard of cost efficiency flight ticket so how could you complain it? On board TV/Movie has new coming features such as HBO's Game of The Thorne, season 7. It was a comfortable and pleasant journey with the team of AC 018. Merci beaucoup!

Prices are per person, are for e–tickets and include all taxes & fees in CAD.

We attempt to get accurate prices, however, prices are not guaranteed.

Here's why:

We’re not the seller.
At KAYAK we don’t set the prices, so it’s not possible for us to guarantee what other companies are selling.

We compile tonnes of data for you
Our service lets you quickly and easily compare results from hundreds of travel sites at once. In this sense, KAYAK is a search engine and we can't guarantee prices we find.

Why aren’t prices accurate 100% of the time?
Prices on airline seats, hotel rooms and car rentals can change frequently. Several people may also be trying to buy the same travel option simultaneously. As a result, you may find, on occasion, that certain prices are no longer available.

If you have more questions or if you have a bad price to report to us,
please send us an and someone from our team will get back to you promptly.
