Scores according to KAYAK customer reviews
Cons: "Last 4 rows of overhead bins reserved for crew and plane paraphernalia. Piece of overhead bin fell off and almost hit another passenger during boarding."

Cons: "I paid for wifi and it didn't really work"
Cons: "Not a fan of paying to take one bag on when most airlines don't charge"
Pros: "Flight wasn't crowded and it was a quiet flight."
Cons: "Flight was delayed an hour, but baggage arrived fine."
Cons: "Extremely cold on the plane"
Pros: "Typical Air Canada flight. Not great but not horrible (surprisingly)"
Cons: "The entertainment systems were broken on our seats but they did give us a small discount voucher."
Pros: "flight was fast and on time, service was good"
Cons: "seat was in poor conditon , numb after 3 hours on a 8 hour flight no entertainment units mounted in plane."
Cons: "Someone was in my seat (and feigning sleep). Not a big problem, I just sat in another seat, but kind of uncool. Cabin crew were never aware, which is odd"
Pros: "Easy boarding."
Cons: "Video screen loose and no volume control, so Oud I couldn't watch. No food-na more applicable. Seats uncomfortable and tight."
Pros: "The crew on board the plane was as good as can be expected. They were polite and tried to be helpful."
Cons: "From the time of booking the flight, we tried to sort out our profiles, provide passport and KTN, and frequent flyer info, as requested when we booked. Website problems were numerous, from being kicked off multiple times, to refusing to accept my info. I tried numerous times to call on the phone since the web site didn't work, but either didn't get through or was directed back to the web site. Eventually, I reached someone that told me it would be best to just sort it out at the airport. At the airport, I was told I should have set things up ahead of time. In the end, two of us traveling together, with work to do together over the course of the 13 hour flight, ended up sitting on opposite sides of the plane, and didn't get fed because they ran out of food. This shouldn't happen to anyone, but having paid for premium economy seats, you can imagine I was even angrier. We brought this up with a customer service rep in person when we landed and were told that she had no power to do anything and that we should call when we got home. And just to top things off, when I realized I couldn't get work done, I tried watching a movie and learned that the audio jack on my entertainment system was broken."
Cons: "For some reason we were forced to check our luggage (standard curry-ons) however it would completely fit to ovehead bins. Also waiting area were completely cut-off from Duty-Free shops - as soon as you passed security - no access to shopping area."
Cons: "The food was,nt S-o good,I requested chicken, that was'nt enough for all pasangers and I got pasta that had only tomato n-o parmegiano or cheese. At breakfest only banana bread that was very sweet, S-o I was desapointed. The chair in front of me was leaning on me because îți was broken The selecțion for movies on TV screen was very dificultate as the cursor didn't! responded to my movements"
Cons: "My bag was delayed and I end up paying to buy a pant from sports chek and now when I am trying to connect with Air Canada flight to make a claim, they are not even responding to my request."
Pros: "Upgraded to first class"
Cons: "Plane was old"
Cons: "See above."
Cons: "I only had one gripe about this flight and my one other flight on Air Canada Rouge; the overhead bins are very poorly designed. I purchased a carry on bag specifically to meet their regs, yet it had it go in the bin longways, taking up a ton of room. The bins are tall, which is wasted space, when what they really need is another 1-2" in depth."
Pros: "The plane is spacious and comfortable. The crew is quite nice."
Cons: "Air Canada overbooks their flights. So if you don't pay extra for your seat, (even if you get to the airport 3 hours in advance), they'll just tell you sorry you are on standby. Which means I literally had to stand by the gate and hope for other people to not show so I could take their seat."
Cons: "Declined !!!! So long"
Cons: "Super noisy and we left 30 minutes late"
Pros: "On time and efficient"
Cons: "To pay American dollars for baggage on AC coming back to CANADA or to pay AT ALL for a bag"
Pros: "Crew was friendly"
Cons: "Had the flight delayed by 3+ hours."
Cons: "As per delaying of Cathy Dragon flight, I missed the flight back to Canada. Can you please give me a hand?"
Pros: "Very helpful crew and staff assisting with golf buggy ride"
Pros: "the seat beside me was open"
Cons: "they made us rush through customs while yellig at us nd being very condescending then we waited an hour to board because the airport door wouldn't open for the crew"
Pros: "The Air Canada staff in Austin was wonderful. The flights from Ottawa to Toronto and back were fine."
Cons: "Problems that were, to be sure, not entirely the airline's fault. The trip from Toronto to Austin was delayed because someone had taken the flight attendant's bag from the overhead. We had to wait until either the bag was recovered or a new flight attendant was brought in. On the return flight, the first officer had ruptured her eardrum, and the plane could not leave Austin until a new pilot was flown in from Toronto. It took hours for the airline to arrange for hotel rooms. The airline then offered vouchers when we arrived in Toronto, but their representative brought enough for only about 2/3 of the passengers."
Pros: "B777-300ER WAS A VERY COMFORTABLE NEWER AIRPLANE."
Cons: "CONNECTING AT THE TORONTO AIRPORT WAS SO LONG AND INCONVINIENT. I NEVER WANT TO FLY THROUGH TORONTO AGAIN"
Pros: "I was upgraded to first class on my birthday. I don't know if this was just a coincidence but I suspect it wasn't. It was a great experience and staff was super attentive."
Pros: "Crew was super nice. Free entertainment even though the flight was only three hours."
Cons: "Small, cramped plane with no free snacks."
Pros: "Boarding was typical."
Cons: "What a horrible experience. Thanks for spreading out the screaming children evenly (really nice on a long flight). No entertainment at all. Getting off the plane was a God send, till I found out my luggage was separated/lost in 2 different parts of the world , none of which was were I was, it showed up 3 days later, 1 damaged."
Pros: "Everything was great."
Cons: "Movies were way too old and too little selection. If one does not have a mobile device has to pay for entertainment."
Pros: "Efficient"
Cons: "There could be a better snack..."
Cons: "Only in Canada they make you remove headset for takeoff and landing."
Pros: "Flight departed and arrived on time Nice crew"
Cons: "Not assigning a seat and giving me a stress of putting me on stand by for a ticket I had purchased!!!!"
Cons: "Service is absolutely poor. Pathetic. I asked to take away my cup of water. They said we will be back. That point did not arrive till the flight landed."
Cons: "My bags were lost and no one would give me contact information for how to track them down. The only number I was give has not had anyone answer after I have called many times over the last several hours"
Cons: "Plane was broken. Air condition did not worked. Flight was 2.5 hours late. Missed our connection to Budapest."
Cons: "We didn't like having to pay for carry on luggage. When we left SFO and flew to Montreal, if your bag was 21 inches, not 20 they checked it for free. Traveling back to SFO the counter person made us pay to check a bag, even though we knew if we went to the gate, they would take it. This was not good or consistent. We will not fly on Air Canada"
Pros: "Entertainment options exceptional."
Cons: "Complementary food and beverage device was minimal for such a long flight. Otherwise, ok."
Pros: "Boarding was quick and efficient and crew was friendly"
Cons: "The chairs are not very adjustable and are too tall for me (feet don't reach floor and no footrest that could work). The selection of movies was good, but a bit small."
Pros: "I liked the cabin crew. They worked really hard with what little they have to work with."
Cons: "Old planes, aisles way too narrow and too long, made drink service take forever!! Dicey for a diabetic, even when I brought my own water on. Food was yuck. Plane smelled, but the bathrooms were stinky! Can't you put up a sign asking men to sit down?! Urine on the floor, as always. Window blinds were sticky. Will never fly Air Canada again if I have any other option!"
Cons: "once again quantity and quality of food was below that provided by the five other international carriers I have used in the recent past"
Pros: "there were only 12 passengers so lots of space."
Cons: "the incoming plane was late so we were late boarding, then due to this we had to sit on the runway as we were told we could not land in Toronto. I had a short layover and the flight attendant was less than helpful and apparently had never bothered to learn anything about the Toronto airport or where to go to get this information. After getting into the airport I found out that no Air Canada employee knows anything about the Toronto airport. The cleaning crew finally directed me to the Air Canada help desk after I had asked at 4 different air Canada check in desks. Thankfully I did not miss my flight."
Pros: "Flight was underbooked so I took an option to change my seating for more space."
Cons: "I requested a vegetarian meal and was given the exact same mediocre meal for both lunch and breakfast."
Pros: "The crew"
Cons: "Seat size, movie selection, quality of the food for purchase, Crew must learn French! Announcements were incomprehensible."
