Dovevo prendere il volo da Atlanta a Buenos Aires alle 22 invece è stato sospeso senza nessun preavviso e rimandato al giorno dopo alle 9 del mattino, i parenti che mi attendevano all'aeroporto sono dovuti andare in albergo e non ho avuto nessun risarcimento danni. Ho mangiato al bar dell'aeroporto un piatto di d'insalata con 4 anelli di calamari col voucher di 30 dollari perché la cucina dell'albergo era chiusa ed ho dovuto pagarmi la bibita, 8 dollari per una birra, e anche la colazione del giorno dopo non compresa, deplorabile.

Pros: "Comfort+ seats are affordable and give me the leg room I need as a 6'3" adult."
Cons: "Seems like Delta provided free upgrades to families with small children in Comfort+. This impacts the flight comfort for us paying customers. Recommend readdressing this policy and not placing small crying children in Comfort+ for free."
Cons: "Delta flies a lot of the CRJ planes, even on relatively longer trips. Traveling first class, the seats are a little wider than in coach and have a little more leg room, but calling it "first class" is a bit of an exaggeration. It's more like what coach used to be before the days of the flying sardine cans."

My international flight from LAX to Argentina had one free check in bag included in the price I paid, however your crew in LAX made me pay $95 USD to carry it on! Please note I had only on small size luggage (carry on size) and one backpack. I demand my $95 USD back that you guys charged me illegally in LAX.

Very short flight so the limited space and lack of entertainment were no issue. Crew was friendly and the flight was very punctual. Baggage claim in Prague was lightning quick.

Paid extra for the seat to have more leg room they changed the aircraft and gave me the last seat in the cabin and I couldn't even recline the seat backwards due to the wall behind. Asked the crew member she said she will check as she has to accommodate other people and never came back or moved me elsewhere.

The crew did an awesome job in helping parents with infants, resulting in a quiet trip for all.
There were no entertainment from Germany to Delhi flight. Very limited option for previous flight. Ear piece was loose and kept coming off. Seats were comparatively smaller. Food could have been tastier. Missed salt and pepper on the side. Yogurt can be added to the meal.
Seats were comfortable with plenty of luggage storage and legroom.
Flight was delayed without reasoning or ample notice. Missed my connecting flight and was not given the rebooking information or new boarding pass until I had to ask multiple times. Connecting flight had no room to store my carry on luggage.
I purchased 4 tickets including infant with seat on Lufthansa airline . I got tickets by oman air and Canada air. I had brought a car seat to place of the seat for my baby! It was not allowed. I purchased 4 seats , instead they gave me 3 seats , infant became lab infant during all the 3 long flights … turning this experience to super inconvenient and tiring experience not to be repeated again with Lufthansa air. I raised a verbal complaint but they didn’t accept , as they said it should have been raised at the country of origin . Online boarding option was also not available due to infant ticket. My car seat was taken away , my infant and I had to endure a horrible pain during these long flights. Causing extreme discomfort to my infant and my family. My stroller was taken away at the airplane door of country of origin, informed me that I will be able to get it back in Montreal… unfortunately not only non of the luggages were delivered in Montreal , everything were redirected to St. John’s. On arrival in St. John’s I discovered the damage caused to my luggages , including from / missing items .. the car seat which was taken away ay the Frankfurt airport, also the stroller was not yet delivered to St. John’s. . Kindly reimburse the infant seat whichtaken away.
Plane was delayed 1 hour on the Chicago O'hare tarmack waiting for a gate. I had a 2 hr. layover & barely made my connecting flight by 5 min.
