KLM is my favourite airline. Never ever let us down.Staff are first class.
Put some new and several options for entertainment. Do not be rude to customers and avoid serving them an extra coke or something. We paid 1200 GBP for a return flight.. A noisy, crowded, rude and uncomfortable flight.
The food from Lagos to Amsterdam was was very poor compared to AMS-YYZ
The flight was again delayed for more then 2 hours with some lousy explanation regarding the reason of the delay. Although the flight was delayed for more than 2 hours, no refreshments were offered (according to EU regulations). Last 4 flights on KLM - always at least 2 hrs late. So be prepared that you cannot plan anything with KLM.
We left one hour late because of technical difficulties. The economy comfort seats are great for the price. The crew was mediocre, they do not provide a pleasant experience, they just deliver food and drinks and give orders, not very amicable, no service and hospitality focus.
Booked connecting flights with KlM. My serving flight was the furthest part of the airport. On arrival in Zurich. My two cases arrived but only one carry on belong to my son. His three suitcase didn't arrive. After enquiring we discovered they were still in Amsterdam. We landed at 11.12. We eventually left the airport just after one.
Seats are fair enough for medium tall people. Good food all the trip. Fight attendances are warm

The flight was booked solid and there is no leg room for anyone over 6 feet tall, which is probably 25% of your customers. I have selected aisle seats and was given the middle twice. This is not something that can be changed, so I shouldnt bring it up, but that is my feedback.
Boarding was good. In cabin Service was perfunctory. Cabin crew were professional but not welcoming. Was very surprised there was not once were the passengers offered water overnight. A first for me on a trans Atlantic flight!
The staff were friendly and helpful. The beverages were good. I was on an overnight flight so it was really frustrating to find myself crammed into seats didn't even recline. Not only were they small and uncomfortable but then they didn't recline? Why was that taken away? And why was that not mentioned when I bought the ticket? I might have chosen a different flight and paid more if I knew that ahead of time.
Our flight was cancelled half hour before boarding. We then had to spend hours on the phone to get a much longer re-route through Munich with an extra 10 hours of trip time. It caused us to miss a full day of long awaited vacation. We are extremely disappointed.
My seat wouldn't recline. But lots of leg room was great. Good flight.
The overall experience was very good and the flight left early. The checkin process was efficient and the staff was helpful and courteous. Of course, the room between seats could always be a little bigger.....

Some help when I asked but everything was so confusing to figure out otherwise. More clarity to direct through procedures needed!
Our flight was delayed by almost 1 hour, and this negatively impacted our experience. Everything else was OK.
Very helpful. Just sorry that my flight required connecting with British Airways.
The crew were friendly and helpful, really appreciated. The food was pretty nice. a smidge more leg room would always be welcome but when you buy cheap you get what you get :)

The flight was delayed, and delayed some more. But there was more room on this plane than the one that flew oversees! There was no food or entertainment, but that’s ok, it’s a short flight
The flight was missed. Even though I got there on plenty of time. So british airline put me in a hotel in London for the night and got me a flight for the next day. I was happy to get a quick flight. But it only a short vacation and I have lost a day of it because of this.
Was delayed for checks after evidence of bird strike, good call
Was downgraded from Premium Economy to Economy and no indication of any compensation.
It took an hour and a half for luggage to be dlivered in London
I love flying British Airways. The process is efficient and the crews are tremendous.
The seats are comfortable enough, but the layout in business is wacky. The boarding process is disorganized. The flight attendants are friendly enough, but the food and snacks are sub par.
