I arrived had already checked in, i had no luggage i simply had a backpack and a carry on bag.She told me that my plane was gone 1.5hr before departure. She went in the system type customer missed flight. What she did was deceptive, unethical, and of course should be illegal. I still believe that flight was overbooked, copaairline had to cancel my previous flight due to the weather. When i contacted copa airline directly nothing they could do they said. I was advised by copaairline to wait 3-4 hrs to reactivate my ticket. I was told specifically by a gentleman that there was a flight boarding at 12am. I waited at the airport for about 8hrs to find out there wasno 12am flight that day. I cant make this up people, i have never in my entire life experience that level of stress and anxiety. I want my money back!!!"

I put the cup on the other tray table because it wad trash. The sandwich was close to me. Other than my gripe over my food taken away, I have no complaints. My expectation was exceeded."

Pros: "I was a bit skeptical after reading the reviews and wanted to cancel my flight, but Charmain_Marie convinced me to give CAL a try for myself and I did. It was an excellent trip from web check-in to reaching to the airport and check-in luggage. The flight crew was very polite, warm meal, tea or drink. Pilot was great, flight was great apart from a few turbulence. We reached our destination five minutes before scheduled time. So overall my trip from JFK to KIN was excellent I have nothing to complain about. Experienced things for "yourself" don't rely on the reviews that you read because if I did, I would have cancelled my flight. Thank-you CAL for my marvelous experience with you and you just gained a new customer. They say one bad apple spoil the bunch, but if you didn't have a bad experience with CAL don't follow the few that may have maybe because they don't adhere to rules and regulations. And yes TSA do check bags for security reasons because my TV was opened for inspection to see if it was ok and resealed with the TSA inspection card inside, nothing was missing from my luggage's. Thanks CAL excellent experience with you guys."

What pilot does that? I thought it was a joke at first but it was real. I have been traveling back and forth to Guyana for over 20 years and this was a first. Pilots have said in the past that there is bad weather but not attempt to land. Startling customers saying that you missed the landing is the completely not the way to go."

Boarded extremely early (almost an hour) but sat on tarmac for some time - eventually took off about 20 minutes late. Not airlines fault and likely result of holiday backlog Retrieving baggage from plane was biggest issue - use a carry on to but was required to valet bag as opposed to storing overhead. Baggage unloading was late (again, holiday backlog) but no personnel were available to inform passengers of delay, and bags were not in initial cart. Resulted a delay of offloading by roughly 20 minutes. Was ultimately found in the second wave of luggage, and witnessed baggage handlers tossing luggage carelessly onto cart floor. Nothing was damaged but was annoyed at lack of communication and overall disorganization."

Due to an issue with a bag on board without the associated passenger we had to taxi back to the stand for it to be removed before we could take off. This cost us an hours delay. There was limited apologies for this, no refreshments provided during the wait and poor communication of this. During the flight the staff were inattentive and sparing with refreshments. Service generally did not live up to expected level associated with an inter-continents flight. The flight was turbulent but crew and captain seemed over cautious with it and crew had to remain seated unnecessarily at times and at the detriment of passenger service. One stewardess wouldn’t even let me finish a drink before removing it from my hand claiming we were about to land and she had to sit down because of turbulence. We were still 40 mins from landing at this point! All in all a pretty bad flight, and it’s safe to say I won’t be flying American Airlines again."

Due to a smaller plane we have to stow most of our carry on below which caused a bit of chaos while disembarking trying to retrieve bags and hustle to the next flights. Since I knew before leaving YYZ we were quite delayed my husband drove to ORD to pick me up instead of waiting 24hr for the next flight to St. Louis. It added 8 hours of driving for him to an already long day but we made the best of it."

Cons: "I booked my flight in February to travel 8/25-8/31 received a email 8/12 cancellation of my flight. Call them and got no explanation to why my flight was canceled. Also sometime in May the changed my flight to leave 5am arrival 8am and return flight leaving at 10:59 at night. Horrible experience I will never book with this company. Don't be fooled by the affordable flight was not worth it. I was forced to cancel my birthday trip smh."

Cons: "I booked this airline 4 months in advance for a destination wedding. I then received an email just a couple weeks before our trip saying the airline cancelled all flights from New York to Cancun effective immediately and my only option was to take a refund. The problem was, it was a 2 month wait for the refund and I only had 3 weeks before the trip. We did not have the extra money to lay out while waiting for a refund, and as a result had to miss a wedding in which my fiance was supposed to be a groomsman. I understand flight plans change, but was handled very unprofessionally to cancel flights already booked, considering the hundreds of other people who must have been put into the same situation."

Cons: "Flight was cancelled on the 4th of Aug, Dynamic took hours to provide name of hotel,..i had asked to go eat& lay my head down while they decided at unacquaintance's place. I was told to go ahead that they would call to inform me. I gave my cellell number and also Iasked for their tel # to call just in Case. I called every 30 minutes or so til 11:25pm and no news. I placed my cell by my Head whilei fell asleep at my acquaintance's place nearby the airport. I never received a call. At 6 am I had to the leave that apt as he had to go work. I went by a shopping plaza with my suitcase, I had called numerous times the tel number I was given but no answer. I managed to make my way to The airport at about 1045AM to check with The Dynamic support staff. I was told the passengers were sent to The Westin Hotel. I had asked to be placed in a taxi to go and at least shower. I was told to that this isn't possible at and I was told to wait at the airport until The 12 midnight flight. I was appalled. I said this isn't acceptable, I said there has to be a hotel room under my name as I had checked in Last night when flight was cancelled. I couldn't stay at the airport from 11am until 12 midnight, I wasn't going to be given the hotel option nor food nor taxi.. So I proceeded to rent a car and get an inexpensive hotel room 30 minutes from The airport for 2 nights as I didn't know if they would cancel again. I took the rental for one night only. I hope to get reimbursed for one out of these two Hotel nights and The rental. Friday I showed up at 8pm for The 12 midnight flight to find out it wouldn't leave until 6am. I couldn't Wait That long without proper sleep or shower so I asked to be moved to the next day's flight, hoping to have That one be on time. I took a taxi, paid $35 US to Get there to the same hotel to sleep and leave Saturday at the 12 AM flight. Saturday I showed up again at 730pm for the12 midnigflight. Guess what?? The same situation. No flight until 6am the next day. It's currently Sunday 12:30 AM as write this seating on The floor of the airport since about 8pm. Waiting to be checked in for 6AM flight... Long story but there's much to tell about this horrible experience...my vacation became a nightmare."

Cons: "The flight was delayed by 2 hours due to a TSA document being sent to the plane on the tarmac, ridiculous. Even the public bus transport service in Uganda does a better job that Dynamic Airways do with the air services. Would not recommend to anyone, whatsoever."

I had a booking for thursday july 7th, but when I went to check in flgiht did not exist. called dynamic and at first they said flight was scheduled then changed the story to they just cancelled it due to technical error and were going to contact me. they offered a full refund or taking their flight the next day. I needed to be in mexico that same day for a wedding so had no choice but to accept the refund and pay much more for a new flight out of a new airport. worst experience ever, and I know that if i hadnt called I would have been at the airport the mornign of the flight for a flight that did not even exist. I had friends flying the same flight they offered me for the next day and that flight was also cancelled as well their return flight. glad I went with a new airline. Also, i was told they would email me with confirmation of refund and have yet to receive anything from them, 1 week and counting. Ridiculous!"

Cons: "I disliked that my flight was delayed about 4 hours, I hated that boarding changed from Gate 1 at JFK to Gate 4 and even after the gate was changed boarding was still delayed about 30 minutes. I did not like that the crew failed to keep the passengers informed every step of the way and I do not understand why Dynamic charges so much for a flight, yet do not serve actual food."

Cons: "I arrived to the airport for the flight and here was about 10-15 people that they could not fit on the flight because the flight was over booked. At the check in counter, the staff did not have any answers and could not contact Dynamic for a resolution. We waited 4 hours before the airline could confirm that other flight arrangements could be made on another airline the next day. We left the airport at 12 am. The airline did not offer to put us up at a hotel and everyone had to make there own arrangements for a hotel, pay out of pocket, in a foreign country in the middle of the night. on top of it all, I paid dynamic for my check in luggage when I purchased my flight, but since I was put on a flight with another airline I had to pay again to check in luggage. Very poorly managed airline."

Cons: "Our outbound flight 403 from JFK to CUN was cancelled without notice to both travel agent (vayama) and passengers. We met with a couple families at the airport in the same situation. a lot of frustration and hassles. Dynamic did not send manifest to U.S immigration on our return trip so they were under staffed and had to manually typed in each passengers, causing a long wait time at the airport. The worst airline I've flown in my life."

Cons: "Boarding was delayed over an hour. Because of duplicate seating assignment we were forced to sit in the crew seats in the back of the plane. These seats do not recline and have a lot less leg room than other seats. Last, upon arriving in JFK we were forced to stay on board the plane over an hour waiting to park and unload. The absolute worst flight I've ever experienced."

Cons: "The flight changed. Then at JFK there was no indication on where to go. So people that were there early ended up in the back of the line by the time we were told where to go. The airline gave us $15 food voucher for this inconvenience. Not enough. Especially since the flight didn't leave at the time they changed it to. It was suppose to leave at 4:15PM it left JFK at 6:50PM. So most people got to the airport between 12-1PM only to wait for 6 hours before we left. 6 hours in JFK."

Cons: "all the screens at check in said that the windows opened 4 hours before the flight, but for us they didn't open until 1.5 hours before the flight. once they opened there was only ONE person staffing the desks. when we eventually got on the plane, we didn't leave until an hour after scheduled departure. their customer service was also terrible when i had questions about my flight prior to the trip. will never fly again."

When that flight was cancelled, they have no partnerships to get us on seat on other airlines, so we were trapped. The crew seemed angry at passengers telling people to sit down or leave. The carpet where I was seated was missing."
Cons: "Will be getting in touch with KAYAK customer service at a later time but this was by far the worst traveling experience I've had to date. i showed up to the airport and discovered (after waiting 2 hours to check in) that no plane would be arriving and to come back the NEXT DAY to try again. half the people in line had already been told that. I instead had to buy a new flight to get to my family. so beyond disappointed that a platform like kayak i've used for years would allow the support of such a sketchy carrier. i still haven't heard back about my money and don't expect to get a refund since their customer service is non-existing. SO disappointed in KAYAK and will be using expedia in the future"

It was a total disaster. No back up plan what so ever. No staff from dynamic except one who disappeared for hours and all she said was "I am waiting my boss to email me back" what?!!! There were cops from the airport to control the crowd who was righteously upset. The cops told me dynamics cancelled flights for weeks wihtout alternative plan during holiday season which led to a protest at JFK."
