Pros: "I did not receive a single email from kayak letting me know I could check in or select seats. No updates on flight status! Poor service!"

No objection to them sitting together but how is it possible that they’re in that situation to begin with. Flight was overbooked so crew offering cash to delay for a later flight, which on a Sunday evening is an unappetising proposect"
The crew was great and handled our unexpected detour with proactive communication.
My seat was so uncomfortable, and the headrest was broken. Very very disappointing for the price I paid.
Flight was more then 3 hour late and I did not get my luggages
Pros: "The premium economy- it was the most uncomfortable - tight seats. The back of the seats are not reclining It’s not worth the money you pay for premium services"

Cons: "Cabin temperature was very cool for me. Never used a blanket on an international flight before, and used a blanke on this whole 9 hour flight. Maybe a function of the seat location? Not sure but I was cold."

Nothing works in the flight. Entertainment screen and the remote does not work at all. one can't even call the Airhostess or switch on the reading light. seats are kind of broken. very difficult for the long haul flights
Except Boarding, crew and flight furation, nothing was there which i liked. It looked like the Boeing-777-300ER flight run by AI sucks big time, its broken from inside glued with tapes, hand rests were broken, flight was like it was never cleaned, experience of current AI flight sucked big time except the duration which is a direct flight is a big plus and thats why people like to travel via AI. With this experience i had, the price i paid was not worth it.!!!
None of the entertainment was working. Breakfast was almost inedible. Lunch/dinner was ok. Bathrooms were fine. Staff was helpful.

Cons: "Flight was preponed they should have called instead of sending email which went to junk. They had mobile number."
Cons: "The flight was overbooked. I paid extra for a window seat but someone else was also booked in that seat, so I was forced to move to an aisle seat in the middle. I will be asking for a refund for the upgrade. Not only was I denied the window seat, but the seat I was moved to had a broken screen."

Cons: "The aircraft seemed old. The window shutters/dimmers didn’t work so there was no way to avoid the bright sunlight coming in my face. The entertainment touch screen was also not functioning properly."
Pros: "We reached airport at 6:45 PM for our flight at 10PM and there were only two counters open and the staff was extremely slow in helping. There was no duty manager at site which explains how poor the service is despite this was checkin for internal flight. It took 2 hours and 30 minutes by the time we got boarding passes and cleared security. Terrible terrible terrible service and I would never ever wish to fly air India again in the future"
