Hopefully it gets delivered soon but it will be difficult bc my air bnb has no buzzer"

Because of that by the time I was offered the food, there was no choice, only one food (beef) was available. I was unhappy with that!!!!! The crew tried to solve all the issues on the plane. Pros: "I had no issues at all. Checkin was easy and friendly. I had payed for my checked bag online. Boarding was simple and LOT held the flight about 5 minutes so that some connecting passengers could make it. Service onboard was friendly and efficient."
Cons: "Honestly, everything was just fine. Security at Warsaw is a disaster and a nightmare so give yourself a good amount of time. It took 30+ minutes for me to clear and there were only 8 people ahead of me."

Cons: "Departing flight left 2.5 hours late. Missed my connection. No one from LOT met us at the connecting airport to explain how our transfers would work. Airport security at the connecting airport bounced us back and forth a few times before deciding we should enter the transfer terminal and hope someone from LOT was still on duty. LOT put us up in a hotel overnight and booked us on a flighty the next day. The hotel was 1 hour drive, 50miles, from airport. I reached my final destination 13 hours late."
Air Canada seems to be understaffed which caused delays at every point of the flight—delays at departure, delays in the air (circling), delay after landing, delays at the gate before disembarking. Horrible experience. And my son, who departed Toronto today, experienced delays because the passport scanning system was down and was told that he would not be able to board his flight. Toronto airport is a mess!!!!
TSA scanned my boarding pass and i got through the gate but they airline deemed my not valid. Major flaw in the communication and boarding pass scanning system and now I’m paying an extra 2000 for the whole flight
Like the 787 experience. Staff is friendly and responsive. The food and leg room could do some improvement.
No wifi (can you imagine) no snack on a flight from NYC to Vancouver and barely any water. Staff was rude and uninterested. Check-in was terrible. So rude in Canada. Stood in live forever to check bags (ski equipment). We will never fly them again,
Flight was cancelled last minute with no reason given. We waited 2.5 hours to get hotel and food vouchers. When our flight was rebooked it was the next day Frankfurt-London-Amsterdam-Toronto! Was told there was no other option. Horrible end to a trip. We’re in Heathrow with our fingers crossed we make it home. Very very poor communication and customer service. Lufthansa says it’s Air Canada, Air Canada says it’s Eurowing, Eurowing says it’s Lufthansa! Very frustrating. Book directly with Airline so at least someone is accountable

Cons: "I only had one gripe about this flight and my one other flight on Air Canada Rouge; the overhead bins are very poorly designed. I purchased a carry on bag specifically to meet their regs, yet it had it go in the bin longways, taking up a ton of room. The bins are tall, which is wasted space, when what they really need is another 1-2" in depth."
There was no flight to Nbg. Airline left 1.5 hours late from JFK and did not attempt to make up time in-flight. So we missed our connecting flight. I get that this can happen but it was complicated to figure out what to do in FRA. It would have been really helpful if a Condor attendant had offered help at the time we came off the transatlantic flight to provide guidance. Eventually we figured it out and ended up on a 2.5 hr train ride to Nbg.
The crew was absolutely amazing. Unfortunately there was one child literally climbing over several seats during the flight. I love kids, but there was zero parenting happening. But please let me emphasize, one of the best crews I’ve ever flown with! Thank you!

I find it very disappointing that there is a fee to select a special meal such as vegan or kosher, the breakfast meal was also mediocre"
Pros: "Not enough leg room for an international flight. Only a couple of the many flight attendants seemed very happy to help you or to even be there. As soon as the plane, the flight attendants started selling items and services ie: $11 codes to watch movies, cigarettes, etc. Cigarettes??"

Cons: "Don't confuse their logo with Luftansa. They are far from it. Known for delays, disruption and breakdowns. Our flight was delayed 4-5 hours on the way to Europe because the food cart didn't fit. Then a delay of 2 hours on way back to US because 3 of the 6 bathrooms didn't work. Had to wait in this prison like gate with hardly any AC and then take a bus to the plane. DO YOUR RESEARCH. This airline survives on those who don't do their homework(Like me) and those who don't take others reviews seriously. Spend the extra money and get an airline that is consistent. Check out Condor's on time rate..yikes."
Pros: "The direct flight from PHX to FRA"
Cons: "pretty much everything about this experience. To start, the agents and online chat customer service were extremely rude and unhelpful, even after calling several times and waiting up to an hour on hold. At one point i expressed my frustration and answer i got was "I'm sorry you feel that way". No sympathy what so ever. On the flight -the seats were horrible and food was disgusting."
