The flight was great, the only reason for middle scores on entertainment and food is that it was a short flight so not included (but snacks were served including alcoholic beverages free of charge). I would definitely recommend KLM.
Was trying to change a flight but told that Canadian and local klm systems do not interact so they could not access my booking. Overall I like klm a lot but if it was important to change flights I would be very frustrated.
The whole trip was excellent. The only thing I would change is the temperature of the plane was a bit high which made it uncomfortable to sleep.
KLM is my favourite airline. Never ever let us down.Staff are first class.
Put some new and several options for entertainment. Do not be rude to customers and avoid serving them an extra coke or something. We paid 1200 GBP for a return flight.. A noisy, crowded, rude and uncomfortable flight.
The flight was again delayed for more then 2 hours with some lousy explanation regarding the reason of the delay. Although the flight was delayed for more than 2 hours, no refreshments were offered (according to EU regulations). Last 4 flights on KLM - always at least 2 hrs late. So be prepared that you cannot plan anything with KLM.
The flight was delayed for 2 hrs. Because they didn’t have a crew to fly. And it is not a first time for klm to do that. Last time they cancelled my filght and rebooked me 3 days later. Not reliable airline
We left one hour late because of technical difficulties. The economy comfort seats are great for the price. The crew was mediocre, they do not provide a pleasant experience, they just deliver food and drinks and give orders, not very amicable, no service and hospitality focus.
Booked connecting flights with KlM. My serving flight was the furthest part of the airport. On arrival in Zurich. My two cases arrived but only one carry on belong to my son. His three suitcase didn't arrive. After enquiring we discovered they were still in Amsterdam. We landed at 11.12. We eventually left the airport just after one.
It was a pleasant experience accept temperature in the plane It was extremely cold in the airplane that I was shivering I got sick because of the extreme cold temperature on my flight
Crew was wonderful, snacks were so good and quite a variety for free, food was mediocre, big selection of movies and they kept lavatories pretty clean throughout the flight
It was unclear that additional passport control was needed before boarding. The seats were cramped and uncomfortable even for small persons. The arm rests were unable to be lifted completely out of the way and the media controls cut-out made them uncomfortable to lean on. One audio channel was not working on one of our seats.
Flight was very full and we had to checkin our carry on. Stuff however promised us that our luggage will be the first one to come out and it did
It was great. The attention, the fly was on time.

I was sweating the whole time for 9 hrs. There are no air nozzles above the seats
I have been traveling with visa for 25 years and this was the first time when we find out in Miami that my children’s connecting flight were overbooked and been canceled by Swissair from Zürich to Budapest. The results of that they re booked us at the Miami airport. The new route was Miami to Zürich ,Zürich to Amsterdam, Amsterdam to Budapest. We had over six hours layover in Zürich and arrived to Budapest nine hours later. There should never be in a situation where a ticket that I purchased over 7 months ago was sold to somebody else and instead of removing those two people we had to do this journey, I’m contacting customer support and requesting a refund shortly.

Everything was good. Although I was certain that I paid for checked bag for my husband and checked bag for myself at the time of booking. And I was told I did not pay. Therefore I had to pay at check in. ☹️
Its a short flight with no entertainment. The food was so so.
Not having a delay. Not sure what happened with the service animal biting the crew member.

TAP is a good, decent airline for international journeys. No complaints about the service, the crew, the comfort, or the baggage handling.
The staff were great - very friendly and chatty. I checked in online at 9.30am, when check in had opened at 1.30am, and choices were already very limited, so act fast.
A bit disappointing. Our business class seats were not cleaned from previous flight. They were also missing headphones and bottled water. Dining options were not always available.

Our flight was delayed an hour and take-off was also delayed. Then our luggage was misplaced upon arrival causing a lot of stress snd more delays. We arrived at the hotel almost 5 hours later than anticipated and had to cancel our plans for the day. Overall a very bad experience. We will not travel with Portugalia in the future.
Flew Business with a forced upgrade. dint like how the bidding went . Then at the airport the seat was less than I paid. Not fair The flight crew was great, friendly and very kind. The plane felt like a bucket of bolts. The meal was the worst ever. Ive had better on tap . this was the most disappointing leg of our trip
As previously mentioned in last review , seats are small and uncomfortable, and baggage fees are high!
It was all a very positive experience. Look forward to the return trip.
Easy boarding, punctuality, decent service. I can only complain about the measly snack.
Never made this leg of the flight since we rebooked through United instead. Did not make it to immigration/US custom due to the delay. Had to spend the night on our own dime in Toronto
Although check in crew at the counter was helpful, gate agents were not forthcoming with delays and eventual need for overnight stay at Toronto. No voucher was issued for the delay and promised that Toronto crew will take care of us with vouchers for hotel stay, food and transportation to md from the airport. Toronto gate agents pointed to customer service who flatly refused. I will never fly Air Canada again
We got home a day late because of mechanical problems and that they wouldn’t put us on available other flights.
Our flight was delayed 6 hours and we finally got to Montreal at 9PM, instead of Houston where we were supposed to be. Several flights we could of got on and fixed our situation were nixed as they wouldn’t put us on a plane w/o our bags, but when they finally canceled our original plan they easily located and relabeled our bags. No one seemed to care.
The 3 hr delay on this connecting flight was a drag.
Booked flight was cancelled. Was rebooked but sat in airport for several hours for new departure.
They were so kind and helpful and they even brought an item of mine that I forgot on the plane!!
The flight crew did a good job, the main problem I had was in the layout of the pod itself. I know it does not matter but the connection for the head phones was not A- easy to find, B- very difficult to do based on the placement ( behind the right shoulder, very hard to reach, the type of plug on the frame vs the actual plug of the headphones), C due to the location and the way it connected, it did not allow me to use my own headphones, D- very low quality and very uncomfortable headphones, E- Surprisingly, very old selections of movies, for me, at least. I will still fly with Lufthansa as you deliver a very good product overall and I enjoy the quality of service, the ease and the prices. Thank you.
The connection between my income flight and the outgoing flight was slightly late and they would not hold the next flight for 7 minutes. The next flight was 4 hours later and we were issued a stand by ticket. So we had to wait to find out if we would even be on that flight. After boarding that flight was delayed for 40 minutes because there wasn’t a ground crew to load the luggage. The airline is not living up to it reputation.
I was expecting better from Lufthansa. I’ll think twice before I book Lufthansa again. This trip was the worst ever… in my 70 years of traveling.

My luggage is lost! I waited in Denver co and seen nothing almost lost my flight due to waiting for my bags and still nothing I hope to contact customer service today hope they find it
I did not fly them . They rebooked me on a longer flight to Helsinki. I did not get the food I wanted . Paid more for seats and baggage and now trying to deal with them is. Mess. They reimbursed me for half of cost and not the actual fee I incurred and this was all due to operational reasons . Too many chefs in kitchens and everyone deflects not their problem. Book one airline
Crew had connection details for only 2 other flights and gave less than empathetic guidance.

Seats were terribly uncomfortable! Couldn’t sleep! I paid for good seats when scheduled with Lufthansa, got crappy mid-section seats on Air Canada!
Cancelled flight, that morning! But got us on an Air Canada flight!
