Cons: Leg room was really bad in economy and the only upgrade option was to business for $10,000 so of course not affordable for the average person.
Pros: Food was good. Crew was kind and gracious.
Cons: Seats were extremely cramped. Once the person in the front reclined their seat it was very difficult to get out of the seat. Also better guidance is needed during boarding. Finally, my hand carry was checked 4 times by 4 different people, which means your staff doesn’t trust their own colleagues.

Cons: There was someone that pooped themselves, another that threw up, and the flight attendants were so rude. They kept spraying stuff in the air and even those of us sitting, so much in fact I had an asthma attack and had to use my inhaler. When I told the attendant, she said "theres nothing I can do," and kept spraying the air with this awful spray. The flight harmful to my health, exhausting, and uncomfortable. BEWARE OF THIS AIRLINE! I would have preferred not gone on my trip then fly this airline!

Pros: 3-3-3 layout in economy on the United 777 I was on meant I wasn't cramped for space. WiFi worked well for a significant amount of the time I used it.

Cons: My check in luggage got left behind .Didn't receive it for five days. A set of cuff-links I had in my luggage as a graduation present for my nephew was missing when my luggage finally arrived.

Cons: This is a really basic airline, without creature comforts. No food or drinks are included, and what is for sale on board, is overpriced. The regular seats are really tight, don’t expect to stretch your legs.
Pros: Apart from over priced in flight food and drink, uncomfortable seats I was treated awfully on return flight from Newark by one attendent. I will be writing an official complaint today. I was charged a ridiculous price $100 for my carry on bag that was checked as free personal item on first trip. Lack of available information or internet at boarding gate was shocking. I explained multiple times I had the correct dimensions of bag and it was smaller then people's rucksacks who got on before me and were not charged. Besides this the whole thing was handled very badly by the boarding crew there with the lady being very rude to me, I was quite shocked and upset getting in plane. I had no money left on my visa afterward to even get food or drink in airport stop ever which was delayed.

Cons: Departure delayed 3 times. Flight was supposed to be at 8h20 am and we get in the plane at 7h00 pm. We were stuck waiting in the Bus for 1 hour because meals were not all in the plane.
Pros: The airline crew/staff was FAR MORE SUPPORTIVE than I have experienced in more than a dozen top ranked airlines. In particular, there was a crew member named GONCALO RODRIGUES, who seemed to have led every other member to perform at their best, by his model of service toward the passengers (customers). Such a staff can/must be utilized for training purposes and be rewarded in order to follow the concept of continuous improvement and stay abreast with leading airlines...
Cons: There are a few points that need to bee taken into serious consideration - for instance - like as below: 1. More choice of meals on board... There was ONLY PORK containing meal served during the flight and nothing else was available, which came as one big surprise. 2. My Baggage did not get boarded... and had to waste a great deal of time... The misplaced baggage staff member at the Toronto airport need more training toward customers' satisfaction. 3. More choice for on-board entertainment

Cons: The airline fix the booking problem because my trip was from Zurich to Brussels to Washington DC to Austin and went I print my boarding passes only show to Brussels. The booking agent didn’t complete all the way in the computer. I am thankful that I had my original paper and Swiss airlines fix it
Pros: Crew was lovely, patient with all us skiers returning from the slopes. The food was EXCELLENT- for airline food. And I was in economy.
Cons: The Entertainment tech was not smooth, had difficulty getting it to function and likely annoyed the person in front of me with all my tapping.
