Cons: "In Toronto, I waited in line at the AA ticket counter. By the time I got to the counter it was a few minutes after the "one hour before flight cut off". I was there in time! I had to give the ticket agent my credit card and she charged my card 400.48! The AA agent was mean and very unprofessional. She told me I had three minutes to make a decision or be stuck in Toronto until the next day. My flight was delayed and I would have made it with no problem. I even have Global Entry! My original flight to Miami was non-stop, instead I had to take a flight that connected in Miami. That flight was two hours late! This was the worst experience I ever had!"

Cons: "I didn't like that they took a long time to load bags onto the plane. For an international flight to be delayed by this, it can be frustrating. Fortunately, I didn't have a connection, but some passengers did, and I hope they weren't delayed. Also, while it was nice that they had entertainment options, it seemed pretty expensive (~$8 for new movies, and ~$6 for VERY old movies (like from the 2000s)). I suppose that's the cost of entertainment, but I have flown with Virgin America airline and they seemed to have more reasonable pricing/better selection."

Cons: "The pilot arrived late because he went for a Tim Horton's coffee (I know that because I was in first row and I heard the flight attendants talking about that). Then, after he finally arrived with a tray full of coffees, there was an issue with the jet's computer and had to reset it and we had to wait even more. When we finally arrived, our Gate was taken by other plane already and we had to wait (more) for the first one to be available for us. Then, when we finally got our Gate, there was another issue, now with the "finger". They weren't able to move it and connect it to the plane to get off of it. So we had to wait AGAIN. And finally as soon as we got off the plane, they were supposed to give us our carry ons on the aisle (Because it was a small plane CR700) , but again, we had to wait almost 10 minutes so that they could send the luggage... To make things worse, I had a first class ticket and I couldn't get the perks of it at the airport. Because they said I wasn't flying in an international flight. Come on?! Canada->USA->Mexico is not International??? You lost me AA."

Cons: "Because our first flight was delayed over 4 hours we missed our connection and had to be re-booked on the only other flight that still had seats that day. We had previously booked and paid for Main Cabin extra seats in the second row that included extra leg room and free drinks. We ended in an airplane with two exit rows, one near the front and the other near the back. Our seats were right behind the rear exit row in the back of the plane. The seats did not recline and there was limited leg look because the exit row seats were aligned differently due to the crew seat next to the door. Also, the bathroom was right in front of the row in front of us and so it was busy, noisy and smelled. Obviously we didn't get our free drinks either. Now I'm having to fight with American trying to get a refund of the money we spent for the Main Cabin extra fees. The fun never stops. I will never fly American again."

The extremely small overhead storage cabinets of the Canadair required many passengers to check normally acceptably sized carry-on bags after boarding and finding it impossible to fit. Waiting time for retrieving these on the ramp at the destination was excessive."

Cons: "The staff, specifically Stephen, need to focus when serving who he served and where he left off! 5 passengers were not served at all until they came around for trash which we did not have! Then were told there were not any full meals left! If you booked that many tickets the amount of meals should match!"

Absolutely ridiculous!"
