Excellent. The only issue was ground crew in the Venice airport. Not so friendly. But BA staff was amazing and apologized even though it wasn’t their fault.
we departed 5 hours late. Instead of 10pm it was after 2AM and the business lounge thew us out at 1AM and everyone was standing around the boarding gates. When we did board, the crew was nice, served dinner and then was not to be seen again until we landed. No breakfast (which is not great for diabetes)
Captain handled the precaution of return to stand very well.
They canceled the flight and would not rebook us within several days
Horrible check in process. The app was unusable and the website very confusing
2-1/2 hours on tarmac after arrival to DFW, lost connection to London, 3 hours wait for customer assistance, stayed on our own account in DFW, no replacement flight for 5 days, had to cancel the entire travel and return to Monterrey today.
Better food and more space in the seats. Also when doing the web check in both times I was going in to your site the minute you open it and there is not really many seats to choose only to buy!!!
The seats were uncomfortable. It was an old plane. The crew could have been more hospitable.
They allowed some guy to move seats after 3hours of him being next to someone very sick, There were several empty seats, but they moved him to mine. I find that incredibly inconsiderate and should not have been done.
