Plane was clean and apparently in good condition.

I liked the courteousy of the staff. I was sitting in the middle of the middle row, which was not the most confortable spot when food was served but when that was done, I was comfortable and enjoying the flight again.
The flight was nice overall! No real other comments, everything was fairly reasonable from the airport process to departure and arrival. There was a bit of delay in the departure, but was well communicated and did not severely affect the arrival time beyond 20-30 minutes.
Plane was delayed, not even a snack. Yes we had something to drink.
My original itinerary had seats booked and I paid for the preferred seats. The system showed that I paid for them, but when it came time to check in, it showed that I had no seats selected for any of my flights. I’m not satisfied with the outcome after speaking to customer service
It's, by far, the best north American airline. Which isn't much to say for the rest of them....
I was told at customs in Toronto that us border was closed at 8:30 on a Saturday, preventing me from catching connecting flight from Toronto to Chicago. Not sure why they close that early, but why was Air Canada having a flight at 8:55 if they knew customs closes before that. The flight attendant assured me I had plenty of time at 8pm to make my flight. Also pearson international is sooo poorly organized and run. They kept saying someone from air Canada will be downstairs or at the end of the hall to help you with your connecting flight. But they weren’t there or had no idea how to help. Complete incompetence. Worst airport I’ve gone through. Poor signage and directions.
Very poor, late in Toronto and Copenhagen , the service very poor , no explanation so ever
The ground crew win Montreal was clueless with regards to handling any type of mobility assistance device. Food was terrible with very poor choice in premium economy. Once again with Air Canada, the TV screens were not workibg the entire flight.
Plane is old. Seats are broken. Entertainment does not work. Food is ok. Flight attendants are courteous and try their best. Take this flight if you get the cheapest ticket. Otherwise, look for other carriers.
Aircraft was upholstered recently and looked new. Entertainment monitor was not working for my seat and could not watch anything.Crew could have collected trash more often. They were reluctant to collect trash.
