I bought two tickets recently and in one of them the 6-letter confirmation number is displayed right on the first screen when using the app, easy to find and access. However in the second ticker, I got the airline ticket number (a series of numerical digits) that honestly are not helpful when checking in at the airline kiosks. Thanks, something to think about."
Cons: "So, aside from two pretty major things, this was a normal trip. However, these major things were major. First of all, as we were taxiing before take off, the plane suddenly stopped and then continued. It was as though someone slammed on the brakes. The entire cabin of passengers yelped and screamed. Several of us pressed for attention from the flight attendant. There was no response. No explanation. It was very unsettling. Then, the most horrifying thing for me personally was waiting for my dog for over 2 hours. She was sent to the wrong part of the airport. I only knew this after talking to as people workers as possible and frantically looking for my dog. Eventually a gentleman by the name of Phillip really lead the effort to help locate and get my dog to me. Two and a half hours of this. To say the least, I was distraught and spent those two hours crying, unable to speak, and trying not to throw up. I literally thought my dog was dead. Terrible."
