Our connecting flight in Mexico City was a horrible experience. There was not a gate assigned. We literally had to walk endlessly until we reached An airline representative and asked if we were even going in the right direction. After an endless walk we finally came to the ground level where a bus was waiting for us to take us to the remote area where we weee to board.

Super frustrating if one of the most popular luggage manufacture makes a “carry-on” bag, airlines should realize people will be arriving with the expectations that they can use it as a carry on. Anyways I’m out $58 both ways ($116). I will not fly with AeroMexico again because of this simple fact."

I almost missed my flight because I was never notified about the information above. The Aeromexico agents at the airport were not helpful at all: they did not know anything about the issue with the flight. I had to stay in a long line just to have them look up the flight in the computer and tell me that the flight was delayed. No other information was given to me. Terrible experience, especially after a long stopover."

Missed the flight and Aeromexico made us pay to grab another flight while it was Aeromexico personel that refused to allow us in even though it was not yet departure time and said plane doors were closed."

Cons: "We arrived at the airport to find that they had overbooked the plane and our family's 4 seats were in jeopardy. We had to wait until they had processed everyone else in line, even though we had gotten there first, because either they were in the "sky priority" line or because maybe they had pre-bought their seat assignments. After a tense 20 minutes of waiting, they closed the flight and let us have our seats. Then, at the gate, they confiscated two of our most important carry on bags and checked them because they said that children are not allowed a carry on item -- despite paying full freight for their seats! It was very nerve-wracking at our arrival destinations as these two items were not padlocked and were the very last to come on the conveyor belt."

She said that I could try take my suitcase under my own responsibility because she thought security would send me back. I was very surprised to hear this because it is a computer case. I did not have any problems and was able to embark. The plane had not bern clean. The pocket underneath my table had a used kleenex and the table of the person seated next to my had coffee spilled. During the 5:50 hrs only once were we offer a drink. Really bad service for an international flight."

I explain I booked the dog already and give all my required documents. Once in Mexico the documents were given to the authorities and when the crew in Detroit made copies they kept the originals and gave me the copies and they made me pay 1800 pesos for a vet to come and sign the paper.. I spoke to aeromexico in Mexico City and they said they are sorry but nothing can be done... This cause me my traveling money and 3 hours of very stressful times for me and my dog who had to stay in the box the whole time. Robin Martin"

Cons: "The Delta flight from Birmingham-ATL was excellent as always. But the Aeromexico flight from ATL to Querétaro was not comfortable. Several passengers including me complain that the temperature in the cabin was extremely warm. If I would guess I would say close to 80 F. When we talk to the fligh attendant she fixed and for a few minutes was cool and comfortable but then again went back to super warm. It was so warm that a couple of members of my family started feeling sick."

My printed ticket did not have a boarding time on it so I had to guess the approximate time the flight would depart. Due to the lines surrounding my gate, my view was obstructed and I was unable to see anyone in line. At approximately 1130 , I approached the gate counter and the flight attendant informed me that the plane boarding time had expired and it was too late to board! I was directed to the airlines supervisor and he explained that this was my error and that nothing could be done . That boarding starts approximately 40 mins before the flight is scheduled to depart. Long story short, I was forced to buy another plane ticket where it is now 1420, I'm at the gate , and it is scheduled to depart at 1430 and according to the flight attendant, it will still depart on time!!!"

When we got to Mexico City, we had to get on a bus, and then wait a long time to get off of it as workers waited to open the airport door for some time."

I called the customer service number, NO ANSWER. I talked to American Airlines custormer service, who were very helpful. They gave me the phone number to the gate for my flight. NO ANSWER, just a recording to stay on the line. For 20 minutes. Their policy says you can change your flight 10 minutes before it departs. My ticket was paid for, Round trip. $446. I had to wait 24 hours for the same flight the next day. They said sence I did not show my OnWay ticket would be $1070.00 I said I was here with enough time to change my flight but But you were gone and dont answer your phones. The very nice man became rude and ignored me even though there were no other passagers at the time. I live in Guatemala and know 450 people who fly to the U:S: a lot. I have already warned my friends to never fly Aero Mexico. I was at the gate where the Aero mexico flight was closed up and ready but did nothing until a truck from Dallas, JET EXPRESS Aircraft maintenance Worked on the Right motor for an hour. When it took off that engine was smoking a little. I was happy to not be on that plane. I paid American $450 for a one way ticket to Guatemala. GOOD OLD depenable American Airlines."

Worst service and zero caring attitude I’ve dealt with - and I fly a lot. It will be Delta from here on out. I went on line and filed a complaint and lost and found report - am betting a large amount of money I hear nothing other than an automated reply."

The primary reason for my travel was a wedding and although I made the actual wedding, I missed most of the pre-wedding activities that I had rsvped for. The seats were really uncomfortable, particularly the lack of low back support. I was very sore after the flight and was unable to sleep despite having been awake for over 24 hours prior to the flight. We were finally given meal tickets but was unable to use as everything closed at 10pm."
Pros: "What I absolutely adored is that I left my phone in Philly, and the gate agents put it on the next flight up to Boston. I picked it up from American Luggage Services in Boston the next day. Priceless!"
Pros: "The gate agent was having a bad night because she did not get a break. I am platinum pro and would not upgrade me because she said I was not on the list but she put 2 people in first who were not even advantage members"

Cons: "Movies were ok. The food was passable, but, no place to eat it. Small trays, no place to put anything. And no sooner you get organized and situated to eat and was movie their ready to collect trash. Can I eat without choking my food......I got 8 hours to kill! Luggage was there when we arrived.....guess that was good...."

Pros: "Cabin crew were quite good. Food was fine for airplane fare with excellent ice cream mid-flight. Airplane was spotless. Entertainment was very good. Plenty of carry-on storage on this 787-9. Customs and airport (DFW) experience was very good. Baggage claim and return for connection were prompt and rapid."
Cons: "Seats were tight in basic coach. As typical at CDG airport (other than the government subsidized Air France facilities), check-in and security is a nightmare. Clearly the worst airport in the world."

Cons: "Upon arriving in Lima, Avianca 808 passengers became aware that none (zero, nada) of the bags were loaded onto the plane in Cusco. The customer service response to this airline error was sub-par. Passengers were told that the baggage issue was "weather-related", which is ludicrous even if the weather both in origin and destination had not been clear and sunny with no wind (it was). Info was taken on if passengers needed bags sent on to another destination or to a hotel but were told it would not get to Lima until the next morning (this was flight 808 landing just before 4 pm). Unclear why it couldn't be put on the next flight same day. And unclear what is happening to our bags now until the morning. No apology wasn't issued to passengers. Additionally we were delayed 15 mins due to "weather". I don't mind short delays but it was absolutely not weather-related. Weather is the default excuse to transfer fault away from themselves."

Cons: "I am a true-blue Air Canada customer but their checked baggage fees has created a disaster when it comes to boarding flights and getting planes in the air on-time. Many people had too many carry-on bags or very large carry-on bags so the time it took to board was ridiculous. Better rules need to be enforced with carry on (not that I blame people for trying, considering the increase in checked baggage fees) so that flights can be boarded more quickly and planes can take off on time."

I can only hope they have a baby kicking their seat in the future"

New York to Toronto, Toronto to Edmonton and return. Not one single flight was on time! We got put in a Hotel - only nice part of the trip - got Vouchers for $15 each - such a low amount!!! Didn't get our luggage with our clothes and amenities to use at the hotel - had to sleep in our plane clothes. Spend extra money we didn't have... it was awful! We will be staying away from Air Canada for awhile!"

Then they announced regular boarding. I had to remove my bags from my lap and get up out of the chair and go to the gate to say I needed to preboard. The man looked annoyd and said they had announced it. When I explained how no one came to me but they did the others he said I could go now. I said I needed help with my bags and he acted VERY surly and put out. He did help me but I felt like they assumed because I was young I couldn't possibly be sick and treated me like a liar."

Tried to check in and check baggage at 9:30am but was turned away saying I could only check in 3 hrs prior to my flight. Came back at 3:00pm to check-in and they could not find my information. An hour later they find out that they cancelled the flight and moved my departure time to 8:25am for that day. They say they emailed 3 times in May but I never got it (I'm a bit crazy about my email staying clean) so they say it might have went in to my spam folder due to they types of emails they send to customers. They only kept repeating that they notified me so there is nothing they could do. I ended up going to Air Canada to get a flight to PHX the next day. No apology, no help, no hotel for the night...Terrible experience by United. They gave me a customer relations group contact information to follow up with for complaint but since they sent me the 3 emails in May about the change, they have no liability to fix the situation."
