Flight got canceled without any prior information and it caused lot of trouble

Nice selection of movies and TV shows. Plane was generally nice, not the newest but nice nonetheless. However, Emirates should have cancelled the flight, as hardly any flights flew out of Dubai at the time. Flight delays and cancellation was poorly communicated and passengers were left guessing and to their own devices on what to do. Connection desks were staffed too thinly, there was one desk with more than a hundred clients and just one poor lady. When I had my flights rebooked, I was told meal vouchers can be scanned using my boarding pass, nope. Was told to comeback for my hotel voucher, none. Had to book my hotel voucher the usual way through Dubai Connect despite having been told twice to comeback to the counters twice.

Not that good The crew in the plane were rim professional & almost lost in their work distribution

More leg room and comfortable seats at least for long flights

Me and 2 other rows were forgotten during food service. We waited over an hour before they finally served our food. Then only had what was left. They did apologize. Also, they locked the bathroom due to turbulence and my 4 year old had to pee himself because they wouldn’t unlock it for him.

I enjoyed the live television programming for entertainment, and honestly everything was acceptable. It’s just that I choose emirates, because they have always been so much better in so many ways – food choices, service, accessibility, friendliness of the staff. None of those things were poor, but they have definitely slid from their position of excellence. One example would be that after the dinner meal was served, the flight attendants huddled in the back galley with the curtains closed (by the way, that’s where snacks and drinks are), and you have to interrupt them to go back there to either ask for something or to get a snack. While they do not respond in an unfriendly way, you are led to believe that you are interrupting them by coming to get a snack or making a request. Even something like, “ Yes, how many I help you?” would be a great improvement.

Emirates flights always nice. Service rendered by the staff is superb.I am always comfortable in Emirates flights.

Emirates is usually on time, but not this trip. Also, during the flight the attendants disappear unless called upon. Very strange. I have watched the quality of Emirates service diminish over the last five years.

Quality and tasty Food and service, bigger seat comfort and leg room, etc.

Just happy I flew Qatar Airways awesome no wonder they are #1 in the world right now! The food was just delicious, very courteous, professional crew.

Just money making business. This was my fourth journey with Qatar Airways, year by year the quality of service getting poor. Food is very cheap. They have some low quality alcohol beverages. They don’t have any brandy or cognac. No toilet around the gate lounge. We have to wait until getting to the flight for use toilet.very long standing for entering into the flight. We can see the old passenger suffering.

I liked the overall service and comfort. The only annoying thing was paying for excess baggage at the airport. They have limited options and they don't take all cards.

I would advice everybody not to fly by Indigo, no entertainment in flight, rude behavior of staff, worst experience of my life

Qatar Airlines code share with Indigo has been a terrible experience for me on these notes: 1. Indigo changed by flight without informing me of the change, they did not ask me if I am okay with the change. I discovered this change when I was trying to do online check-in through the Qatar mobile app. When I called Qatar customer support, they mentioned Indigo changed my flight due to the original flight being cancelled, but the fact is that flight was scheduled and departed correctly, it was never cancelled. 2. When asked why my flight was changed without informing me, they mentioned that they sent email/phone call to my travel agent, and it is was my travel agent that did not inform me, which again was another false statement. 3. I called Qatar Airlines (third call on the day of my trip) to request them to put me back on the same flight, they mentioned that they could for an extra $2500, as the original class I was booked on was not available, we are still talking economy only not business class, I said no way. 4. I called the travel agent, and they mentioned that they will work with Indigo and asked me to be prepared to travel on the later flight I was bumped to. While I was making my hotel/taxi arrangements for the new flight, I got a call and email saying they were able to get me on the original flight with no extra cost. So, after 2+ hours of talking to customer support, and a lot of stress on my last day of vacation, I flew back as originally scheduled, but this nightmare is just a horrible experience that I will never fly on Indigo/Qatar again. This was a really enjoyable flight. Even though I was in economy, I had a great deal of leg space, I had a nice meal, and the flight staff was helpful and friendly. A really great flight.

The seats are extremely small and very uncomfortable for a long trip , no space to even move the legs or keep the legs little bit folded, very uncomfortable

I liked the food and services provided. I think the seating should be updated cause it’s to congested for economic class.

Everything was top notch. Only issue was the delay, but Qatar worked diligently to get me on the next flight. They were kind to walk me to their lounge in Doha to make sure I ate, slept and showered.

Both flights yesterday, experienced hard landings. Harder than I’ve ever felt before. Im hopeful there was weather involved and not pilot error. Other than the landing, the flight was quite good~

Their computers were down upon arrival to the airport. They were unable to figure out how to board us. We were delayed over an hour and a half.

We could have left on time. We were an hour late.

Considering the weather issues. It was great. Over all the 13 flights changes

Theresa Spencer, a stewardess on the flight, was outstanding. Her kindness, helpfulness and watchful eyes made my flight especially comfortable. She's an excellent employee.

Flflight crew were amazing, kind, and considerate. Fofood choices were limited, and didn’t have a variation.

Flight was delayed an hour. The pilot said we could deplane but that we wouldn’t be able to get back on. Luckily, my layover in ORD was 2 hours and it didn’t affect my connection. But a lot of people missed their connection and a handful of people elected to get off the plane. There were a lot of upset people and the American crew didn’t seem very sympathetic or accommodating.

Ther is no fly,over book .and they let out in San pedro sula ,antil Monday 2 of October 2023

1st of all on February 27th Abu Dhabi to Delhi flight the seat wasn't comfortable at all, coming back the Lounge at Abu Dhabi didn't have anything. Than the Food in the flight

Good range of movies but lacking decent tv shows. Wifi was really expensive on this flight, considering flights under 7 hours have a $9.99 USD charge for streaming, to jump up to $24.99 for a 7 hour 40 flight seemed a little bit of a rip off. Staff are inattentive, and really need to improve on the customer experience. The new airport is fantastic, as is the new lounge, a huge upgrade from the old airport and lounge!

My wife and I were upgraded to Business Class on our Dublin-Abu-Dhabi flight on the 22nd of January. Being served by "Mariyan" (not too sure about her name, she's from Tunisia) was the real highlight of our flight, she deserves to be working with etihad. We are looking forward to the next upgrade as we are flying back to Dublin on February 01, 2024. If I am not mistaken we have just reached GOLD status as Etihad Guests.

I WOULD ADVISE NOT TO BOOK YOUR FLIGHT ON KAYAK. THEY SHOW BETTER FARES AND AFTER I BOOKED MINE, I FIND OUT THAT IT DID NOT INCLUDE LUGGAGE. i HAD TO PAY $800 TO CHECK IN MY BAGS.

Food was very good. Again tray could use a non-skid mat. I had a regular seat - comfortable - able to sleep undisturbed. Boarding was uneventful.

Boarding was quick and efficient. Ground staff were pleasant and courteous. Food was tasty, portions were good for me. Food containers kept slipping on the tray. Tray would look better with an anti-skid tray mat. I had the bulkhead seat which was very uncomfortable for couple of reasons. Aircraft is designed with no throughput to move across aisle to aisle. Passengers kept jumping over my legs to get from one side to the other to use the toilet. Secondly I had a mother and 9 month baby next to me. Mom had to hold baby for 12 hours in her lap as he did not fit into the bassinet. Half the baby was on my lap during the flight. Aircraft temperature was very cold - light attendant said it was the central cooling and nothing could be done about it. Movie selection was very poor old and outdated.

Crew member took too long time to take back leftover food plates from passenger seats. Food was nice.Easy excellent checking.Guy at checking counter was really kind and helpful.Made our checking very quickly. Leftover food should be taken back ASAP. Because in economy class passanger have narrow space . In the long journey like this, passanger have difficulties to sit with the plates.overall experience was good.

I request kosha food all my flight but this flight didn’t imclude my kosha meal.

on demand entertainment in seat back awesome Check in Kiosk too demanding with endless demand for more information information then says go to counter. Counter agent unfriendly. Do it yourself check in luggage procedure not intuitive, upset employees frustrated the whole procedure.

I think all and all they are doing a good job. Flight crew worked hard and very helpful,polite and attentive

Not much food available, not able to choose seats to be near each other, tv did not work

The 6 hour delay with minimal updates was not handled well. After many complaints from most of the un-boarded passengers, food vouchers were offered. The catering strike meant there was no food or snacks on the plane. Beverage service was heavily impacted, only water or juice was available. The staff at the gate was kind enough to inform that "if you want to eat on the plane, you will need to bring it on when boarding".

It was an excellent experience, traveling from Toronto to Denver with United.

Terrible experience! All flights delayed, staff had no idea of what they were doing, and at the end luggage lost for 2 days!

Ontime boarding. Almost 1 hour take off delay. We could have boarded slightly later since the pilots were in traffic

Flight was delayed, I had to put my luggage all the way in the back! They served only a beverage no snack on the way in Air Canada, definitely not a good first impression.

I think Air Canada is the only airline I've flown where they don't give you at least a free cookie.
