Made me check a bag that I have carried onto hundreds of flights . Caused me to miss my connection in Paris because I was flying a different airline and my bags didn’t transfer . The agent was rude and refused to listen. My mother who was three people in front of me in another line Carried the same bag on with no issues . Be consistent
No online check-in, so not ideal for business travellers having to queue to check-in at Zurich airport

As such wr couldnt go to our final destination in Morocco and had to get our luggage off the plane. The staff at the AF counter were very helpful in that aspect. And when one of the luggages was completely damaged, it was replaced it with a brand new one which was fantastic. On the way back, we had some issues with the ticket because we didnt go to Morocco as planned which resulted in some trouble checking in. But the staff at the counter were quite helpful."

Boarding was smooth. my second ride on A 380 in business and this trip reminded me quickly why I did not care for the A 380 on my previous trip. It is a huge plane with a huge sized business class which makes the cost less worth it compared to a Boeing. The crew were extremely helpful and caring. The food was acceptable. The seats on the plane were not comfortable in the lying position. Took a cab to our hotel in Paris (1st Arr) for a flat 50 euros. No meters."

What could improve is the way the crew treats us/passengers; also information should be offered more freely to us if there are significant delays especially when the delays negatively affect our connecting flights and plans at our final destinations.

When we finally arrived, our Gate was taken by other plane already and we had to wait (more) for the first one to be available for us. Then, when we finally got our Gate, there was another issue, now with the "finger". They weren't able to move it and connect it to the plane to get off of it. So we had to wait AGAIN. And finally as soon as we got off the plane, they were supposed to give us our carry ons on the aisle (Because it was a small plane CR700) , but again, we had to wait almost 10 minutes so that they could send the luggage... To make things worse, I had a first class ticket and I couldn't get the perks of it at the airport. Because they said I wasn't flying in an international flight. Come on?! Canada->USA->Mexico is not International??? You lost me AA."

How is it that other airlines offer both milk and cream, but I get told by your staff, rudely, that half and half "is milk" and that it's all you have? Unbelievable. I hate to be a b*** but honestly this isn't the first time that I got treated like this on AA. I always seem to have a horrible experience with this airline."

My only suggestion is the interior of the aircraft from JFK to Casablanca to on 7/26/22 needs upgrading. The return aircraft from Casablanca to JFK was super. Finally the food was very good and more than enough.

The crew was trying their best during the flight, but the boarding process was a mess. Taking away water bought at the airport from families and children at a hot gate with no AC is illogical and unacceptable. The water was bought after 3 security checks and the boarding process takes an hour during which toddlers have to stand in lines while no one else is boarding. in the meantime a RAM official is allowed to walk in the gate holding his water bottle. Someone needs to explain why people can't keep their water bought at the airport during the boarding process. Passengers can be asked to leave their waters behind once they are asked to walk into the plane not while they are waiting. Also, not only people were hot and thirsty while waiting for boarding, but they also had to sit in the middle of screaming and unhappy children crying because they are hot and thirsty. The boarding process was inhumane and needs to be organized in a much better way. It is also very ironic to ask passengers to keep their 6 feet distance while the plane is overbooked and all seats are filled. Based on my experience with RAM on my last trip, I would not recommend it to friends and people I care about.

We arrive at the airport after riding a 2-star bus for three hours inly to be told that they had no idea what we were talking about and that no one told them we where coming. Then we were told that there were no hotel rooms available in the whole city (lie) and that all of the available cars to take us to an available hotel where in another city (another lie). On top of that, if you missed a connecting flight on a different airline, you where screwed. I had to buy a whole new ticket just to get home. It was insane!!! So basically a plane full of people were jerked around and lied to by every employee of this airport that we met. Completely disgusting. If you can avoid it, never ever fly Royal Air Maroc."

I was very surprised as I didn’t get any alerts and I called the airline and everything seems to be on time and not canceled. We went to customer service of air moroc and after hour long investigation we found that that the flight wasn’t canceled but the airline didn’t want us in Casablanca to get on that flight because they gave our business class seats to other people. we called and complained but there was nothing we could do because we were blocked from flying and they wouldn’t board us. The computer system didn’t allow them. We asked if we were on the flight the next day and they couldn’t confirm. We were told that in 3 days we could get on a flight back to nyc. We bought separate last minute super expensive tickets from another airline and left that evening to Madrid, got a hotel there and left the next morning to Atlanta and then jfk. No one from the airline wanna help us and rebook the tickets. People over the phone were contradicting people at the Malaga airport. It was a nightmare."

When we arrived at JFK we spent 1.5 hours on the tarmac waiting for a gate. There was no communication from airline staff explaining the delay or any attempt to minimize our discomfort- (provide water for example). Once we disembarked, we waited more than 2 hours for our luggage. After an hour, an airline staff explained the delay and then disappeared. She was remarkably defensive and unsympathetic. I understand that weather conditions u in NY contributed to some of this, but the lack of communication by airline staff was unconscionable. Also the food was terrible."

They wanted to charge us $840 USD each for new tickets"

Pros: "The crew was helpful and pleasant. A significant improvement over the demeanor of the crew from Casablanca to Monrovia and Brussels to Casablanca. Additionally, the transit staff was rude and unpleasant. They seemed uninterested in providing a service."
