Crew was ok, but some passengers were a bit rude. Again, all outlets were not working, only the really slow charging usb plug on the entertainment system. Entertainment system was also bugged, some features just crash, the touch screen wasn't working and when trying to watch a movie the onscreen display kept flashing off and on making it very difficult to watch.

New plane. Perfect gluten free meal Very flawless procedures from check-in to the landing. Taking off on time and landing even earlier and the luggages are already there after shortest arrival report.

Going through security a second time to get on the next Korean Air flight was utterly ridiculous and unnecessary. We were in a International secure area.

Crew was awesome, absolutely the best, Food was excellent also. Movie selection was mostly modern duds. However, I love Korean Airlines

The website is difficult if you don't have an account and sign in as a guest. Seat selection/change is only allowed after they send you an email which I would never received. Otherwise, the Korean Air flight crew was great. Just go to back of plane for snacks and drinks. They provide pillow, blanket and headphones. Movie selection wasn't great imo.

Delayed 30 mins but to final destination so I didn't miss a connecting flight like I did on the initial journey that added over 12 hours to my trip.

I was handled by some very rude CSA's in DFW. I was forced to check my carry-on as I was flying economy. You are now allowed only 10 kg total on all carry-on items. As my carry-on was 10 kg, and my backpack was 2 kg, I was made to check my luggage. I find this procedure unfair, as many other passengers in economy CLEARLY had more than 10 kgs. If KA insists this is their policy, then it should be enforced uniformly for everyone. TO INCLUDE Business and First Class. They are allowed 18 kg now. From my perspective....absolutely ridiculous. This was the first time in over 35 years I have been made to check my carry-on. I am EXTREMELY disappointed 😞

Customer service is not a top priority from boarding to while on flight, was belittled on boarding Some staff speak english at almost a 0% fluency

Everything was excellent service was good.Only one problem my trip san francisco to tapie was good but the Taipe to HongKong we change gate 3times a lot of walking n everyone has to rush around from gate to gate.By the time to board our flight i felt soo sick from running from one gate to another.That was the only problem i face

Eva Air's Business Class is pretty decent. With the given price, I think that the food can be better.

Pleasant, comfortable, and entertaining. All told, ZERO issues with it. And sadly, so far the flight was WAY more comfortable than the hellhole that is "Lambug Beach Resort" at Badian Beach!

Decent flight, staff was very good, especially with the turbulence during the flight due to weather. Comfort was about par with other airlines but since it was a quick flight, was not much of an issue for us.

It was a 2 hour flight to Taiwan. Lunch was served. China Airlines goes above and beyond for their passengers.

They were helpful, considerate with asking us for standby preboarding with our infant, gave us toys and excellent service onboard. They were always on time, even early boarding once! All our luggage arrived intact, and they even brought our baby car seat to oversized for us. We love China Airlines!

We enjoyed that we boarded and took off on time. We didn’t like that our connection flight was a twenty minute walk through the airport with only one hour in between flights.

Two flights,both poor. No entertainment. Cramped and uncomfortable seats, little space, the rest was OK. Staff were acceptable good.

The crew was doing their best on an old plane needing updating. Chairs that creaked and wouldn’t stay in position. My tray table was unusable as was on-board entertainment due the audio needing usb earphones (that were not provided). Prior to boarding in Toronto and despite being scheduled for a wheelchair and assistance, we were dropped off by clubcar without a wheelchair which I found myself by a gate. Due to no boarding gate assigned at that time we waited and when it was, it subsequently was moved from 64 to 95. No help could be found so I pushed my husband’s chair to that furthest gate in the airport at the highest speed possible for a 73 year old. And by that I mean I ran. It was a very stressful experience.

Wifi wasn't working on one of the UA flights after boarding.

the plane was old. the wifi didn’t work. the entertainment was boring and dated. the charging ports were impossible to find. i was mostly ignored by flight attendants that had no problem speaking to the man beside me. i got two drinks the entire time i was on the plane.

Crew was not very helpful. They forgot to serve me coffee and had to wait for a long time.It looked as if they were not very happy with what they were doing.

The flight I was connecting with waited for me even though my 1st flight was late. I really appreciated that.

It was late leaving but made up time in the air.

Rude Customer Service at checkin, 90 minute limit in flight check in is too strict. I was in line for 30 minutes because of slow/insufficient workers. Somewhere I got to the the counter of course the employee warned me about the 90 minutes. People were cutting the lines. No one did anything.

Squeeze like sardines. ANA has much better leg room. The food on air canada was disgusting. Worse that left over microwave dinner. Like you heated up microwave dinner then saved it overnight, then microwaved it again and added nasty garnish to try to elevate but instead made it as edible as cat food.

Rouge needs to offer seats with better pitch in economy. Many sick people on a full flight.

Overall, I would have to say my experience with Air Canada was mediocre their DC tens. Need to be updated not comfortable at all. Only one out of my four flights was decent. The staffing was very nice. Going through customs in Montreal was quick and easy. Air Canada has room for improvement with their facilities.

The first flight Seattle to Toronto was very poor. My seat was changed. The aircraft was changed. They were having issues with the meals. My second flight from Toronto to Quebec was fine. Short flight still no entertainment. My third flight Quebec to Montreal was very short seats are very uncomfortable, too old and way worn out almost like sitting on a bench. My last flight Montreal to Seattle was fine. Finally, they had some entertainment. Proper food was offered as advertised flight staff was accommodating and friendly, but once again, the aircraft seats are hard like benches.

Crew was terrific. In flight entertainment system is very slow and the touch screen can be not sensitive enough or too sensitive. It was such a pain to pause a movie in case when I unpaused it accidentally thought I presses stop. This happened 3 times. I gave up and went back to my phone for entertainment.

Everything was great. I really like how they had their safety film set up showing you the beauty of the country.

it was our first flight with Air Canada. The flight was very good. The arrived 10 minutes early. The crew was attentive and very professional. The seats were comfortable and the food was fine. There were a lot of movies and TV shows to choose from. The boading was OK, but it is more about the Montreal airport procedures, but not about Air Canada.
